I can't really say I do any one thing. But I can say it helps to just size yourself up. and realize you're not everything, you can't be everywhere, and you can't do everything. Focus on one thing at a time, and then put your head down and focus on each stone on the path. When you look up, you'll be closer, and then things will feel tangible... Does that make sense?

Listen. Let me drop a little bit of grounding advice, from one girl with a troublemaking dad to another. It’s not the first time he’s been in trouble, and it won’t be the last. Something may not have gone according to plan, but he’s way too accomplished for one plan failing to really bring everything else down. He might have to push a little for it, but there is no way in the world that whatever your family has going on is going to knock them down. The world would never have it so easy.
