He’s not the type to not do that, though. If I know anything at all.

Wait, to do what?
<Snipped quote by Legend>

You’re talking about that Sunshine protocol, yeah?

Any of it, really. I don't feel confident in winning this unless he's thought it through.
<Snipped quote by Legend>

Oh, I see.
*Freezes a single slender shard of frozen air between my fingers, and fidgets with it by cycling it from one side of my hand to the other by flipping it between each of my fingers*
Useful to know it’s there, but I might skip it out of preference.
*Uses the system to target a piece of rubble on the floor, and throws the shard at it exactly like a ninja might throw a knife, shattering it into dissolving pieces*

Sweet! I just hope whatever dad has planned is enough.
<Snipped quote by Legend>

Are there weapons in this thing?

Your basic blasters, but it's really more about auto-targeting physical attacks.
<Snipped quote by Legend>

Aim targeting? Aim for what?

Whatever you're targeting?
<Snipped quote by Legend>

Interesting. So there's no energy production at present? Further, if your machines can do that, then don't let one fall into the enemy's hands.

PaMDA: Energy generation is negligible relative to adversary output.
<Snipped quote by Legend>

I think so. Are there any other hurdles other than this initial one of directional control? Speed shouldn’t be a problem, I think.

It has a few different combat assists you can use, like autopilot, aim targeting, predictive dodging. You might want to try them out.

<Snipped quote by Legend>

Kinda need to know. Where can I find out?

Uh, Panda, where is our energy coming from?
PaMDA: The facility is running on backup reserves at this point in time. Minor power draw from the superweapon cache.

More importantly, how is the eject system? I'd rather not have to catch a flaming exoskeleton if things go wrong for you.

It should be able to warp us to the lab if we need to eject.
<Snipped quote by Legend>

*Adjusts my hair after I stop rubbing my head*
Yeah, I’m kind of feeling it out, I think.
*With my arms outstretched to either side, I float in a circle parallel to the ground a few times in repetition, raising the speed with each one*

Do you think you'll be able to get combat ready in time?

<Snipped quote by Legend>

Sure thing. Tell me, where's this shield deriving energy from?

*Shrugs*
<Snipped quote by Legend>

*Stops spinning when I’m nearly upside down*
Okay, oka-
*Shifts upward from my frame of reference and smacks my head into the floor, grunting and rubbing my head, then levitates back into the air again*

Okay, so the advice I got is that the enemy is always down. Or in your case, wherever you want to go. The downside of that advice is that you usually end up flipping over, but it works while you get used to it.
<Snipped quote by Legend>

Alright…
*Starts to float upwards very slowly, but is tilting backwards equally as slowly*
Woah woah woah!
*Flails my arms a little bit as I very sluggishly rotate past the point of a 90 degree angle from standing upright*

*Laughs*
You're getting it!
*Rockets upward, then shifts left, right, forward, and back in quick succession*
