Caroline convened with the rest of her squad with the rest of her squad, the sound of gunfire and combat present in the distance. She looked down at Victorine as she dealt out the orders. "Understood." Caroline already liked this Celestian, putting her on point in their first skirmish, simply delightful. Adalard readied her heavy bolter as she stepped ahead of everyone else, ready to march forward and purge the ship of the invaders. She kept her eyes peeled for any sign of enemy movement as Victorine laid out the rest of the orders. Her trigger finger itched as the rest of the squad formed behind her.

Caroline was interested to see how her new squad would fare in combat, and what there feeling on the heretical scum was. She hoped she could depend on them but her expectations for everyone bar Victorine were very low. She had no expectations for Victorine, you don't become a Celestian without showing prowess in combat, strategy and faith.

Then Victorine gave the order to move out, the squad heading towards their crusader comrade and the filthy pirates who would attempt to attack the ship. The march would start, the sound of metal boots being louder then the distant gunfire. Caroline kept scanning every inch of the ship, being weary of any attempts at n ambush. As the sounds of battle got closer so to did Caroline's lust for battle, but orders always came first, she did not fight for herself, she fought for the Emperor.

They were upon the conflict now. Caroline quickly aimed her heavy bolter at an approaching kroot and tore it to shreds, then Victorine yelled a might warcry. The battle had begun.

Caroline firmly planted herself, posture almost unflinching, Emperor guide my aim.. She wielded her heavy bolter with great proficiency and unmatched ferocity, "Die filth!" She would cry as she opened up on some of the pirates, her rage made her a force of destruction on the field, but it also left her very open. This wasn't going to cut it against some of the more skilled mercenaries they faced, she took a hit to the shoulder. It wasn't a nasty hit but it forced her to relent and re position herself. She gritted her teeth from behind some cover.

Catherine looked at the narrow door with an amount of worry, she didn't feel she'd be able to get in."I-I'm not actually sure I can fit in this door." Her voice made it clear this fact distressed her, Roman was nice enough to invite everyone over to his house and she couldn't even get into the building and appreciate it. She reached on either side of the door and briefly tried squeezing in, but her efforts proved fruitless and she simply pulled out her stool and sat in the doorway. Faaaaaataaaaaaass. Catherine's expression didn't falter at Aranea's insult. She smiled form her position in the doorway."A-actually never m-mind. I can sit h-here." Catherine sounded a bit upset, but most of that was disguised under her shy stutter and her smile. This wasn't her first time hiding the fact she's not been able to fit in a door.

She listened to Roman's question, it was a good one. She had no real answer for him, she wasn't sure how to catch normal people so she had no clue how to catch someone who wasn't wanting to be found. She felt kinda useless, and just quieted down listening to any ideas the others would have. Catherine wasn't an expert on anything that involved other people.

Maggy got ready to attack the spirit, wielding a purple ball of energy in her hand. But it seemed this spirit thing was harmless, Maggy watched as it floated off, she didn't let her guard down the entire time she watched it, ready to strike if needed. Fortunately it left as fast as it came, drifting off into one of the buildings. Must be a spirit of the dead or something like that, this was hell after all. She clicked her tongue and moved on, she couldn't waste time just standing around, she needed to move, find somewhere she could hold out.

Maggy walked deeper into the city, running into many spirits along the way, she didn't touch them, not sure if they'd try suck he soul out of her body and take it for themselves. But they seemed to avoid her for the most part, she had no idea why, just like she no idea why her stomach still felt so off. But it didn't take that long before she ran into something a little more nasty looking than the spirits. It was unquestionably a demon, it had the lower half of a horse, but in place of the head it had a gruesome looking maw, a mix between a crocodile and a bulldog was the best way Maggy could process it. The creature wasted no time rushing her instantly, mouth hanging open, drooling on the floor as it's hooves thundered towards Maggy.

Maggy hurled a energy ball at the beast but it was unfazed, obviously much tougher than most worldly beast of a comparable size, Maggy switched tactics and rushed the beast head on. The beast lunged at her only to meet a fist, teeth were sent flying out of it's mouth and the creature reeled in pain. "Not that tough then." Maggy said, her red eye practically burning at the point. The beast wasn't done though and clamping down on her extended arm. Maggy hissed as the demonic fangs scraped away at her scales, some even puncturing her skin. She screamed in rage raising her arm into the air, beast still attached, then slamming it back down behind her. The demons grip failed and let go of Maggy's arm, Maggy wasn't finished though, and she started stomping into the monster mouth, crushing it's brain through the roof of it's mouth.

Maggy looked around, rage and blood lust radiating from her, as she looked for more things to kill. And surely enough that was not the only demonic hound monster, there was many many more. Maggy smiled, her disguise dropping, showing her true colours, and with both eye glowing she charged into combat with the demons.

She'd been fighting hounds for ages, their numbers slowly declining. She killed them with little effort, but did sustain injuries, her dress had also been almost completely destroyed, only torn scraps remained, revealing most of her body. She was covered in cuts, clearly the onslaught of weaker beast was succeeding at wearing her down, blood loss and fatigue were sure to set in eventually. This is when a booming voice made itself know to Maggy, all the remaining hounds stopped and backed away as something big made it's way towards her. "Trespasser! I've finally caught up to you. My scouts seemed to keep you busy enough. But your time is up."

Maggy turned to see a massive red paw. She cackled as she looked up at the rest of the massive beast. She was being confronted buy a gigantic red dog. "You face Redfang, the hell-hound. What are your final words?" The beasts voice radiated malice the creature was obviously restraining itself, wanting to rip her into tiny pieces. But it also seemed like it was following orders.

Maggy laughed, blood still dripping from many wounds across her body. "Bring it on Clifford!" She yelled leaping at the monster. The beast responded with a lunge catching Maggy in it's mouth. It found that it's prey wasn't the most receptive to being eaten and was holding his mouth open. The hell-hound started running around shaking it's head violently in an attempt to get Maggy's grip to fail, but her wing arms held onto the beasts snout and her legs pushed down on the lower jaw, keeping her firmly locked inside it's mouth.

Great things were getting complicated. So this dude is a Magic merc? He did look that part in fairness, scars didn't normally come from safe work, not that many at least. Ross just sat there watching things happen, he wasn't gunna point a finger at anyone. Only finger he'd be moving would be his middle one, and that was if someone accused him, which hadn't happened yet. Then out of nowhere the dude pulls out a brain in a jar. "Oh for fuck sake, some of us are still trying to drink!" Ross would say, the sight of the fluid in the jar instantly putting him off his drink.

But the fun wasn't over. Magic merc was also apparently a mind reader, that irked Ross a but. But he didn't feel like he had anything to hide, and if the fucker brought up what happened with his family. Well he'd know what was coming. Ross was going to give his two cents about everything, but then Erin ripped into Scarface pretty dam good, she also had a good point. And the chick, Devyn, she was on top of things. It was just going to descend into a finger pointing mess if it continued down it's current path, hopefully Elizabeth had a really good reason for believing it was Alonzo.

Turns out she was a detective in the making, throwing out little details Ross hod overlooked entirely, But honestly, he didn't feel bad about it or anything. He knew he wasn't a detective, he didn't expect himself to notice shit like that. he also wasn't happy about being told he wasn't used to rich things, he was plenty used to rich things, he just found them weird is all. That aside Liz had a really solid reason for thinking it was Alonzo, so he might as well throw his lot in with her. "Fuck. Sorry mate but she makes a pretty dam good point."

Maggy clicked her tongue as Death brushed her off, she was just about ready to hit something, her eye blaring red. It appeared that this Skeleton was Death, as in the Death. Maggy forced herself to calm a little, she might've been slightly deranged, but she wasn't an idiot. From what he was saying, it seemed there had been some kind of mix up and now Maggy was trapped in hell for two days. Wasn't that just perfect. And she was stuck with a bunch of wankers, well Death didn't say anything about them needing to stay together, and it seemed they dickweed with glowing eyes was preoccupied with the blue bitch. Maggy simply started walking towards the stations exit, she did't need these fools, and she'd be able to drop her disguise here in hell, and most likely kill some things. Maggy would've been a good distance away when the assassin showed themselves, shit she had no idea he was there. Maybe she'd keep her disguise up for a while after leaving the station.

She walked out and looked around, this place seemed normal so far, just like home actually. Something didn't feel right thought, something in Maggy's stomach felt wrong, not just emotionally but physically she felt ill. And not the kind of ill from her toxic bile, something was very wrong with this place. She knew it was hell, but she still didn't expect a feeling like this.

Ross sat there listening to the questions and their answers. And they were bloody good questions, all the immediately important bases were covered. Now it was just up to Ross to decide how he wanted this to go, he was going for a cash in hand form of payment, that was for curtain. He was also pretty sure he didn't wan't to sleep in a building with more than one of these people, he didn't trust any of them as far as he could throw them, except the kid, he was fairly sure he could give her some serious air time. Either way, he'd probably shack up in a nearby hotel, or motel, somewhere cheap. He'd deal with all that later though first, he'd have to listen in, Eve was talking again.

Great. A test, Perfect... Ross looked a little annoyed as he peered around the room, Ross wasn't the kind of person who could read other. Well not most of the time, and this time was no different, he'd not picked up any signs that one of them could be a mole. He wanted to say it was this Elizabeth chick, but his only reason for that was because she'd been there before him. fuck. I should've watched more detective shows... Only person Ross was sure about was the kid, she was far to young and wild, not to mention her accent was from the other end of the planet.

Ross was at a loss. He could just beat the information out of them, that worked well. But he didn't think that would be great for first impressions, or tolerated by Lady Eve. Lucky for him the creep in black seem to have a guess, the vial on her neck pointed at Scarface. But looking at the vial was full of some red shit, Ross was pretty sure it was blood but didn't care enough to think about it. It also seemed that the lady of a thousand questions also thought that Scarface was the mole, poor bugger already had two fingers being pointed at him. Ross had no competent guess so he figured he'd just follow their lead and see where this goes. He did fell like he needed to say something, just to make sure he wasn't just looking around at people like a paranoid wanker. "Could I-uhh get another drink?"

Maggy followed the girl for a moment before a voice stopped the cashier. And of coarse it was the monkey from before, it couldn't have been some other random person could it? She let out a growl as she turned to face Smoke, but she found herself looking at his chin rather than his eyes. He'd gotten taller somehow, Maggy quickly corrected herself, now having to look up at Smoke. "So it was you..." Maggy frowned watching the cashier leave with her hands full of cash. Her eye twitched when Smoke got closer, she might've taken a step back but that would've made it look like she was afraid. Maggy couldn't have that, so she herself took another step forward, meeting Smoke part way. They were very close now, Maggy's teeth grated against one another as she glared at Smoke.

Maggy was just about done with this guy, then he spoke about thanking her. Why the hell is he thanking me? He's obviously just an idiot... Maggy wasn't amused at all, this guy was hitting on her and talking about the "secret admirer approach". Maggy was going to be sick. This dude didn't know how to take a hint did he? "Ooooh ok, I get it now. You're completely incompetent. I don't know if I made it clear enough before but. I. Want. You. To. Fuck. Off." Maggy again turned her back on Smoke and started walking off, her red eye dimly glowing with her rage. Things only got worse when she found herself telported.

She looked around at all of the people. She'd not been the only one taken onto the train it seemed, there was only a few others. Not all of them were of interest to Maggy, but there was some people who caught her attention. Firstly there was a spider chick, she looked interesting, Maggy had never seen someone with a monstrous appearance like her before. Then there was this blue bitch with a visor, she looked like an asshole. Maggy then spotted Smoke. Her red eye started glowing red, not super bright, but it would be instantly noticeable. Luckily before she could do anything the train started speeding up, forcing her to hold onto some rails for balance.

Then it stopped, the force almost making Maggy fall. Maggy hissed and walked out the door of the train, looking around to try and see what the hell was going on, it was just some skeleton in casual clothes. And... Smoke... Of coarse he needed was being the big man and was going to "Handle" this. It was just some fucking bones, Maggy didn't have time for this shit. "Yeah as if I'd listen to you, Romeo. Out of my way I'm leaving." Maggy shoved past Smoke and stormed towards the skeleton. "What way is the exit?" Maggy's red eye would twitch as she glared at the skeleton.
Recovery Lad

Recovery lad nodded. "Yeah, Edith lost a lot of blood. She's not in the best of shape at the moment. As for Mycel, he's a tough one. He came in pretty rough but was out super quickly. I didn't even need to use my quirk." Recovery Lad sighed quietly. "I better get some things ready for the next round, I have a strong feeling there will be more patients to take care of after lunch ends." Recover Lad smiled. "You can leave Kiyoshi here with me, my quirk makes people awfully tired, so I'll look after him till he feels better." He'd then wave Sora off as he carried Kiyoshi over to a bed.

Koharu listened to what everyone was saying, but only small bits of it got through. She was starting to stress out, then this new girl broke down the situation with surprising accuracy, even still. Her words didn't calm Koharu down, simply stop her from getting worse. Then Charles had to go and say the thing about "partners as in team mate" This made Koharu think of how people perceived Charles and Koharu sharing shade under a tree. Charles and Koharu sitting in a tree! K-I-S-S-I-N-G!

With that thought Koharu officially broke, falling to one side while still curled into a ball. She groaned quietly, but this was a constant groan, and it sounded similar to the old computer dial up tone.

Maggy walked into the bathroom gritting her teeth, the nerve of that guy. Didn't matter, he was gone now, and she could finally change into her new dress. She went into a spare cubical and removed all her soiled clothes, she let out a great sigh of relief as she didn't have to deal with the clothes clinging to her skin. She tossed the dirty dress to the side and turned off her disguise, she needed to see her wings properly. Horns and wings extend the time it takes to put clothes one considerably, after eventually donning her new garments she reapplied her disguise and walked out of her cubical. She was satisfied with the dress "Who knew I could rock purple so well?" She joked to herself, but she didn't find it funny.

When she got out of the bathroom she was greeted by a pile of clothes and the tiny girl from the store. It was almost comical seeing her tiny legs behind the clothing she carried, but Maggy was not in the mood to laugh. "Who bought these and told you to give them to me?" Maggy's first thoughts were that someone must be following her, or it was the jerkoff from before. Neither option pleased her. "You know what it doesn't matter. You go tell whoever got these for me, to stop following me." Maggy was mad and she let it get into her tone. The girl would've been slightly intimidated by the tall woman growling at her, not to mention the dimly glowing red eye. Maggy let out a sigh, the poor girl didn't deserve that. Probably. "Sorry, I let my anger get the better of me for a moment. Could you please return these dresses back to the shelves, if I am going to get a gift, I would like to know who the source is. I don't like strangers, or stalkers..."

The girl nodded furiously quickly taking the clothes and headed back towards the store, despite Maggy's efforts she'd still spooked the poor girl. Maggy cursed under her breath, but then she thought for a moment, yes that was it. She would follow the girl back to this charitable stranger. Then she'd have a word...
