Well, besides him trying to hurt you, I can't really think of any that can track him exactly. Meta tracking stuff will onky give you a general area of around a 10-20 ft radius at best(Metas with these abilities) and 10-20 meters at worst(Meta tracking devices).

@AcerRo I just realized that Damien could possibly beat Eli, cause of advanced healing and his ability to absorb energy. Insomnium could also trap him in a shadow construct, siphoning out the oxygen with special vents and fans to keep him from trying bust out of them.

Cedric was saved from having to reply to Eli's accusations by the sudden disapperance of his clothing, leaving him in his underwear in public. The 20-year old blinked, then looked at Nate and Eli, while pointedly refusing to gaze at Eva, before his mind began sorting through all the possible culprits. Kuro, you might have just saved your future old man, he thought. Now for payback.

"I know who did that," Cedric said, "and where he's staying now. But if you want to pursue immidiately, I'm not going to tell. No, we'll get (Edit: our) clothes first, then clean up, then after that, I actually have a plan; yes, my brain's working again, Eli."

It was, but it's also true. Thought I managed to bring some steel back into Cedric in that last post, but, well, I guess I haven't.

To tell you guys the truth, I'm a bit disheartened. I keep making mistake after mistake and it turns out I've been RPing and GMing badly. I also have University-required Community Service tomorrow, my Elder Scrolls NRP is dying, and, well, let's just say I'm losing confidence in my writing abilities...

I mean, I'm in a dilemma just now. If Cedric knows about the MHLA's dark side, he would not condone it and would arrest the MHLA himself. If he doesn't, then he looks like a fool. Right now, he looks like a fool.
