And...apparently, others had decided to attack Varus, and, from the boy's perspective, were actually doing a good job of it. Mikhail flared his 'Aura of the Cornerstone', pressing back slightly against Donovan's aura, which the panther girl and darkness-arm boy were resisting better than he was. Nevertheless, that was not his concern right now. His concern was to distract Varus. Making his way to the front of Varus, he would then shout:

"Hello, Mr. Instructor, Panther Girl, Darkness-Arm Boy! Sorry to interrupt, but I have a few questions to ask!" A smile at that, before Mikhail brought up what he knew of Four Winds' history.

"How many of the people you trained ended up being mass murderers, thieves and other types of criminal?! How do we make sure that the same thing won't happen to us?! Does Four Winds really teach anything resembling responsibility?! It seems you're just toying with the student body!" Mikhail's aura was shining brighter now, allowing slight - slight - breaks in his calm. Clenching his fists, the boy would keep shouting, taking note of the events occuring around him:

"The fog is clearing! Rank upon rank of outraged students are organizing for their counterattack! Flames are spreading! Tell me, Mr. Varus, how can you manage this sort of chaos?!" He would then activate 'Presumption of Innocence', taking in the scent of sulfur from the people around him. A grin.

"Sins hang over you like a veil! The people you've trained who ended up adbicating their responsibilities, you had your own part in shaping them! Judgement will come upon you!" There, was that enough of a distraction?!

@January, Ah, well, I was afraid that taking this to PM might sound like harassment or an attempt to coerce, or even just weakness, and I didn't want to do that/look that way.

Frankly, I loved Baklava's CS.

I understand differing tastes and all, but to just complain in the OOC that someone's CS isn't to your taste is incredibly rude (not to mention initially saying you didn't even bother actually reading it...), especially after the GM's already accepted the sheet.

Let's all just get along professionally here and have fun in the RP. Actual issues need to be brought up, as Riffus mentioned some pages ago, but this personal opinion about how much you dislike a sheet should be taken to PMs, in my honest opinion.

@Letter Bee Ah... well, then can I ask what you don't like about the character? It's kind of hard to form a decisive opinion without reading it all, wouldn't you say?

I read everyone's character sheet word for word. I figured it was kind of important. :/

I didn't like the fact that your character, judging from the Personality Section and the Colin Powell quote, as well as the beginning and the end of the Bio, believes that Magic in any way precludes hard work and guts (although a few do use Magic to show off, that's not the same as lazing around). Nor do I like the fact that she treats Magic and coming to Four Winds as a personal calamity just because she agrees with society.

@Letter Bee Since you made a point of saying so, though-- might I ask why you don't like the character sheet? I mean... it's one thing to say you don't like a character-- but saying you don't like a character sheet is a bit much. You don't like my writing style or it was too long to read or...? what?

Ah, no, your character sheet is fine, the technical details were good. I did like it, it's just that I didn't know I was supposed to distinguish between the character and a character sheet.

But seriously, I can't finish reading your character's bio; sorry if that offended.

Nowhere in my character's sheet does it say she hates herself....

I skimmed it. Basically, born to a Progressive Family, rebelled against them, doesn't like Magic, hates herself for being a Magic User and hates Four Winds.

And, before you say anything more about my character sheet, I know it's a bit generic.
