Bio

Roleplay topics of interest: Pokémon is a big one. The canon of the main series games specifically, though I'm cool with a few select points from the anime thrown in. I'm also a big fan of the Mystery Dungeon universe. I'm good with RP'ing as a Trainer, but I can handle playing a Pokémon too. I prefer to have alot of interactions between the characters in an RP. I enjoy to flesh things out and give my character actual 'character'. Original worlds? Eh, I'm ok with as long as I got alot of background to them.

Recently, I've been in the mood to try RP in other series/fandoms, so if I can be sold on an idea, I'll probably look into it. Let it be known that I'm not into anything 18+ or sexual in nature. It's just not my thing.

Roleplay style: For each post that I make, I write about a paragraph or two. I try to include a bit of environmental detail, physical character detail, and sometimes delve into the mind of my characters to see what they think about the situation at hand. I'm trying to get better at expressing my characters emotion through body language since I tend to run out of descriptive words after a few posts. Most of my characters will most likely be teen aged or occasionally young adult. I also try to keep my characters male, but I can play a girl well enough.

Timezone: I feel this is an important thing to mention. My timezone is EST (GMT/UTC-5). During pretty much every month of the year baring July, August, and the later half of December, I'll be going though school during the week. So I'll most likely be able to get posts out on the weekends or later in the day when I get home.

Devon the Totodile
[Folio Town - Far Eastern Residential District]

@Ninian@Shiny Keldeo
The blue Kirlia's unexpected sadness over Ember's hesitation to join the festivities caused the Totodile's jaws to hang open a moment before chomping closed in a confused frown as he watched her approach the door and knock. "You don't need to feel bad about asking. There's nothing wrong with it."

Strolling up to the Emotion Pokémon, Devon poked her back and attempted a smile. "It's up to them if they want to come or not, but Ember and Selena probably appreciate us trying to include them."

The intense shaking of the wood beneath his feet made the Big Jaw Pokémon adopt a leery stare as he stood before the thick door of the house. Who is that? Is that Selena's dad?.....He must be a pretty big Pokémon to make the ground shake like this....I hope he won't be too ticked off....

The towering Venasaur that answered their call seemed intimidating, but the little croc pushed his concerns out of his mind to focus on the Grass-Poison type and smile up at him. "We're actually looking for Selena. I'm Devon, and she's Lilisette. We're friends of hers, and we were wondering if she wanted to come back to the Guild with us for a party."

Glyph the Flygon and Letho the Sableye
[Glyph's Guild - Guildmaster's office]

@Shiny Keldeo
The old dragon listened to Fuse speak patiently, taking out a quill and paper to jot down certain points of the story. Letho meanwhile, chimed in with his own words of information, and some choice words of snark when it came to talking about the fight at the Waypoint. The Sableye crossing his arms and snorting as the Luxio finished his speech. "Strategy my ass. That Psychic bitch just zipped around the room with her damn Teleport, and the frog just tried to pull some shitty mind games with Double Team, that didn't work."

Shaking his head and looking over at his Electric-type friend, he sighed. "Can't deny the fact that those two had a plan though. A really crazy plan from the sounds of it. Sparky forgot to mention the fact that those freaks said they're from the future, which is apparently how they knew him." Looking back up at Glyph, he nodded and put a clawed dark hand to his lip. "Oh yeah, and the Gardevoir had a name too. Caught it from the Genji guy after he saved me from one of her Moon Blasts, for some reason, but I ain't complaining. Fairy moves sting like a bitch for me. Anyways, I think I heard him say her name was Lilith."

The long, brown feather in the Flygon's claws danced along the paper note at the last few details, setting the pen down and sighing heavily. His domed, red eyes looking upon the two Guild members with antennae drooping and face sagged in both fatigue, and worry. "....Thank you, Fuse, Letho. This information is much appreciated, and will most defiantly help with apprehending that strange pair." Opening up a drawer in the desk, the Mystic Pokémon began searching through a bunch of multi colored paper folders. His long neck turning to practically stuff his face in the drawer. "If that is all, you have permission to leave. Please, go enjoy dinner with everyone else. Both of you could use the distraction...."

The imp watched the Ground-Dragon type sort through documents, shrugging as he poked a claw at Fuse's ear. A sharp grin spreading across his face, fangs and gemstone eyes glowing in the low light. "You heard the boss Sparky. Wanna go eat now?"

Looking back at the fox he was dragging, as well as the other human boy that thankfully decided to run across the ice with them, the panicking Delsin snapped. "I'm fine! Nothings gotten into me! And there's no aliens! Just..." Looking back to the ice ahead of him with left eye twitching slightly, he groaned. "Just shut up and keep running or else we're all dead!"

The clearly not fine teenager actually lost his footing for a moment, his feet scrambling to maintain balance as they stumbled over each other, a pained wince crossing Delsin's features. Momentarily however, he regained his footing and continued to sprint along the frozen water while dragging Renamon along with him.

[Route 701 - Pokémon Center]

@Ninian@Shiny Keldeo@Ophidian
Brent and Lily's observations caused Devon to smile proudly. "Yup! I've always liked Starlys cause of an...old friend of mine. And nah, Starly aren't usually found in Johto. They're everywhere in Sinnoh though."

The Pokédex's robotic voice read off a basic description of the Starling Pokémon, the crimson hoodied teenager noticed his bird's snort and laughed. "I know you guys aren't 'noisy and annoying' Ace. Don't let it bother ya." Looking to Brent, he continued. "I agree with you man. The best way to learn about a Pokémon is to actually meet one. It's way more exciting than just reading about one. The dex still helps with battle tips though."

Shock audibly snickered at the encyclopedia's description, bringing a flipper to his mouth before looking up at Ace on his Trainer's shoulder. <Oh no, the dex says alot of dumb things that are just flat out bs. I mean, it says crap like Grimer are made from weird beams that come from the moon!> The Light Pokémon chuckled again and slapped his bulbous stomach. <Haha, as if!>

As Brooks spoke to him, Devon pumped a fist and winked. "I'm looking forward to it! You're going down!"

The briefing given by the Normal-Flying type lead to Devon's party looking to each other and nodding, before Cyan smiled and squeaked. <Ok! Thank you for the info Ace! I'm sure you'll get to battle next time, so don't feel too bad!>

The Pokémon that the bat wyvern addressed collectively cheered and threw on determined grins. <We will!>

When the fluffy fox translated the briefing, Devon already had his Pokédex out in his hands. The image and informational text of a Noivern on the hi-tech display. "Way ahead of ya you two. We've dealt with fast opponents before, we can do it again. Now here's the game plan...."

[Pokémon Center - Exterior Arena]

A few minutes later, the scarred Trainer and his party were outside at the other end of the vast, rectangle shaped sand pit. Devon's six mon sitting at the sidelines eagerly as the boy stood in the Trainer box staring down the denim clad man with a confident smirk. In a flash, his finger shot out towards the battlefield. "Alright! Cyan! Let's rock their world!"

The Aqua Mouse on the side squeaked in excitement, hurriedly waddling into the chalk outlined square and looking over at the Noivern. Suddenly, her happy smile seemed to trade off for a more stern, focused glare. <I'm ready!>

Looking at towards Brooks again, Devon spread out his arms. "So, challenger gets first move right? Then let's try Ice Beam!"

Taking a deep breath, the Cyan exhaled with force, sending forth a chilling white beam of pure cold towards the bat dragon at the other end of the field. (CYAN used ICE BEAM!)

Glyph the Flygon and Letho the Sableye
[Folio Town - Guild Dinning Hall]

@Ninian
Glyph kept his attention on the Fairy dog as he explained the methods of his dance troupe. The Dragon taking occasional sips from a glass of Pinap berry juice as he nodded in understanding. "Hm...Funny, that actually sounds similar to how we organize our monthly Expeditions. Guiding and directing so many Pokémon is very tedious work, but I am impressed that you are able to do it with such skill! It is truly amazing."

The Guildmaster's domed eyes followed the soft feelers over to where they were directed, and tilted his head in confusion. "Hm? Do you mean the Blaziken? That is Furno, one of the senior members of my Guild. Apologizes, but I don't quite see what you mean, for it seems like his focus is on his plate."

~~~
Indeed, the Fire bird's head was tilted downwards on the other side of the table. His cool blue eyes directed not at his plate, but at his shadow cast on the floor beside him. Furno shot a quizzical glance being shot at the inky black puddle, before he developed a knowing smirk on his beak. His voice kept low in volume. "There's no use hiding Letho. Ya got busted by Relm from that creepy stare of yours." The confusion soon returned to the Blaziken's face as he peaked at Glyph and then went back to the inky puddle. "..Why ARE you staring at him and the Guildmaster anyways? That's just another weird thing you've been doing since ya got here. What's up with that?"
A row of sharp teeth emerged from the Blaze Pokémon's shadow, barring an uncharacteristically worried frown. "It's....Look, I'm gonna be straight with you Furno. I've had a bad day. A really bad day. And I've just been avoiding the last thing I need to take care of before I can actually be done with it." A black blob melted out of the fighter's shade, and formed into a small purple imp with eyes made of gem stones. A tired on Letho's face as he looked up at his Guild mate. "I should probably uh...stop being a pussy and go own up to it, huh?"
A deep frown of concern spread across the bird's beak as he laid a talon on the Sableye's shoulder. "Of course you should. And don't hesitate to talk to us about it after alright? We're your friends, and we'd do anything for ya."
The reassurance from his friend caused Letho to smile weakly, a chuckle escaping his dark lips. "Thanks hothead. I might take you up on that later."
With that said, the imp turned around to begin his trek through the busy dinning room and to the side of the Flygon at the other side of the table.
~~~

"And that is how me and my sister-"

The Mystic Pokémon's story was cut off early as he felt a poke at his left leg. His long neck craned down to look upon the sight of the nervous looking purple Ghost. "Letho? Ah..." Turning to look back at Relm, Glyph chuckled. "Apologizes Relm. We just a moment."

The winged Ground-type then brought his head back over to the Sableye and smiled warmly at him. "Now, what can I do for you?"

Taking a deep breath, Letho put his two hands together and pointed them at the Guildmaster. "Can I talk to you for a bit? In your office? It's urgent."

A curious frown spread across the Flygon's green muzzle as he looked upon the Guild member, nodding quickly as he stood up and bowed to the Troupe leader beside him. "Excuse me. This may take a bit longer than expected."

[Glyph's Guild - Guildmaster's Office]

@Shiny Keldeo
The large, heavy oak doors of the vast office pushed open to the form of said sand dragon strolling through them. Glyph's arms were behind his back as he casually walked across the room, stopping to look to Fuse with an unsure stare. "Hello, Fuse."

Continuing through the candle lit office, the dragon took his seat in the cushy chair beyond the smooth wood desk to look at both the electrical lion and the minuscule phantom. The tension in the air thick enough to be cut by a blade as he let out a sad sigh. The assumptions of the situation already collecting in his mind. "Alright, what is it that you two need to inform me of?"

The frowning spirit took a glance at the Luxio, before sighing and looking back up to face the intense eyes of his leader. "We lost Gren. I'm...not sure if he's dead, or what they did, but what I do know is that winged Gardevoir outlaw, and a Greninja, used a horde of Unown to take the kid away right in front of us."

Silence befell the room after those words left Letho's mouth. Glyph bringing a claw to his chin as his frown simply deepened. "....I....I'm sorry. Letho, Fuse, Breeze as well, you tried your best to assist him, and that is all someone can ask of a Pokémon. But it is dearly important that you tell me everything about what happened, and any details of the assailants that you can recall. Please."

Delsin Grey
[Sector 14 - Polaris Lakes]

@Ninian@Shiny Keldeo@TalijaKey@Forsythe@Duthguy
The intellectual fifteen year old's attention was drawn to the shouting in the distance, eyes going wide at the sight of what looked to be another human teenager. ...Another player maybe?.....Online VR...Is....Is that even possible yet?

Delsin picked up on the lowered speech of his yellow furred companion, shooting her a quick nod as well as a narrowed, unamused gaze. He also kept his voice to a mere whisper. "I agree, but I wouldn't really say that you're babysitting me when I was the one that had to drag you away from the death that you were willing to just stand there and accept."

Turning his gaze back to the newcomer, the student gripped the makeshift spear tightly and waved over at him with a calm neutral expression. "Hey there. We'd love to chat, but we have a woolly mammoth back there that wants to murder us. That goes for all humans, and Digimon that associate with them. So if you wanna stay in this area and not get a shitty spawn point, I would suggest....coming...with...."

The black haired teen's voice trailed off as he felt something he never imagined he would sense in a place like where he assumed he was. His head slowly turned towards the stick tightly gripped in his left hand to spot the source of the 'sticky' sensation that he felt on his palm. A dark, thick, red liquid was creeping down the length of the pointed branch....And it was coming from his hand.

The color drained from the boy's face as he released his hold on his salvaged weapon. The stained piece of wood falling into the snow with a quiet pomf. Delsin brought his shaking hand up closer to his face to inspect the gash that disgraced his palm, and the chilling image of the blood that dripped down his hand and leaked onto the white powder beneath him. Everything around him seemed to pause, the gut wrenching realisation dawning on him along with a look of pure fear and horror spreading across his subtle features.

"We need to go. Right now."

In a blur of motion, the frazzled and disturbed teenager bent down to snatch the stick in his bleeding hand, and use the other to grab at Renamon's arm once again and make a mad dash across the frozen solid pond.

Ember then proposed a counter offer to the blue duo's own, which caused a determined fire to light up the brown eyes of the grinning Totodile before her. "Alright. That's fair. We'll get her to come with for sure! See ya Ember!" Turning swiftly on the spot, Devon began to march down the wood street. Looking over his shoulder and waving at his Psychic partner to follow. "Come on Lilisette! I bet her dad isn't that bad!"

[Folio Town - Far Eastern Residential District]

After a few minutes of walking, the two Pokémon finally came upon the aforementioned house with a garden in it's front yard. The residence was small, and nestled in a quiet little neighbourhood that was surrounded by leafy branches, but also had large holes in the canopy that let the moonlight shine through onto the streets. The garden out front was truly impressive, with a large variety of colorful flowers and other plants spread out among vast beds of fresh soil.

Devon stood and admired the lush garden for a moment, sniffing at one of the low hanging red flowers and sighing contently before looking at the Kirlia beside him and gesturing a claw at the front door. "This looks like the place. You wanna knock, or do you want me to? If we end up getting yelled at by her dad, I'll take the blame."

Delsin Grey
[Sector 14 - Forest Biome → Frozen Pond]

@Ninian@Shiny Keldeo@TalijaKey@Forsythe@Duthguy
The arm slipping out of his grip caused the currently sprinting teen's head to snap to the side to roll his eyes at the negative fox before looking back to the path ahead of his and focusing on brushing foliage and branches away from his face. "Are you always so damn pessimistic? If you keep thinking like that, you're defiantly gonna die. We're not screwed. You should focus on what we can realistically do instead of thinking that volcanoes are the only means of countering him. Finding someone strong could work, but there's also the chance that the strong one might try to kill us too. We need to be careful."

Then the booming voice of the ice age creature echoed out through the trees, causing Delsin to groan in distaste as he took a sharp right turn. "Did he seriously just call out his attack? Ugh...He better not start rapping too."

Then, all of a sudden, the air around the duo seemed to noticeably drop in temperature. The students emerald gaze drifting around the snowy area of forest that the two had ran into. Snow? But....The clearing I woke up in was a warm climate, as if it were summer or spring. How could there be such a cold biome right next to a green forest?..... Shaking his head, he completed the thought. Right. It's not real. It's just a game.

The optimistic teen took another sharp left turn, looking back and confirming that Renamon was following him as he ran out into another snowy clearing. This one containing a large, frozen pond whose ice sparkled in the sunlight. Delsin put a hand over his eyes and scanned the perimeter of the area, spotting nothing but a tiny group of what he assumed to be Digimon to the north east, and a few sunken tree branches trapped in the icy water. "Hm....That ice should be just thick enough..."

Swiftly spinning on his feet, the teenager dashed back to the trunk of a formidable tree. Dropping the small grey device in his pants pocket before he reached up to grab at one of the larger low hanging branches. The limb was slightly broken at the base, which allowed him to rip the thing from the tree with a bit of effort. The student brought the tip of the branch near his hand to inspect it's pointed tip. It's sharp....That thing may have a mask and armored trunk, but the rest of it's body is exposed....It's better than nothing.

Putting a firm grip on the make-shift spear, Delsin looked to Renamon and pointed out across the iced liquid with the hardy stick. "I have two plans. We could run on top of the ice to the other side of the clearing to put a gap between us and that monster, since it would most likely hold us but crack under his weight and it would take longer for him to go around it, or we could try our luck with that group on the shore over there. Each one is risky, but I don't have time to think of anything else unless you got something that doesn't involve volcanoes."

Glyph the Flygon
[Folio Town - Guild Dining Hall]

@Ninian
The old Flygon approached the grinning Sylveon and went slightly red in the face, waving off the comment as he sat down next to the Eeveelution. "Hello Relm! And erm, I'm not that popular...I am simply the leader of the Guild, and as a result am recognised by a number of local Pokémon...." With his useless attempt to wave off the praise failing, he simply blinked and laughed nervously.

A proud smile came over Glyph's green scaled face as he looked over as the Fairy gave his thanks for the giant spread of food. "You're welcome my friend, though I did little compared to Dia, our chef, and his impressive culinary skills. I'll make sure to tell everyone about your appreciations when the excitement has calmed some."

Pausing for a moment to pop a rip, juicy Sitrus berry into his mouth, the Guildmater swallowed and sighed contently before looking back to the Intertwining Pokémon with a curious grin. "Your troupes show today was impressive as always, but I am curious Relm, how much planning do each of the dancers acts go through? I would assume that getting so many Pokémon to move in a synchronized rhythm would be very challenging process?"

@Light Lord @Ninian Is it alright if Gaomon runs into you two?

Me and Ninian were planning to have Delsin and Rena make their way to the same pond that everyone else is going, but it shouldn't be too hard to follow or spot them since they do sort of have a giant mammoth chasing them and wrecking trees. XD
Delsin Grey
[Digital World - Sector 14]

@Ninian@Shiny Keldeo
The mammoth immediately caught on the the awful acting, causing the boy to react in kind by re-assuming a nimble pose and snorting. "Congratulations, you're smarter than you look. But apparently not smart enough to see how wrong you are about war."

The intellectual high school student went on to completely ignore the babble being spouted by the approaching beast, instead bending over to quickly snatch the grey walkie-talkie from the grass and shake his head. Maybe it's the goal of the game to partner with one of the Digimon factions, and lead them to win the war....I don't really want to pick any side, but I may need to if I'm being hunted by one of the larger factions.... A somewhat uncomfortable frown came over his face as he looked at the device. That's....really strange that they would actually bring mention to the fact that I called this a 'game'...Usually video games aren't as aware of those sort of comments, but maybe that just goes to show how versatile the dialogue is....

"I'm not dying here. You're dreaming if you think you're gonna kill me."

The words came out of Delsin's mouth with a hint of snark as he was about to run off, but something caused him to pause, and look back into the eyes of the terrified fox creature that had attempted to save him. The time around him seemingly moving in slow motion. What am I doing!? She's just an NPC...Just an entity in a game....I don't need to save her, she'll probably just respawn later....But...She did help me, even though she didn't want to be involved....It's my fault she got caught up in it... The boy grit his teeth. ....Maybe if I save her, I could win over a few more NPCs to help me....Or something.

With the small grey and white radio in hand, the bookworm grabbed Renamon by the arm with the same hand and tugged her into running along with him. "Don't just stand there! Let's get out of here!"

Dragging the Digimon along, Delsin sprinted forward, running head on to the approaching ice age beast before changing his angle a bit to run past the giant's side and escape into the trees. "We should be able to lose him easily if we make sharp turns and cut through the thicker brush. Huge animals like that suck at turning on a dime." He'd comment in attempts to somewhat ease the nerves of both himself, and his attempted saviour as they sprinted through the woods.
