What are the Vassals? I've managed to gather that they are super powerful non-faction entities but not much past that. They aren't in the opening posts.

(And compared to Hoho, Karizawa isn't even that mad... in the movies the base character actually wanted to save mankind from the forces of a certain giant lizard. I mean right now he may be a little mad, both figuratively and emotionally at the moment, but still lol)

Here's what I've decided; as stated in a previous IC post, a collab with you and KoL no less, the new TEP base was stated to be in the city of Hyperion. As KoL said, it is Graf's old warehouse. For the sake of not going back and mass editing, I'm going to say the TEP base/Graf's warehouse is located in the outskirts of Hyperion. There is a wasteland but there are also city portions as well, making it half and half; do bear in mind I will not be so lenient with blatant forgetting where locations should be in the future.

That's more or less what my idea is regarding the base as a whole... I know that TEP's new base is by Machina HQ (I just forgot the name of the location, but yes I meant Hyperion), and while it'll be slightly farther away from Hyperion, it still connected to it. However, exact location wise, I can accept full-logically that it's in Graf's old warehouse. After all, its not like TEP just built themselves a new one within a short amount of time.

Also don't blame @Lmpkio too much. I may have seduced him via private message so this wasn't his fault. I was just asking him if he knew where Zak could find a few things and it turned into "Hey, wanna adventure some stuff?" "Sure!" So blame me if anyone.
