"Don't worry about that now," Mabel said as she sped up, keeping her eyes on the Honchcrow. "Ready an attack, you have to aim to hit the Honchcrow and we will catch Ixia when she falls." She focussed on flying and watching where the Honchcrow went, getting Ixia back was all that mattered. The upside was that she was still far from her top speed.

Mindy watched Gavin pay for the shirt, after this she'd take him to the outdoor shop for decent pants. She hadn't expected this would happen during her travel, take a man out for shopping, but she didn't mind. In fact, she liked being here. And that while shopping for clothes wasn't her favourite activity.
When it looked like Gavin had paid, she walked to him. "If you're ready, I looked up where the other shop is."

Michael entered the Pokémon Center and spotted the map almost immediately. He walked over to examine it and nodded when he saw where they had to be. "Okay, the gym is north from here, we have to cross the train track and then the first to the right."
That would be easy enough to fight.
"You have a good opportunity here, Marie," Michael said to the Dunsparce on his shoulder as he left the Center again. "You can observe the gym leader. I'm sure Mindy will use you in the battle and knowing their tactic will be an advantage."
"I will observe closely," the Dunsparce said.

"That's great," Kim said. " I didn't even know the legends had their own writing, I'm certain I never saw it," She paused as she seemed to remember something. "I have seen strange markings Andy was trying to decode once, but I don't know if that was the language of an old civilisation or the legends writing."

Even with the chatter at the front of the car, Benjamin felt this car was too silent. There was a distance between Steph and himself that he didn't like, he wasn't even sure how that had happened, but he didn't want to talk about something personal with the other two listening. It was impossible to have a private conversation in a car, unless you could what they were doing, talk in another language.
"When we are back," Benjamin said, his voice calm and a friendly smile was on his face as he turned to look at Steph. "Shall we go for a walk?"

@CitrusArms The Wingull titled her head as she looked up to the Staraptor. "That happens, yes," she said. "It depends on what food though. We Wingull tend to stay around the harbour, there is enough food to find for us there, especially humans tend to throw away perfectly good leftovers. But for two things we will fight each other: fresh berries and fries. We can't get to the berries in the forest because the Spinarak are really territorial when it comes to the berry bushes, and the fries humans make are delicious." She looked in the direction of the sea. "So yes, sometimes the fights get intense, that's the way of life."

Meet the band

There is one RP I'd really like to do and I want to see if anyone is interested in playing out this story with me.

I will play a popular boy band, they write their own music and perform. I need a partner who would like to play their manager and their new assistant. Male or female, doesn't matter.
The manager can be a good person, someone who has the best intentions for the boys, but in this scenario the manager will be teased by the bandmembers. (If you watched the anime Gravitation you'll know what I mean)
The manager can be a bad person, someone who only sees money and the boys have to work hard for him.

The new assistant is someone the manager arranged for them, the assistant will do chores so the bandmembers can focus on their work. Secretly the assistant is one of their biggest fans.

For this RP Romance is an option, but it doesn't have to go there. Drama will have its place, each character has their own baggage from their past, the bandmembers do and the assistant should as well.
I marked this as 18+, because alcohol and drugs may be a part of the RP. I am not looking for smut. While romance is certainly an option I don't want to write about anything that happens between the sheet in full detail.

As for my posting habits, I will try for daily replies, but in reality my replies usually take 3-4 days. The worst they get is weekly, becase I always have 1 day in the week I reserve for RP's, but I try to reply more often than that.

I'm Dutch myself, but I try to write with good grammar. I don't mind the occasional spelling mistake, but I would like some effort to be done for grammatically correct posts. And please, no one-liners. I want a minimum of one decent or two small paragraphs. My own posts usually have 1-3 paragraphs.

Marc smiled at her, that was nice to hear. "Well, I mean, the meds help, right? That's why we give them to patients." Surely Sara knew that being a patient and working as a staff. He looked at the table with Ray and Benjamin. "We should really talk to Benjamin though, he might get privileges stripped if he won't start taking his pills. I heard it came up during the meeting of his therapists this morning. It wasn't good he missed the group-meeting either, they think he skipped it on purpose."

"Okay," Benjamin said as he got up. "Let's go." He waited for Ray to join him before he would go to the door, it wouldn't be polite to quickly walk off and he enjoyed Ray's company. And Dia too. He wasn't sure about Ari yet, but maybe he would feel differently about her after he talked to her.

That's true CitrusArms, the episode with the SS Anne was great. The Pidgeotto wanting to eat a Caterpie was in the third episode of the first season I think. Ash called his Caterpie when he wanted to catch the Pidgeotte and Misty warned him that the Pidgeotte wanted to eat him. After those episodes I don't there were many references to Pokémon predators and prey.

Benjamin watched Steph buckle up and stare through the window as the car started to move. Since she seemed busy with her own thoughts, he looked through the window on his side and let her be at peace. On the way here she had even rested her head on his shoulder, now she kept a distance between them. Not just physically, it felt like she didn't want to look at him. He frowned as he examined the city as they passed it and he thought back to the lunch to see if there was anything that could explain this.

Mabel opened her eyes with the first yell of the Umbrechu. She stood up, opening her wings and keeping her eyes on the abductor, he was getting away, but she could easily overtake him. With a few wingbeats she lifted into the sky and flew forward, first diving to Charcoal to catch him if it was needed, as she noticed the attempt to fly, but she kept her eyes on the other Pokémon readied herself to quickly overtake him and save Ixia.

"Most people do take it off, but you don't have to if you'd rather keep it on," Mindy said. "Just let them scan the price tag if you do."
While it was more common to take the clothes off and put your old clothes back on, if it really had been a while since he washed his clothes, she could see why he'd want to keep the new shirt on. Plus, it did look good on him. "You can pay over there," she added, pointing to the counter.

"I'm certain the marked the gym on that map," Michael said as he started walking to the entrance of the Pokémon Center. "That is the one place most trainers will go to."
The dunsparce on his shoulder agreed by nodding.
"You can speak to him," Lytse said. "He can understand us."
"Really?" Marie asked.
"Yes, really," Michael said before his Cyndaquil could answer.

Andy saw Varina shake her head. He wasn't sure what she had said after that, but because she had shaken her head he decided to explain. "A library is a place where they have a lot of books and people can freely enter it to read them. They usually have a collection of magazines and newspapers too, some have an archive as well. And they have computers hooked up to the internet. It's a great place to do some research. Although for Pokémon it's probably not very interesting because they can't read and that's all you really can do in a library. I did teach Merlin to read, he's pretty good at putting the right picture with the right word, he knows a lot of words already. And I taught the others to recognise certain words as well."
As he talked he walked to the library with his Furret next to him, who nodded sometimes.
"I can read 'Hotel'," Kim said, "he thought it would be useful because he often stays in one."

That's true, there are plenty of entries or scenes in the anime that suggest a food chain. Like Pidgeotto wanting to eat Caterpie in the beginning of the first season. And Staraptor isn't the only one listed as a predator. Several pokédex entries of Pidgeotto mention prey as well, which suggests it is a hunter too. FireRed even mentions "It can carry prey such as an Exeggcute to its nest"
