In a sandbox RP the GM doesn't drop enemies, players do... The sandbox is completely player controlled and directed outside of some very significant events.

I apologies for mysteriously dropping out last time; I was in the thicket of Exam's. Now that my GCSE's are over, is there any chance that I could reprise the role of Duela, or would you rather I submitted her as a CS?
Okay so I've talked to Gowi, and you'll need to create a new CS whether you reprise your role as Duela or choose a new character since this RP is taking place in a new year. Sláinte!

The post at the beginning should be enough to get you up to date with the current world. Depending on what character you're making, Gowi has posted a few character sheets in the Repository that you can look over to get an idea of what other sheets are looking like.
As for where to put your own sheet, just hold on to it until further notice. DO NOT POST IT IN THE REPOSITORY, character sheets won't need to be submitted until the official OOC has been created.

Oh no the roster is characters who have been confirmed, have an ongoing application or are pending confirmation. You're free to pick any hero from the DC Universe.
