I already know mostly everything about the setting, so I'm all set. I'll try to get into this, I have a few character ideas whirling around in my head. I just need to choose which one.

Got myself a character set up with magnetism manipulation. Been dying to play a character with that power set.

Naaaaaaaaaaah, I didn't really like Olivia in hindsight, she was kinda bland. Also, sorry for disappearing from Vigilance over on Iwaku, I can't jump into RPs that far ahead that well (... And I should probably stop trying. lol).

I have some other characters in mind that I'd like to give a try.

Fair enough, I suffer a similar problem as well. Trying to make these RPs a little easier for new players by having the rotating sub plots so that every five to ten posts there is a new opening. So far, I've had mixed success.

EDIT: Added in the 'Background Information' so interested players can get an idea of how 'superpowers' work within the Vigilance Universe.
