@Vandy Well as far as I can see it should fit in for what he's looking for. It's a re-imagining of the character without straying away from the concept. Obviously I'll wait and see what he says when he's on next.

EDIT: However I must say, the idea of a Batman player coming in and causing me to be forced to align my character to his ideas doesn't seem entirely fair. I mean Batman has four other Robins who could take Dick's place fairly easily.

@Vandy Well with the lack of a Batman player I was going to avoid any sort of affiliation and sort of make Nightwing his own man using parts of both his time as a cop in his 90's solo series and the Grayson series to build a background then have him become a costumed vigilante maybe having a run in with Supes where as he did in the 90's hears the story of Nightwing and Flamebird taking on the alias as his own. Obviously the details aren't quite worked out but I'll be in touch naturally.

So if Superman has been around for six years would it be safe to assume that Batman has as well? In which case would it be possible to play an established Nightwing without a Batman player?

I mean I'm interested in Batman as well but with him tied into the League and my limited time at the moment I am leaning more towards Nigthwing as a solo protector of Bludhaven. (That and I just plain like Nightwing more haha)

EDIT: I should note that I'm aware of the rule about legacy characters however if need be I can rework Nightwing to stand alone from the Bat-Family and probably still keep the Nightwing name if @Vandy is willing to allow me to work some Superman into my backstory if need be.

I must apologize to everyone who has submitted a character especially for the lack of GM activity here however as Roman has hinted towards we are all rather short on time. Both Roman and I have become extremely tied up in our lives outside of the Guild and we can only assume Sam has as well since we have not heard from him.

As such I'm afraid I think it's likely best to close this RP down. Again I apologize for wasting everyone's time and hopefully your characters won't go to complete waste. Best luck to each of you going forward.

Hey, was reading your CS (Superman) and it's a bit confusing under his powers. It seems more like a history lesson than actually telling us what he's capable of in this version. Also his back story is filled with strikes? I can only guess it's not done, haha ... but those powers, while descriptive of the history, really don't tell us a lot of this version.
