Personality
Lev is a generally loud individual. He tends to draw attention in any environment. Very much a people person, and extremely self-confident to boot. He tends to lack a filter when talking to people, a little too honest for his own good. It generally results in people not liking him or being a little put off by his presents. He also actively chooses to ignore people’s personal space, which has gotten him hit on more than one occasion. Add that he can come off as rather vain and you have yourself and ego that can fill an entire room, no, an entire building. 

Appearance
Lev stands at around 6 ft 4 inches. He isn’t jacked by any means but he is still visibly muscular. His white hair, at its longest point reaches just below his shoulder blades though he tends to keep it tied. His hairstyle is very…long mullet-esc, but he makes it work. 

Lev is generally very conscious about what he wears, only wearing clothing that “best fits him” after all his appearance is everything to him. 

Biography

Lev comes from immigrant parents who moved from their home country to Redline, Maine when Lev was a very young child, on a work visa. Eventually they all gained official citizenship and Lev had a relatively normal life. His parents worked their way into the upper-middle class so Lev wanted for very little, that was until he was in his early teens. His parents found themselves in a decent sum of debt and in order to get themselves out of the hole at least a little bit, they sold their home and the family moved to a less than savory neighborhood. It was here that Lev learned very quickly, how to please the others around him, how to blend in with any crowd, and how to sweet talk his way out of trouble or into a little extra money. 

Lev spent his highschool years charming and conning his way into some extra cash, which he used to help his family dig themselves out of debt, very slowly. It was shortly after he graduated High School that his trigger event happened.

After his trigger he spent some time jumping between people that would pay him the most for his abilities and services. Which resulted in quite a bit of crime. It wasn’t until he was almost caught that he decided the risk wasn’t worth the reward and flipped to working to stop the same crime he once committed. His connections helped him quite a bit though many are still not fully convinced the Cape Fuse is committed to helping people rather than harming them. It doesn’t help that his powers often cause quite a bit of collateral damage which gets him in trouble with the public and the PRT higher ups. This of course doesn’t bother him, as long as he feels he is doing more good than harm he has no intention of changing. 

It was because of his more…destructive behavior that it was suggested he help out with the Wards program. An attempt to keep him off the streets as much as possible. Lev, of course, knew this, but took it as an opportunity to help kids struggling to find their place with the powers they developed. He of all people knew how easy it was to fall into criminal work so the opportunity to help kids not follow in his path was one he was more than willing to take.

Energy manipulation: Lev can convert the potential energy of inanimate objects into highly explosive kinetic energy, essentially charging any object he choses that he comes into contact with physically onto an explosive. The only limitation Lev seems to have with this is time, the larger the object the more time it takes him to charge. A small rock only talks him a moment whereas a car would take him up to an hour (depending on the size) and a building even longer. The size of the explosion caused by the object is heavily dependent on the object's mass. For example a single charge building might level the entire block it was on whereas a small pebble might have the same force as a firework. 

In a similar sense, instead of converting the potential energy of an object he and instead accelerate the kinetic energy. This is true of both objects he touches as well as himself. This means that he can make himself as well as the objects he is holding hit harder than they otherwise would normally be able to.
