Some people need to make a hard choice when deciding which two karaoke streams they want to listen to. I have no such weakness: I have two ears for a reason.

The hard part about trying to play some politically savvy mastermind is the assumption that the world operates off real world politics and not your DM’s politics.

Don't put too much stock in prophesies. At best they're full of shit, but more often than not they're one of those self-fullilling kinds. Plan for what happens afterwards instead.

A character isn't deep or compelling just because you let them get hurt a lot, are always depressed, or do morally questionable things.

If you're here either you're wondering what I'm doing cause I need to post in your RP (In which case, calm yo tits, I'll get around to it), or you want to know who I am. So let's begin.

I'm a college age asian kid who has more heart than he has senses. I'm still working out this whole "adulthood" thing, so until then I just do what I feel I must. As far as personality and traits go, I'm not one for boasting. So if there's anything redeeming about myself you'd have to figure it out in person or by word-of-mouth. Generally however I'm rather perverted, in the best and worst ways. nothing is too much until I've crossed the line, and that just means I've started.

As far as Roleplays I like, I have a thing for fantasy, though I'm also good for some types of sci-fi, supernatural, Modern, and slice-of-life. If it's open and sandbox, I'll probably join it. Never really been a romantic, I often chose to sexualize any notion of romantic encounters I come across. I generally write at Casual quality, though I have no issues with Free-Level Rp/Players and I can hold my own in Advance.

Snorting, Orchid didn't like how the innkeeper had ignored her completely in favor of serving two drunks. She had half a mind to get involved herself, but thought against it. She'll just have to take her business elsewhere. Besides, surely this town would have more than two taverns in it. Incidentally, she left just as one of the patrons transformed into a bear, but Orchid simply thought it was a petty brawl. As much as she'd have fun in one of those she was hungry right now, and was more concerned about getting some food than a fight. Going back to her vargr and unchaining him, Orchid was about to head out when she spotted something in the distance. Crowds weren't anything unusual, but she spotted what appeared to be black uniforms. She's seen the town's guards and they don't dress like that. Was this a company of caravans? Or perhaps something more?

This got Orchid's attention, certainly. She smirked as she put the sacks away onto her vargr and mounted onto the saddle. "Looks like fun, eh lad? Let's find a nice bit of high ground to watch the festivities from." Unsure of where these newcomers were going or what they wanted Orchid planned to observe them a bit from afar, and ideally from somewhere high. So she and her vargr would run into the Anvil alleyways, climbing up buildings until they could reach a rooftop. Some people might complain about the noise or having the two-hundred pound beast ruining their homes, but their complaints would go ignored. Once she had some high ground Orchid would dismount and lay low, seeing what may unfold with a bow in hand.
And a post. Just to clarify for those who aren't too certain from my post:

@Evanist Congrats, the dice were on your side and so far you haven't missed with your singing. Lucky, I can't ever seem to make those land in the game.

@Rune_Alchemist You've successfully used Astonish. It didn't really do much damage but dice were on your side as well and you at least made the murkrow you attacked flinch, so he doesn't get an action.

@Zanavy Your attack went up due to how Rage works. This is a temporary boost of course, but should last you for the battle. Also as for Jeri knowing rollout since she would technically be at the level where she could learn it, basically if you think Jeri would have the instinct to try and roll/tackle into the enemy, it'll work as intended. The fact she woke up feeling more limber and flexible was suppose to be a sort of hint that she could pull this move off.

@Lugia You can now ember. Visually, it'll look more like a big puff of smoke with some bits of fire in the blast. Sorta like what would happen if you dumped a bunch of water onto a still active campfire. It doesn't have great range but at least it's an elemental attack.

Also, I'm aware that some of you guys were discussing your plan of attack when everyone did their thing. I'm not saying that planning isn't a good thing, but just keep in mind that if all you're doing is discussing your plan, you are losing out on the initiative to attack. Talking, unfortunately, is not a free action. I'm not saying that I'll punish you if you guys want to have a bit of back-and-forth before acting but in instances like this I encourage that you guys don't wait on me and post as you would if you were having a conversation. Otherwise once I post I will take it as everyone's actions being completed and moving the scene on accordingly.
Certainly, the poke crew would be hesitant to engage in a battle again so soon, against multiple enemies who seem more fearsome than the previous opponent. Yet despite that they still moved into optimal positions, some taking the initiative to attack first. Celina flew away from the Murkrow, not quite disengaging but simply moving away from his allies. Sure enough his pursuit struck her first as he dashed towards the smaller cotton bird and slashed her wings with his claws. It was certainly painful; while not lethal the pain would let her know quite well that this world was no dream as blood stained her white wings. Still that didn't stop her song and the murkrow, now close enough to hear it even pass the storm, grew drowsy. He tried to attack Celina again but his eyes grew heavy as he fell to the ground asleep.

Everyone else moved closer, either hidden or immediately launching their attacks. As the murkrows were about to finish off the pelliper, Vi came out of no where and startled one of the murkrows. The other didn't seen to have noticed as he was being bludgeoned by Jeri. They both squawked in surprised, though the one fighting Jeri at least tried to fight back by aggressively slashing at the dunsparce, hoping that she might try to flee so that it could rake her back. Otherwise it simply was flailing at her in between getting struck by her raging blows as well. When Jeri was struck, she would feel her rage build as her own strikes hit harder the more she got hurt, perhaps a simple survival instinct of her kind to become more ferocious in danger. Or something.

As for the others, they could at least observe some things they could take advantage of: first and foremost was that now that the murkrows were being attacked by their allies, they actually have the high ground should they try and attack the dark birds from the entrance of the cave. Secondly, the pelliper didn't seem to be conscious and was in the process of bleeding out from it's wounds. While not dead it was in no condition to offer any aid in fighting back even after distracting the two murkrows. Finally for Trevor himself, the sheer danger of this situation was far greater than the fight that had happened yesterday. Not only were there more enemies but these creatures were surely stronger than the bidoof, and if they didn't hurry the rest of the sleeping swarm may awaken. It was thanks to this atmosphere of violence that made his body uncomfortably hot even as it was being soaked by the constant rain. A new fire had awaken in his body and almost instinctively, he could feel it wanting to come out.
I would post something but I was the last post before Zombie, so I dunno if it's alright for me to post again so (Relatively) soon.
If we’re going to lay in ambush, Orchid will try to hide in wait, likely by climbing the wall above the western entrance so he can get the literal drop on the enemy. He’ll keep a dagger in his mouth so he’ll have his hands free for climbing but he’ll drop it into his hands once a fight starts.
Hnnnn. If there isn’t any enemies coming through, I guess I’ll join everyone out of iniative too. I got two more uses of rage left so I’m not in any danger of running short, but we should move quickly. Unlike a bat swarm I’m sure the cultists might think something is up from th drake roars so we should heal up and get ready to move on. Keep an eye out for traps too, naturally.
”Oi, behave! Gunna get us sumthin ta eat!” Orchid tells her beast as he was chained up to a tree. He snorted and merely laid down, relaxed, and burped. Hauling the sacks into the tavern the place seemed rather lively if somewhat foreboding. But that wasn’t unusual to Orchid; if people weren’t afraid of orcs then there was usually some other troubles weighing in their minds. Regardless the green girl went over to whoever seemed to be the tavern keep and set down the sacks of grain, salt, and spices.

”Got some goods ere, figures we could barter sumthin. A sack ol grains get some good roasts, maybe make a soup outta da barely, got sum salt and spices too sure that’ll be a pretty penny. I’d say around twenty gold, eh?” Orchid said with a jovial but gruff tone. She had no real idea how much any of these things costs but she expected somewhere around her asking price. She at least knew salt and spices were expensive.
@Searat

If you guys are just taking a short rest, I’ll let you roll one additional hit die for recovery. You’re otherwise simply in no danger of bleeding out or for your wounds to fester.
Oh right. The breastplate is definitely magical, transmutation. This is a +1 Breastplate. Additionally there appears to be magic runes inscribed inside of the breastplate and if you had to guess, when this armor is attuned it allows you to cast Prestidigitation.
