Current I don't think they are ignoring us. Believe it or not I'm sure the mods/admin have lives outside of this and require sleep.

$80 for building a Commander deck is not to bad. I know my own started out inexpensive but slowly grew as I added cards. Pretty sure most of them are close to or over $200.

Is it just me or has the number of ads increased rather dramatically? I'm seeing them in the middle of people's posts now.

Did not expect to see a new mobile layout today. Definitely different and it'll probably take some getting used to.

Bio

Suppose it's better late than never to add this.

I enjoy Starwars, Lord of the Rings, The Expanse book series, Warhammer, gaming, Game of Thrones, and D&D.

Might add more later, might not.

That's neat, I'll have to remember that for later.
The name itself say it. Just be careful they may bite.
Tsak Vlos, Aurora, & Miizel
Ft. The Dungeon Master

The trio find the Lost Property wagon (mostly) through Tsak's guidance. There, they would see Dirlagraun, a displacer beast with a keg hanging from her neck, and orange butterfly wings, watching over a girl and boy as they run around the area, playing a small game of tag. Dirlagraun looks as the trio approach and she immediately recognizes Tsak and Miizel.

She greets the trio warmly in Elvish as they approach, "Ah, Hello Tsak. And I remember you, Miizel..."

She asks the trio, "How can I help you?"

When they reached the Lost Property wagon, Miizel was once again greeted with Dirlagraun’s magnificent sight. She spoke in a language he didn't understand but based on her tone it was probably a greeting. “Hello again, Dirlagraun.” Miizel greeted in Common. “I didn’t expect to meet you again so soon.”

“We’re investigating something right now and we need some help.” He said, no beating around the bush. “We just returned from the Hall of Illusions and we happened to find a particular mirror that doubled as a portal. Do you know anything about that?”

Aurora gaped at the site of the beast before them. She had not see such a creature before, nor did she remember them from the last time she had been here. As the creature spoke to Tsak and Miizel in elvish, and Miizel spoke back in kind, Aurora learned that the creature they were speaking to is Dirlagraun. Quietly and standing off to the side, Aurora waits while Miizel explains what they were doing now.

Tsak would stride in with a grin, bowing her head to the beautiful creature before responding back in Sylvan "good evening Dirlagraun, can I help you with anything?"

Dirlagraun gives a tilt of her head at Miizel's words. She looks to Tsak and she answers in Sylvan, "Ah, I'm alright, thank you. Miizel and Zavakri already assisted me earlier this evening,"

"I know Miizel and I were hoping you could help us. The Hall of Illusions seems to house a portal to somewhere, as Miizel has already mentioned. We are trying to figure out where it goes and who knows anything about it.  Aurora replied in Sylvan to the being.

Dirlagraun tilts her head and she answers in Sylvan, "My apologies, dear. I'm afraid I don't know of the portal, nor where it leads. If anyone would know, it would be Mr. Light and Mr. Witch,"

Despite the mind altering effect that made her happy, Aurora felt a bit disappointed. "Thank you. When we saw them earlier they didn't seem particularly inclined to speak with us about the troubles here. From what the three of us have been able to gather from the limited information it seems the Hall of Illusions might be were people are disappearing at. I thank you again for your time." She replied in Sylvan. She stepped back so if the others had other question to ask they could.

Tsak frowned as she looked to the other two at the mention of her bosses and uncles. "Maybe just the three of us should try talking to them, less threats that way". Tsak would Grumble to herself as she fluttered out of the wagon.

Dirlagraun sighs at Aurora's words regarding Mr. Witch and Mr. Light, and she comments, voicing her thoughts about them out loud, "That's just like them. Always trying to take care of everything by themselves...."

After Aurora mentions what they found, and Tsak suggests talking to the Ringleaders again, Dirlagraun answers, "I'm glad I could help, Aurora. Please enjoy the rest of the carnival,"

Tsak sat outside drawing circus members in her enchanted notebook while she waited. This whole thing didn't sit well with her and she was starting to wonder if the Ringleaders were all as she had thought.

As the group leaves, Dirlagraun lowers her head onto her paws and rests. As the group heads for the Staff Area, led by none other than Tsak, they would hear the Barkers call out to the crowds,

"Who will be crowned the Witchlight Monarch! Find out at the Big Top in one hour from now folks!"
Jørmund can turn all the weapons into easier to carry ingots but he cam only 100gp worth a day until he can get some more channel divinity slots.
TARGOS

The wooden walls of the town are coated in a thin sheet of ice that glistens when light from a lantern or torch passes by it. The sentries on the wall huddle close to their brazier trying to stay warm against the persistent cold. Though still dark it is close to eight in the morning. Travelers are making their way through the gates of Targos with what little trade they have in this frozen land. Fishers can be seen draging their boats across the frozen harbor past the walls to find open water to begin the days task of catching the knucklehead trout that dwell in the lake. The inn, The Luskan Arms, still has a few folk in the common room. The tavern Three Flags Sailing has a few more people still finishing their morning meal.

You travelers have just made it into town, though one of you are more familiar with the town than the others. What would you like to do?
Jørmund would be fine with having a savings pool for the party. As long as he has enough coin for his material, or at least the noncurrency metal items from the loot for making said material, and for his booze all is good for him.

@Bartimaeus as Destiny stated you don't have to write mini novel's for your posts. I'm sure we will still be here if/when you are ready to come back.

After the group had bid him good night Rickard went towards the bed he had purchased for another night. He opened the chest that came with his bed and checked his mail and weapons to make sure they were still clean of rust. With that inspection he also looked for notches, cracks, or other damage on any of his gear. A small split had started to form on the toe of his left boot. With a quiet murmur and a brush of the lodestones, he used his magic to mend the split. It was a temporary fix as the magic didn't just create more of the material. He would need to buy a new pair of boots before to long. Once his gear was checked and cleaned, Rickard stored it carefully back in the chest and locked it.

He climbed into the bed while still processing the days events. The lack of leads was the most concerning thing at the moment. People typically just didn't disappear with no reason. Those that did it often came about that they had fled their home in the dead of night. Their reasoning for such varied from they just wanted to leave their home looking for adventure to people wanting to escape a bad living situation. He wasn't sure that was the case for Samuel. Tomorrow he would have to talk with the dress maker and maybe try getting into the silversmiths shop. Those two leads could have some more information. At least if they were related in some way to Samuel's disappearance. It certainly did seem that there was more to the matter than he had expected.

Then there was the Kosara and her ridiculous assumption involving Lady Kathryn. At least that matter should be resolved by tomorrow. He hoped that Kosara would listen to Kathryn anyway. Perhaps it was a cultural norm where the tiefling was from. If she didn't listen and persisted on the assumption however, he was not sure that tomorrow would be as productive of a day as he wanted. Lynda what have I gotten myself into. I don't remember our ventures being this odd. Nor do I remember our traveling companions being as diverse in origin as these folk I've met. Perhaps tomorrow will clear up the questions of the missing town folk.

Rickard settled down under the covers of the bed, which provided comfort enough for the night. He pushed off the thoughts of the investigation and the wild assumptions of the pale tiefling to welcome the dreams of years long since passed.
Does anyone have either of the Eberron books? I have a question needing answered about Changelings.

I have the Rise from the last war, may be the wrong name, and I don't recall seeing that in the the lore. The person in question is either a troll or has misheard from someone else.

I do not have the book next to me right now but I can check it tomorrow before I go to work.
I have a small handful of the books physically, one digitally, and parts of other digitally as well. For the most part I'm finding myself preferring the physically books more lately. Kinda like the feel of the physically book.

Guildmaster's Guide to Ravnica
Mythic Odysseys of Theros
Plane Shift: Amonkhet

Weirdly enough, I swore they had been around longer then all three books. I thought they were in Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes or Volo's Guide to Monsters

Thank you for the link.

@Tab a minotaur should be fine. Though within the forgotten realms I do believe they have a poor reputation, at least with those that know of them. I may have to do some reading of the monster manual and some of the Tome of Foes to verify.
