Current I don't think they are ignoring us. Believe it or not I'm sure the mods/admin have lives outside of this and require sleep.

$80 for building a Commander deck is not to bad. I know my own started out inexpensive but slowly grew as I added cards. Pretty sure most of them are close to or over $200.

Is it just me or has the number of ads increased rather dramatically? I'm seeing them in the middle of people's posts now.

Did not expect to see a new mobile layout today. Definitely different and it'll probably take some getting used to.

Bio

Suppose it's better late than never to add this.

I enjoy Starwars, Lord of the Rings, The Expanse book series, Warhammer, gaming, Game of Thrones, and D&D.

Might add more later, might not.

@Fading Memory as the party rogue, I've only spent an one time use potion. Still have plenty of 1d6 sneak damage to use. Also perk of having an elf character is that a long rest is only four hours of meditation.
Aurora

Aurora looked at the reflections in the mirrors as they made their way to the mirror Miizel had indicated was magically different than the others. It was curious to see that Mister Witch and Mister Light were shown to be shadar-kai. She knew little of the distant kin of the high elves. Most of what she knew is that there were not of the prime material realm. She looked at both of them then at the mirror again. "What is beyond this is responsible for the disappearances isn't it. When I was here in the Hall with Gabriel earlier today, I saw a small girl with a pig mask talking to a halfling. She left shortly after we arrived but she had asked him if he had any regrets. The halfling mentioned that the girl knew someone who could help and all he had to do was follow her." She paused considering the information that had been gathered through the night. Turning her gaze back to the elven carnival owners her expression hardened some. "Do both of you know who this person is? Who would be preying on people who have regrets in life?" Aurora's tone was sharp and accusatory, she didn't understand why they would risk whatever this thing was harming people. Briefly she realized that maybe her tone was a bit to harsh. These two wanted to bring joy and happiness to others.

"I do apologize for how I said what I said. Whatever or whoever this is has their own agenda. I'm not sure if it the being or beings you are so worried about but, I will go through with Tsak, Jub, Brutrumukk, and whoever else will go.

"Rest would probably do all of us good. Here would probably be the safest option as only the owners here truly know what is beyond this portal."

I am sorry it has taken me so long to get this DM post up. I'll try to get at least one a week up if I can.
TARGOS

The proprietor of the Three Flags Sailing fetches the requested food and drink for each of her newer patrons. When Foxfire set the gold coin down and told her to keep the change, the older woman looked at her quizzically. "Are you sure? The meal and drink is only three silver."

Once she serves the rest of the meals, also informing Gorm that the meal and drink are only three silver, she turns back to Munch. "Recent news is that Easthaven has caught an evil wizard and plans to burn him at the stake. Apparently he had killed some adventurers. Oh and the captain of the guard is looking for some adventurers to help with something. Might have to do with that wizard"
And Jørmund has replied.
Jørmund

Jørmund listened to the bard and quickly realized the tale he was telling. The earth Genasi hadn't thought much about that day in years. The memory played through his head, it had been early morning when the raiders had attacked. Most of those who could fight had left an hour or so earlier to investigate a nearby by clearing. Jørmund had wanted to go with them, but he was told that he needed to stay and help his smithing master with the forge. When the raiders had arrived most of those in the village were unprepared and forced to flee to their homes or out of the village. Jørmund heard the horn sounding that the village was under attack, two short bursts and one long. He grabbed on of the other younger villagers and handed her a spear, shield, and helm. Once she was armed he told her to gather anyone she can and get them here to the forge so they could be armed with what was available. Jørmund armed himself with a chain shirt, shield, and mace. The wait after felt like hours even though it was just minutes.

With a shake of his head Jørmund left his recollection bringing himself back to the present moment. Plasm's question had been what had brought him back from the memory. "His tale is mostly true. The details of the fight with Haradlr is a bit exaggerated. I had started to learn to use the magic granted by the divine as well as found a replacement for my mace, an axe. Where the idea that I fought him entirely bare handed came from the fact that when the rest of the village got to where we were, he had pulled the axe from my hand after it caught in his shield and mine was in splinters. I did manage to punch him hard enough to bring him down but after having used some of my magic. That was not a pleasant day. By the time it was done I think we had lost nearly twenty of those that fought with me and several more who had initially fled." The earth genasi started to turn away from the performance not wanting to watch it anymore. His tone shifted to a more somber one as he finished his abbreviated retelling to Plasm.

"I'm going to go back to the feasting tent to eat." Jørmund told his companion before starting back to the tent they were at earlier.

He nodded in response to Victoria's sentiment. Being idle with something like this investigation was troubling for him.  The longer he had to wait the more likely he would be unable to find Samuel alive if at all. Victoria however seemed to present that she was more of a people person. That could be favorable as Rickard, while being a people person of sorts, did lack some skill in getting information from the locals. "I do apologize for my forthright manner. I am eager to get this investigation going. However yesterday only yielded minimal results and being insulted twice. It was a bit frustrating but nevertheless today is a new day. Hopefully something can be found that will progress the search."

Marita seemed to have heard about the dressmaker's daughter as well as having developed a connection with the server here. The point that she brought up was astute in that the dressmaker was likely not open yet. With slightly more limited options it looked like it may be better to check the workshop again, or perhaps the silversmiths shop. The elven man took another bit of the smoked pork and bread, considering the options. "Well the workshop is on the west side of town. The dressmaker..." a frown darkened Rickard's expression. He had forgotten where the dressmaker was. That or he had forgotten to ask the whereabouts of their shop. "I suppose in my haste to start this investigation I had forgotten to ask where the dressmaker's shop was. If it is close to Samuel's shop, I would suggest we start at the wood working shop. Hopefully you or your companion might find something I missed. Are there any particular areas you think might have a better potential for leads?" He finished the last of his open faced sandwich with another of the eggs that were brought to the table. Another sip of tea washed it all down and Rickard sat back in his chair, waiting for the purple bard and her cleric companion to respond.
Aurora

During the ceremony Aurora cheered with the rest as Jub was proclaimed the Carnival Monarch. It was almost to the level of pomp and circumstances that the noble back home gave to when the consulate had their elections. The magocracy did have an knack for magical exuberance that left many of the less magically inclined in awe.

After Jub was crowned by Mister Witch and Mister Light, the burst of fireworks caught Rory off guard. Initially it startled her, followed by her laughing at how ridiculous it was for her to be startled by it. The parade through the carnival grounds kept her attention for awhile. She stayed close to the edges away from the center of the crowd keeping an eye on Jub and the carnival owners. Here soon it would be time to meet up with them and potentially help them with whatever it was that causing these disappearances.
I do apologize for my lack of posts, here and in @rush99999's. It's been a busy weekend with family having come down to visit. I'll be trying to get posts up as soon as I can.
Busy but still not getting as much as I would like to done with my house. Progress is still being made though so that's a plus.

I'll try to get a DM post up tomorrow.
