Name: Android 23 Also known as Panrite. This is to be a joke, as it's based on pyrite, just as 17 and 18 are lapiz and lazulli.

Age: has been in stasis since for over 255 years, but has been conscious for about 19 years of his life. Being about that age in terms of looks, it's pretty obvious that's how he acts.

Family: N/A
Bio: Being stolen as a young child for ransome, his parents did not comply. His kidnappers could not bare to kill him, but managed to dump him on the side of the road. He wandered for a while, before he was found by the red ribbon army in a near death situation. After feeding him, they talked the boy into willingly letting them turn him into an android. Using the peices of the scrapped androids and robots before him, it was a miracle he was a success. They had him train hard for a very long time, preparing with the other androids for the appearance of goku when time was deemed right. After being put into stasis, he was never actually awoken, until a scientist accidentally stumbled upon him. After the realization that he encountered a robotic lifeform, the scientist took him to do studies. The two grew tied together, but after Android 23 learned of his past, he returned to the red ribbon base. He spent the rest of his days training and repairing the place. Eventually he realized he was stronger than most, and since then has been going around doing his best to save others. Now, he hopes to gather z fighters like those he learned of in the past.

Dislike: Fighting, Greed, meat, card games and magic tricks
Abilities/techniques:
-3-d analysis gear: Do to being an android, all the movements of previous foes and current foes that he sees in sent to a major computer as well as all seen by the other androids. Because of this, he will learn attack patterns quickly, but this requires energy to be consumed quickly.
-Tesla wave: One of the moves only an android could use. This uses energy from the user to directly blast a powerful electrical blast all around them. This does serious damage to the enemy but will drain the user of about all the energy within them. The energy latches onto people within a certain bubble almost, and zaps with a large purple electrical current.
-Energy drain: this ability requires the user to latch onto or stab into the enemy in some way. Once they cannot be pryed off well, they will drain the enemy of energy, both stamina and ki. This will first recover the androids electric power. Once this is full it recovers health, after that, it recovers stamina then if you somehow manage to bring all this back without being taken off, it will ki from the enemy. This is painful for the person being drained.
Transformations: Not yet, but just wait and see.
Master: Techniqually dr. Gero, but really not any.
Other: Does not technically need to eat.
