Still looking for people!
Holy fuck. I am interested.
Still looking for people!

Owen tried his hardest to fight back against the man, but he was pinned to the ground and slowly losing consciousness. His life didn't flash back at him as it would of happened to others. Then all of a sudden, he heard a sicking crack and felt no pressure to his neck. He started to breath once again and he was thankful that he could breath again. And he saw the guy on the floor, with his head bleeding out of control. The baton was right next to the guy as it was covered in blood. He was dead. After seeing the dead guy, he felt sick for a moment as if he was going to throw up. But, he got over it as he saw the women leaning against the wall.

He heard the girl say something about being alright and that someone else was dead. Owen saw his supply bag and walked towards it as he was thinking of leaving her behind. But, he walked towards the window with his bag to check the simulation outside. There were still too many infected people to fight and she wasn't doing well enough to move. So, he decided to stay for now and help the woman out as he walked towards her. He put the bag next to her and pointed to it as he said, "There's bottled water and chips in there. Please don't eat too much."

Owen then went towards the dead woman and check on her. He crouched down to get a better look and saw the dried blood next to her. It seemed like she had been there for almost a day and she wasn't going to turn, because of the knife wound on the head. Despite her being dead, her eyes were still wide open as if she was surprised before her death. Maybe she was the first victim of the now dead guy. After closing her eyes, he went towards the woman to see if she's fine as she kept closing and opening her eyes. Owen went towards the bag and grabbed a bottled water. Then, he sat down on the ground next to her as he started to drink the water.

Owen was the first one to talk since the attack ended as he said in a harsh tone, "Thanks for saving my life. My name is Owen, a police officer before this shit happened."

@The Spectre I like him a lot actually. I've always wanted a cop character involved. Hopefully you can get right into the action. Some people have been inactive quite a bit, and I don't want to abandon this roleplay in any way.

Anyway. Character accepted.

Thank you so much! And I have posted as well. Sorry for the double post by the way.

The footsteps echoed all over the police station as he looked around it for the last time. With the supply bag on his right shoulder, he checked every room for valuable stuff. The chief's office was empty with papers all over the ground and one of the file cabinets was on the ground. Owen looked at it to relieve the memories of his chief and the things that he has done for everyone. The remaining officer didn't know what happened to the chief, but he hoped that he either died peacefully or got away with the military. Soon enough, he left the office and check the other rooms. They were also messy as the place was cleared out by both the military and the group that Owen was part of.

They split up a while ago, saying that they were going up north to someone's cabinet until things calm down. He believed that it would be a long time before the military could come and help out, but he couldn't believe that they would give up so easily. They tried to establish quarantine camps, but that failed as more people became infected. And their efforts around the country had failed, leaving them with only one option. Falling back to the sea and figuring out a new plan. He checked the remaining rooms and nothing new appeared in them, just papers on the floor and other useless crap. The footsteps soon came to an end as he was standing near the front doors.

He looked around the station for the last time as he was reliving the memories and the good times spent at the station. The people that he has met and became good friends with were nowhere to be found and he was all alone. By leaving behind the station, Owen might be able to move on in the new world of hell. But, he might come back to the station if he was bitten to die peacefully rather than a quick bullet to the head. His sigh echoed all over the station for the last time as he opened the doors and walked out.

The outside was almost similar to the inside of the station, quite and messy. However, there were a couple noises of gunshots as he started to walk on the sidewalk. With his bag, he walked for a couple miles as he was thinking of the future. What was he going to do? Where was he going to stay? How was he going to survive? While walking for twenty minutes, he tried to use his radio and see if anyone would pick it up; sadly, nobody did answer his call. After he quit using the radio, he kept on walking until he saw them. The infected. There were a couple dozen of them in front of him as he was thinking out a plan. He couldn't just fire his gun at them or attack them with his baton without getting bitten.

He ran as fast as he could and looked at some of the buildings as he was running. Owen didn't have to time to pick and raced towards one of the doors. He opened it and quickly closed it before anyone could get in. He sighed in relief as he was safe inside and away from them. Suddenly, he heard footsteps and turned to find a man walking down the stairs. "Great. What the fuck is you doing here..." the man said with an unwelcome tone before stopping as he saw the uniform. He couldn't say any more words as he realized that an officer was in the building with him, but he finished his sentence in a more welcoming tone with "...officer?"

Owen stool there as he was reaching for his weapon until the man walked forward. "Good thing you're here officer." the man said as he pointed towards the stairs, looking like he was thankful that Owen came here. "My children need help. I have been so worried that I wanted to go outside, but then you came among!" Owen was still investigating the guy, but he went up the stairs as he was talking about his family and how they have been surviving for thirty days. They soon got to the second floor and looked at the hallway as the man walked towards the door, unlocked it, and opened it. "In here, officer!" he shouted as he looked startled for some unknown reason.

He quickly entered the room and dropped his bag by the doorway as he saw only two ladies and no children. He had been played. Owen quickly turned towards the guy, but he was ready for him as he nearly stabbed Owen in the head with a knife. Thankfully, he dodged it before it was too late and Owen had to fight back. He reached for his baton and he used it as his weapon, fighting back against him for a bit and he even managed to get him to drop the knife before he was tackled to the wooden ground. His baton flew towards one of the ladies' legs as the guy started to strangle Owen.

Owen tried to fight back, but he was pinned to the ground as the man was choking him harder. Because he was unable to fight back, he turned towards the ladies and tried to say something. He managed to say a couple words as he was being choked by the man:

"Help me."

I can. Just tell me where you are at.
Sorry for the delay, but here's my character sheet. Hope you like it.

Name
Owen Morris

Age
Thirty-Nine

Gender
Male

Physical Description
Owen is 5'8” and his body is healthier than the average male in the country. His daily workout at the gym has helped out with his body and the Outbreak has helped out as well. He doesn't have any facial hair, because he doesn't think they look professional for a police officer. However, his short light brown hair is still there. The police uniform is his daily outfit before the Outbreak started. The uniform used to mean something, but now it's a target for those looking for supplies. Owen prefers to keep the uniform until it becomes useless; however, he has a second uniform among with his regular clothes in the supply bag.

Personality
Owen became a police officer, because he's a courageous and selfless person. Like many other officers, he's disciplined and calm towards others. And he's also high-spirited during serious events and often uses humor to calm others. He gets his personality from his father, who had a similar personality to Owen. However, since the Outbreak, he's slowly becoming an earnest and self-centered person. With a world without the use of law and order, he's adapting to the simulation rather too quickly. He already had to kill someone after they were changing towards him with a metal baseball bat and he also killed several 'infected'.

But, most of his personality hasn't changed for the moment.

Equipment
Glock 22 (contains 40 rounds, two magazines total)
Metal baton
D1 Patrol Police Supply Bag (contains only bottled waters and snack size chips)
Police Duty Belts (contains handcuffs, portable personal radio, pepper spray, a taser, two flashlights, gloves, a multi-tool, and a small first aid kit)

History
Owen Morris' early life was difficult as he almost died at birth with his mother; thankfully, they lived through it. His father was a police office from New York City and his mother had a job as a sales person. They were the average middle class family, living in an apartment and having only one kid. School was fun and easy from Owen as he skipped a grade at the age of seven.

However, he wanted to become like his father and the most of the people in the father's and mother's family: A police officer. He begun to train from the hard work of being a cop in a city, especially New York City. From the age of ten to eighteen, he forced on school and his training until he mastered them. His father retired after serving for twenty-six years at the age of fifty-nine, saying that 'a man must rest before his death'. At the same time, he had graduated from high school and went to police academy for a couple years. It was difficult for Owen and he wanted to give up at times, but he pushed forward and became a police officer.

After that, he did his job for five years until he was transferred to Pittsburgh and did ten more years until the outbreak happened…

After the Outbreak
He was one of the first responders to a call about being attacked by a loved one. The simulation was horrible as the victim had bled to death and the loved one was covered in blood. It got more chaotic as he fired at the person. Then, he was called to the station for an emergency meeting about similar simulations that were happening all over the city. The police officers were told to defend quarantine camps and save as many lives as they could.

It was going well until the sixth day, where things went out of control. The quarantine camp, that Owen was stationed, was being overrun as the police officers were either fighting, dead, or escaping with the military. He chose to escape out of the camp with a group of officers and soldiers as soon as the helicopters left. The first thing that they did as a group was going back to the station, which was the HQ for the military now. When they got there, however, the place was empty among with the supplies. The group was upset and angry towards their fellow men for leaving. But, they found a radio and decided to contact the military. They were told that there was nothing that they could do for them and anyone else 'for now'. Despite the military's response, he knew that they were never coming back and they are hiding in naval ships.

Because of that, they decided to stay at the station until supplies are low and then split up. Thirty-five days later, the group had split up and Owen was the remaining person at the station before leaving it behind. He decided to stay in the city, because he wants to still protect it until he dies.
