So...I'm on day four...but I can't actually write anything...well I could but it would be just lamely leaving Kristina and only writing like three lines XD

Kalinda watched as Kyle mowed through the bars, smiling slightly and a little perplexed how some people, guys mainly, could pack away so much food. Why is he always so flustered she wondered, as he blushed and handed her a bar. She accepted it, giving him a smile. for that matter, why does he seemed to like being with me?. There weren't very many people in her life that seemed to enjoy her company, and it baffled her that Kyle seemed to enjoy her company, especially after such a short time.

I think mum mentioned his father, a few times or so. She thought, pondering that for a little bit. Opening the bar, she took a bite, blushing slightly herself, but she covered her face with her hair. Was she feeling her own emotions, or was it Kyle's? Right then, she couldn't tell.

Was...was she nervous? Why did she have to be nervous? There was a tightness in her chest, and she was sure her breathing was becoming a little bit faster, swallower. you're going to give yourself a panic attack. You're going to create a storm of nervousness, at this rate. She tried to draw in a slow, deep breath. As she did so, she tried to close herself off from the emotions, that weren't hers. Right then, she needed to know what she herself was feeling. Drawing in her breaths slowly, she let it out, she expelled the overwhelming sense of emotions out, nullifying them. It was seconds, really but to Kalinda it felt like a life time.

what is this? She thought, starring at the breakfast bar. this...this feeling? She swallowed, mind flashing briefly back to that one, dreadful incident. Is this... She bit her lip, jittery, looking to Kyle again, a quick flicker. She was no stranger to things like attraction, to that first slow fall into love, followed by the fast crash of diving headlong into it. But she had never, truly, felt the likes for herself.

She took another bit of the bar, "How can you eat so much?" She asked, as if she hadn't just spent some moments silent, or hadn't nearly been overwhelmed, "it doesn't see possible to eat so much!"

Cassie gave Anastasia a smile and nodded "It has been, yes. But that's still not an excuse to neglect a friend" She said, "I'm dragging the twins to my place, later tonight, if you want to come over" Thinking about that, Cassie wondered if it wouldn't be a bad idea to get together. They had all sort of been scattered, gathering in twos or threes but never all together since the attack. She pondered that a moment, before looking to Vanessa.

"The twins had an idea to do some cooking, and compare food. I think Gage wants to prove he is the best cook in the group" She said, in a cheerful voice, sending Gage a smile, "So would it be okay to borrow your kitchen? Mine's too small"

Cassandra's step faltered as she received the message from Eris, realising she hadn't yet messaged her. Having realised that, Cassandra stopped and opened the message, reading it. Cassandra's feet had already been taking her to Eris's apartment, without a thought that Eris might have other things going on. It was a simple matter to change direction to the mall, as she replied.

I have no plans, and will do anything with you. I am near the mall, now and can meet you there. Crepes? Sure, I know how to cook Crepes. Sounds like a fun idea. I'll see you soon.

Smiling to herself, Cassie trotted along. Whenever possible, she enjoyed to simply walk. Sometimes buses and other such transportation were simply crowded, and when you walked, you could choose who you walked with. Humming to herself, she soon reached the mall, She looked about, wondering where Eris would be. Wondering around a little bit, around the entrance she looked at the shops nearby. maybe I should get something for Eris...but what? It's not like I can spend a lot... she bit her lip, nervous and a little overwhelmed at her train of thought. maybe I should think about getting a job, if only to be able to give Eris something she deserves...

Still, if Eris was just making her way here now, she had a little bit of time. Going to a nearby shop, Cassie came out with a wrapped package, and looked about for Eris again, as she slipped the package into her bag. Giving a soft sigh, she sat down on a bench, pondering things for a few moments. Eris had done so much for her, and she knew it couldn't be easy on her. she's doing it to protect me. Maybe if I wasn't so weak, I wouldn't need protection Cassandra wished there was something she could do, to ease everything Eris was doing for her. She looked down at her hands, thoughtful.

Luna was slightly taken aback as Chris approached her, saying that feeling emotions was cool. She had excepted some sort of panic, but...there hadn't been. It...was she being accepted? A strange feeling to Luna. She smiled almost sighly, "Ah. Well, it has its ups and downs. To be honest, I'm surprised. If people knew I could feel their emotions, I'd expect them to panic a bit" She said, squirming slightly. She wasn't use to such attention, and it made her nervous. Not exactly a good thing, for an empath. "flying seems a much better power"

She took a chance to look somewhere else, as others were speaking. It seemed some of them thought they would be good leaders. Luna studied them curiously, but shook her head. Arrogance could be someones downfall. "Intelligence and skills doesn't make a leader. What makes a leader is their ability to think about those that follow them. To...have the confidence and the commitment to your follows, to trust them, as they should be able to trust you. To...inspire their loyalty, and to...be there for them. It means taking on their lives, as well as your own, and knowing what they can and can't do. Knowing how far they are willing to go. Having the intution to know when they can't do something, and to help them. Being a leaderisn't about what you can and can't do, it isn't about intelligence. You can be the smartest person in the world, and be the crappiest leader, if you can't understand your followers"

She gave a shrug, "I'm not going to pick a leader after just meeting them. Honestly, if you have to say you are a good leader, then you aren't. That's just simple arrogance" She looked over to Rose, and said "I can give it a try." it would be more reliable then her illusions, she knew. "I should be able to do it, but it might not be for long. SO whatever we do, we should do it quickly"

"It is an interesting experience, the first time." Kalinda said, "My mother says that being of the shadows doesn't make you safe, but that you need to understand them. I don't really know what that means, but I've never had trouble in the shadow world." Kalinda had eaten breakfast, but she wasn't adverse to having something else.

"Sure. I could eat" She said, cheerfully.

She led Kyle into the cafeteria, which always seemed to have food of some sort avaliable. "I Think the school thinks if they keep us well fed, there won't be any problems" She said with amusement, looking to Kyle.
