Current "Doing your best" does not mean working yourself to the point of a mental breakdown. Its no longer your best at that point.

The word homeowner has the word "meow" in it. Good luck pronouncing it correctly ever again. You're welcome ^.^

When everything seems wrong...something goes right, and it changes darkness into light, and makes the shadows a little less daunting.

People cry, not because they are weak. It's because they've been strong for too long

the bad thing about being bullied is that every time it happens it steals a little piece of who you are if it happens enough little by little you become a little less of who you were meant to be.

So, your witches, have they actually been accesses as witches? Cause callie can do that.

And Callie has the only coven in klamath falls at the moment, so maybe we should talk? ^.^
Anabella

featuring Jamie

Anabella walked down the stairs, to the reception of the Tahoe lodge, at the moment it was her home, and one Anabella loved. It wasn’t simply the snow, it was also the...atmosphere here. There was just something that she loved about this place. Humming to herself she looked about, before she hurriedly began to check people in, helping the person at the front desk, first a young woman who seemed well pleased with herself, and then a family, who appeared to have one of those obnoxious teen girls who was staring at her phone and frowning. Ana grimaced slightly. Not being what you’d call a… normal girl, Ana had been the source of ridicule at such teenagers expense, and she wasn’t overly fond of them.

She rolled her eyes as her co-worker went a little moony over a guest, but moved onto checking in a family, and that seemed to be it for the rush of check inns, although Anna knew that there could be as many checking in in spurts, or sometimes consistently, throughout the day. She would be on hand if that was the case, for now she left her co-worker at the desk, moving about the lodge to make sure that the guests were satisfied, or if they needed a hand, all the while keeping an eye on the time. She had a beginners class to teach later on, and god knew she couldn’t be late for it again.

Smiling at a woman she had checked in, Ana checked that the brochures were stocked, before she greeted the woman. ”Good day, I’m Anabella, but you can call me Ana. If you need anything, let me know”. The girl smiled at her, and said ”Hi, I’m Jamie. Uh, well, I was thinking that I could try skiing, but no doubt I’ll end up on my ass” Ana laughed, as Jamie did. ”Oh, well, I have a beginners class this afternoon, if you’d like to be in it, I’m sure I can squeeze one more in”.

Jamie smiled brightly, and decided that she may as well have a shot at it. Wasn’t that the point of doing things like this? ”That would be great, thank you” She said, hands full of brochures, she looked down at them, before looking back up at Ana. ”Ah, I need to rent some equipment then”

Ana nodded, looking over Jamie, thoughtfully judging what gear she’d need, ”Well, that can be arr-”

There was a mild flash of panic when smoke filled the lobby, and she thought that somehow, it had caught on fire. And she knew it would be her fault. As the smoke dispersed, Ana saw the guy her co-worker had gone moony over appearing slightly smug, and she vaguely recalled something about the man. He seemed familiar… a magician. Annoyed, Ana stalked over there. ”Just what were you doing? You don’t fool around like that, I thought there was a fire! If you’re going to do impromptu magic tricks, warn the staff, so we don’t panic!”

Jamie followed Ana, a little taken aback, she reached for the girl as she started to yell at a guy, she laid a hand on her shoulder, nodding to the family there. Ana grimaced, and let out a sigh, ”I apologise, Sirs and Ma’ams. I did not mean to make a scene. Please, forgive me”
gosh. Okay.

So maybe I should get to work on my anna post then XD Its half way done. Mostly.

Let me know so I can finish up my Anna post ^.^
Cassandra

@KoL
There was something abou Eins… Cassandra would be foolish to mistake Eins as being similar to Eris. Nor should she let her guard down. Cassandra shifted slightly, taking a sip of her drink and watching Eins. “I am a healer, and I’d rather be near Eris” She knew that that was selfish, and that she would be better in the middle of the battle, yet… Cassandra had made some sacrifices, and maybe it was time to be a little selfish. She wanted to simply be there for Eris, even if she wasn’t much use.

As Eins lay a hand over hers, Cassandra looked to her, frowning slightly. She shook her head, gently extracting her hand from Eins’s “No, she isn’t too absorbed in her own world, and she isn’t fragile. She is doing what she thinks is right, what… what needs to be done, and that is hard. Not everyone would be cut out for it, Eins. And not everyone would do it. The simple act of… well, acting, is not easy. Your sister is strong, Eins. Stronger than you know” Had that always been so… or had that been after Cassandra had placed herself in Eris’s life, after… Eris had punched a mirror.

Perhaps she had made a difference. Perhaps she’d never know. Cassandra sighed, and looked aside from Eins. “You shouldn’t doubt you sister”
Cody’s power reacted in response to the waves of earth, light aiming to crush it in force, even as Cody began to move, light making his steps even more graceful, and sure as he lept into the air, using light to spring his jump so that he moved over the wall of earth waves, towards Thy. He wanted to do this quickly and easily… and maybe bring the boy down without killing him.

A moment of insight slammed into Cody, and he suddenly understood something. The boy was facing him, having sent his sister away. Cody hated himself for even contemplating this… but he could use the girl. And if he’d sent the girl after Caits and Gershwin… Then the girl would be in trouble, especially if Gershwin had lost control.

“I’m sorry”

He whispered again. Light burst like lightning all around them, a flash bomb, and Cody used it to get away from the boy, leaping off the ground again in another light fueled jump. There was a way Cody could stop this… he knew it. Even as it made him feel sick, he knew he’d do it. It was the best for them all. He just hope he’d be able to pull it off.
As Constance hissed at her, Luna flashed her a smile, finding that she was actually enjoying herself. This was all a game, wasn’t it? She was quite aware that Constance probably didn’t think she was helping, and that actually made it… fun. She shifted, pleased with herself. Constance reaction was just, really, what she expected. The woman would never believe that she was actually trying to help, and that was just… sad. All Luna could do was continue as she was, and maybe Constance would see that she wasn’t, at least here, trying to bring her down. At Constance’s words of having someone decent to talk to, Luna couldn’t stop herself from saying ”Oh, yes, Constance, because we both know you only like to talk about yourself. You hide behind a mask, that you must build everyday, because you are afraid to admit that you are… just. Like. me”

She flashed Constance a smile, and then turned from her, the smile fading at Juliette's almost ghostly complexion. She wasn’t too sure what the old bat had said to Juliette to cause her to react in such a way, but it couldn’t be good. Luna quickly went back over everything that had been said, that she understand. The woman had offered marriage to Constance. What if she had done the same to Juliette? Judging by the girls reaction, it wasn’t something that Juliette wanted.

She looked to Maxine, and new that she wouldn’t let herself, nor this girl be bullied by her. She quickly composed herself at Maxine’s comments, and gave a laugh, shaking her head, before she turned to Juliette once more, completely dismissing the woman from her thoughts. It was done smoothly, and in a way that wouldn’t be outright obvious, like the woman had done to her. And the fact that Luna had gotten a reaction from her, that in one of denial, showed that she could get under the woman’s skin. Oddly enough, just like she could with Constance.

She crouched so that she was on level with Juliette, even if the girl couldn’t see her, it was still polite to look into her eyes as she spoke, trying to put emphasis and emotions into her words, gently taking the girl’s hand, and giving it a squeeze, wanting her to know that she wasn’t alone, and that there was someone there who just wanted the best for her. Luna might not be able to understand this island's language, this people’s customs, yet forcing someone into something was not right.

”Juliette?” she asked softly, wanting to ask if she was okay, but knowing that she wouldn’t understand. Language barriers sucked, Luna decided, as she gave Juliette her full attention, wanting to simply… pick up the girl, and take her out of there, but she wouldn’t force that on Juliette. Although it would be interesting to see what Maxine would do, Luna would never want to force her beliefs onto the girl. She thought that Juliette would need to find her own two feet to stand on… maybe she just needed to be shown how.

And she was acting like she’d be here for a while. Sudden worry filled her, that as soon a she left, there wouldn’t be anyone to stand in Maxine’s way, and then… Luna sighed heavily, wondering if there was anything that she could do, to make a permanent change here, at least for Juliette.
naw, i hope you did well!

I'm working on a post now, ts been a rather loooooong week
Niesha

Location:Building Seven (rec)

Niesha was grateful that Kristina didn’t push the issue, even if she herself had brought it up. Satisfied that, having used Kris as a sounding board, she had an answer to her twisting thoughts. She gave Kristina a smile, and nodded, ”Sure” She realised that Kristina was probably cold, and she couldn’t let her friend get sick because of her. She took Kristina’s hand, and led her back inside, ”You looked amazing, up there Kris” She told her friend, smiling at her again, before looking around the rec centre.

Niesha didn’t really want to be there, she’d had enough social interaction for the day, and yet a part of her didn’t want to be alone. Even if a part of her always thought she would be. She gave a soft sigh, standing there, letting her hand fall from Kristina’s so Kris wouldn’t feel obliged to stay with her, standing on the very edge of the celebration.

She looked over everyone, knowing if Kristina wanted her to go with her, that she would. She looked to Kristina, waiting for her to make a move, noting that the evening had moved on towards the cake, always something that Niesha understood was a big part of the evening. She wasn't too sure why. Wouldn't it make more sense to have something more... memorable, something that lasted longer then cake? Or maybe it was simply the fact that it was something the couple could appreciate. Trying to understand symbols was not something NIesha was good at, at least with this sort of thing.
Quinton

@Vicier

Quinton shortly found himself heading towards Kaylee’s place, he knew that he would find the weredingo there, with the young were pup Connor. Checking on them was a good step, and Quinton remembered the way from the night before, having given the teens a lift home. The other teens would, Quinton figured, be at the hospital, in one way or another. Gage would be with syleste, no doubt Aron would be with his brother, which would mean Cody was with him. Xerses would be in checking on the two injured teens, and if Quinton and the measure of him, he wouldn't want to leave Cassandra alone. And if anything from the girl last night was an indicator of the girl, she'd want to make sure her friends were okay. And given that Miranda had gone home with Cassandra, it stood to reason that she'd be there too. So, Quinton would go check on the outliers first.

As he drove, Quinton thought on what had happened. The attack.. Although it wasn’t just that. Something else was happening here… Cody and Aron… Kaylee and Connor… Gage and Syleste… Imprinting was something that was rare, and was there to make you stronger… Of course, it also made you weaker if you lost your mate… Quinton gave a soft sigh. Three pairs of imprinted couples. And… there was no doubt that Klamath Falls was something special. It had a high number of supernatural creatures, even for a city. There was something else going on here, what was yet to be seen. That, and the imprinted couples showed that something was coming. Something that necessitated the strength imprinting brought. Although Imprinting wasn’t something that could be forced, it was… there, in all of them. Ready for that one true mate.

These thoughts tumbling through his mind, Quinton turned into Kaylee’s drive, pulling his car into the drive, Quinton sat a moment, before he got out. Walking to the door, Quinton knocked, glancing about himself as he did. He knew that there was going to be paranoia over the next few days, he couldn’t help it. He would keep this pack safe, and if that meant being uneasy, then so be it. He wouldn’t have Abigale put through another pack loss. And he didn’t know if he could survive it either.
