Biography:Born into the forged code of ethics, The Land of Iron and raised in one of the most influential clans in the Hidden Village of The Leaves. The meaning behind the Jasmin Fanning Fire is set known as Ria born from Hiro Tokugawa and Mari Uchiha. Her name itself is a name that her Father and Mother thought of, a story of a Samurai and a Police Woman's love during the old days of Winter and Jasmine Flowers.
As a child of a Ninja and a Samurai, Ria grew with the mindset of both Ninja and Samurai. For her life is put forth great effort in matters of learning. She learned how to read books concerning military matters, and direct her attention exclusively to the virtues of loyalty and filial piety . Furthermore the idea of a Ninja is to serve within the shadows and execute their job within the shadows and because of this Ria developed the mentality and philosophy called Dual Handed Prayer: The Jasmine Falcon. The meaning behind it is simple; "Your hands will always be dirty but your spirit is different and its scent will reflect on your character." The Falcon always fly and kill but once it dips itself in Jasmine, the Falcon scent becomes different. This motif also represents that one must not judge based on appearance and even smell.
During her Academy Days and Early Days as a Genin, she spent most of it in a fruitful manner, applying her parents' teachings which one day would be a combined belief, dream and goal wise however is harder to apply. She learned to live in a balance way and distaste the belief of just dying for X reasons. Not to mention, she struggled during the finals of Chuunin Exams by fighting a fellow Uchiha with a developed sharingan of two swirls which she also has but the guy uses it better and had no choice but to fight dirty and throw dirt on the guy's in an opportune time. It was a hard match because it's the first time she broke two of her swords in a close range fight even though decisiveness made up for it. After the fight, she developed Tsubamegaeshi and learned Chidori from scrolls, she wanted to learn Chidori because it suited her style which was lightning and an additional cut for Tsubamegaeshi.
Personality:
Ria a competitive, subtle, passionate, hot blooded, and observant. She hates losing and is a perfectionist when called for, at the same time she is boyish due to her closeness with her father and mainly how she dresses. Ria believes that The Sword does not define the person and it's the person that defines the sword hence she applies this belief of hers on a daily basis. She also hates getting forced on things she hates and makes it quick which shows her child like personality.

Uchiha Clan and Tokugawa Clan
They are recluse from anything social. They are sovereign Military Police Man Power of the Hidden Leaf. They are feared for their red eyes, the sharingan and eternal rivals with the Senju Clan. While some members harbor iniquity like hatred is power, Ria is anything but hatred.
The Tokugawa Clan is one of the influential clans in The Land of Iron, not much is known about them. They are a Clan that forges their own swords and excels at the art of anything dual handed. The Land Of Iron is neutral and carries a strong code of morality. Hiro Tokugawa, Ria's father is born from the clan itself and carries a neutral nature. The belief of the clan is "Forging Anything." It is believed that one cannot forge when the heart is not set into it, therefore set thy heart into forging not only skills but also character and ties.
Due to the winter events annually. Many died and although some have survived and grew strong, the foundation of the citizens of the land of iron became twisted. It was already cold before the Winter Disaster came, people went insane for unknown reasons while others fear for their life. The Tokugawa is no exception to this iniquity.
Having been born from a Clan of Hatred and a Clan of Neutral, Ria sees herself neither an Uchiha nor a Tokugawa rather a citizen of the leaf. She also struggles of discrimination because of opposing beliefs of her clans, her father brought her to the leaf due to a strong demand of the Uchiha side. Although he sees her, it is only through birthdays of both Ria herself and her mother's because of internal family feuds, mainly Mari's side of the family.
It all happened at winter. At the age of 9, Ria stopped seeing her Father and the reason itself, she does not know, her mother on the other hand became focused on Police Work. As a result, she engrossed herself into learning whatever she can, mainly on dual wielding and her belief which is the Falcon Jasmine; getting your hands dirty and your spirit being good willed. | Ｆａｍｉｌｙ ｔｉｅｓ: |
Name: Hiro Tokugawa | Father | Age, 45 Land of Iron, Silversmith/Samurai and Master Dual Wielder. He left Ria due to family reasons.
Name: Mari Uchiha | Mother | 36, Land of Fire, Hidden Leaf, Police Force, Detective and the mother of 3. She gave birth to three children, the firstborn is a boy followed by Ria and her twin sister, Ria is the elder twin.

When with people, it is as if as though Ria is hiding something. This is because she is afraid of expressing her true self and ideas. She is afraid of people not approving of herself and ideas and this resulted her creating a facade character. A character that cares only about herself but deep inside she just wants to share something such as her belief and her true self.
I have no dream- Says Ria herself. She couldn't care about having a dream where in reality she does. This is what makes her broken and a hypocrite. Despite having good foundations aka Jasmine Falcon Motif. Ria herself struggles internally on what does she really want in life.

Ria specializes in speed. Dual wielding and is a mid range fighter with the use of lightning and fire natures, lightning being her first element. She is an honorable fighter as she greets her opponent first, that it all depends on the worth, if the opponent is worthy, she'll acknowledge the name and have an intro. While she excels on the art of the sword, she also makes use of her Uchiha based skills such as using the wires, shurikenjutsu and windmill shuriken. As fast as she is, the weakest point of her is her glass cannon durability and her lack of chakra control which falls as a domino making her stamina drain faster.

The power in the eyes, eyes that can see through genjutsu, able to see and predict and mimic and ninja's abilities that aren't bloodline traits. The sharingan has a multiple forms and multiple other abilities depending how far it is awaken. The normal and more common Sharingan is easy to spot out they are red eyes with three dots around the pupil with a circle that connects the three other dots.

Ｄｅｓｃｒｉｐｔｉｏｎ"This technique style of sword reputedly so quick and precise that it could strike down a bird in mid-flight"- Ria. It has three strikes. Striking downward from above and then instantly striking again in an upward motion from below. The third strike's from below toward the rear and then upward at an angle, like an eagle climbing again after swooping down on its prey.
As for its weakness. Despite how deadly and flashy the attack is to the eye. By all means, it is simple. Just simply it is just slashes done in multiple segments swung fast by the user by embedding their chakra. It can be blocked by anyone, swordsmaster and anyone with power and skill. At the long run, it is just a sword performing multi slashes.
This is Ria's signature technique. She developed it after her fight against her fellow clansman during the Chuunin Exams, Final Round. She noticed that swallows fly away because of the earth trembling and wind passing.
It can also be used in launching chakra slashes like the conventional Samurai. When Ria uses this technique, a white and green aura oozes from the sword resembling a Jasmine. One cannot use this without mastering the
chakra blade .

ＤｅｓｃｒｉｐｔｉｏｎRia's signature swords formerly was a Daisho Habaki and after her fight against a fellow clansman during the Chuunin exam she replaced it with a Tsuba and Fuchi. Amatsuki is a Tsuba and is on her right and Karaware is a Fuchi which is on her left. Amatsuki is white and karaware is black. She can stream her fire and lightning chakras on to the swords too. This style is used by the many Samurai in the Land of Iron, Daisho aka Nitoryu.
Muramasa Muramasa The Bloodlusted Sword

ＤｅｓｃｒｉｐｔｉｏｎRia's sword. Legends have it, the sword is a vengeful sword. Surprisingly at the hands of an Uchiha, it can be considered a sword of hatred. This is the sword that is hyped to be the sword of bloodlust. Where in reality, it's just a regular katana. Ria can stream her fire and lightning chakras into it. However in the Land of Iron, rumor has it that the blade itself claimed many lives even before the winter and the Winter Calamity as well, the urban legend of the Land of Iron's monster is called The Winter Punisher. It is believed that those who wield the blade is bound to lose their sanity. Whether or not such person known as Winter Punisher exists, has yet to be proven.
