@TheUnknowable Sorry about this, but the more I think about it, the more I don't really want to change the character. That leaves me with 2 choices, change to a character that I don't want to play (Which is not fun for me) Or ask you to change the rules of your RP to cater to a single member (Which is no fun for you) Being that it's not fair to do the latter and I really don't want to do the former, I will do the only fair thing and bid you all fair well and wish you an excellent and fun RP.

@TheUnknowable Well, it's not the full moon that does it, perse. The full moon gives off Blutz-waves that are a form of Alpha radiation that is absorbed through a Saiyans eyeballs. Due to how weak Blutz-waves are, they can't penetrate the eyelids, which is why a Saiyan has to stare directly into it to transform. Blutz Waves naturally form when sunlight is reflected off of a nearby celestial body and defracted through an atmosphere. Hense why the moon can only transform a Saiyan when it's full. They aren't concentrated enough to reach Earth unless it's a full-moon. Also why, in GT, Goku was able to transform by stating staring at Earth through Tuffles atmosphere.

I do have a character that I think will fit this, even though he's not a clone. And yes, he may seem OP, but trust me, he's not going to turn OP unless you say it's alright to. Personally, I actually prefer to write my characters losing a fight than winning. I imagine our first engagement with the Androids will go horribly wrong and Toes may bail us out in a pinch, but mainly, I like playing the dichotomy of Jekyll-vs-Hyde.

Toma

Appearance: ((Incoming))
Name: Toma
Favorite powers: Plant-Bomber (A pair of Ki-beams fired symultaniously)
Blaster-Master (A large ki-blast that he fires from his outstretched palms.
Personality: Timid. Toma is most un-saiyan-like. He was so sure of himself when he was a child, but everything changed when he learned about Toes. Toes has been with him from a child, telling him to fight, telling him to let him loose, but Toma took no notice. Toes would not let himself be ignored and now Toma is terrified of the beast within.
Special History: Born on Vegeta over 1000 years ago, he was extraordinarily powerful from birth, he possessed a power-level of 10,000. He was trained to become the Saiyans ultimate trump card for disasterous events... Turns out that he was, in fact, this disasterous event. His first exposure to blutz-waves sent him into an uncontrolable frenzy, to the point where, as a Great Ape, he went Super-Saiyan, awakening the slumbering giant that was his powers. He ran amok, destroying all in his path and killing millions, not even an army of Uzaru could stop him. When he finally ran out of steam and reverted, he was locked in a pod and put into stasis, the saiyans knowing they could not destroy him, and blasted off into space so that his power could never threaten the planet agian.

Flash forward 1000 years, Toma's pod began to malfunction, he came to and was left in his pod with nothing but the voice of destruction, a being he had come to know as "Toes" telling him to let him free. Toma wanted out and after messing with the controls, the pod crashed on the planet of Earth and he was captured and thawed by the Capsule-Corp. Toma has been undergoing mental discipline training to be able to fight without allowing Toes loose.
Equipment: A mental-Inhibitor headband that helps control Toes.

Cloned from: Your worst nightmares
Favorite powers: Blaster-Master (Toma's finisher, Toes' "I'm still warming up" move)
Uzaru's Rage (A beam fired from his mouth, the head of the beam looks like the head of the Great Ape)
Scorching Sow (Seamingly harmless at first, at each of his finger-tips a tiny ball of ki appears, each is maybe a centimeter in diameter. He scatters them and then each explode with a ferocious force, each as powerful ass a direct hit from the Blaster Master.)
End-Game (This is it, the one that ends everything. He fires this anywhere other than into the sky and he's taking a good chunk of the planet with it. End-Game is his literal end-game.)
Personality: Not a person at all, a monster, plain and simple. He wants you dead, he wants your family dead, he wants your dog dead. The only reason he wants Toma alive is because he, literally, can't live without him. He doesn't bother to learn names, simply refering to everyone as "Worm"
Special History: Deep in the darkest depths of Toma's brain, this little cancer festered. Growing and growing, taking over more and more, rooting himself deep within that little gene known as the "Legendary Super-Saiyan" gene, he is a manifestation of the cruelty and malice that the ancient Saiyans felt, a monster among monsters and the one that believes is destined to end everything.

TL;DR

an old Legendary Super Saiyan with Multiple-Personality Disorder. Can't go Super-Saiyan, because that triggers his alternate personality that is a Panicidal maniac, bent on galactic destruction.

Orias continued to look at his brothers, one of which was a warrior by the name of Kalra. Kalra had been his villages most powerful warrior, he worked away at the rockface with his pick, he was covered in scars, his right eye-socket was badly wounded and he had a muzzle on. Obviously, he hadn't gone down without a fight and obviously he had continued to fight ever since. He watched as Kalra eyed a passing guard before suddenly lunging at him, grabbing him and pulling him down into the dirt before punching his helmet several times, he was about to go in for more when a hail of stun-rounds took him down. The rest of the guards laughed. "Damn, I can't believe the overseer lets that one live." one commented.

"He's a good worker. And he's got spirit, you know how the overseer loves to crush that." said another one. He fired another stun round into Kalda's unconcious body and laughed more, before hauling him off their comrade who went to shoot him with a lethal round before being stopped by the guards. "You know the rules, he doesn't die till his spirit's crushed. The attacked guard gave the body a kick. Orias's hand shot out in anger and the guard started to grasp around his neck, before Orias stopped himself. "Hey, you alright?" asked the guard.

"Yeah... Yeah, I think I got a little... Stupid alien..." the attacked guard grunted. Orias turned around and grunted, looking around to make sure he wasn't spotted by anyone.

"I apologize... Alright, we can cause a riot, but not now. We'll need time to get a lay of the complex, find out when ships are coming in and out, find out guard patterns. Once a ship is here, 10 minutes after it lands. They'll have just started refueling it, it'll take time for them to lift off again." he said. He then stared at his new "Friend" with a cold stare "And if you double-cross me, then trust me, we will share our fate. Kept here or dead."
