One Piece: The New Crew

Scarlet giggled and then walked over to Sanji and grabbed his shirt collar. "Then what are we waiting around her for...come on Romeo..." She pulled him along behind her as Nami looked at Dante and then Zoro. "I'm going to check on the others...don't be too long you two" She left and Dante said "Go ahead, Swordsmen...I can't leave her..." His hand was aching, the knuckles broken but he didn't care.

Avery was sitting on the water edge, just watching the water. She had a lot on her mind and she really just wanted to be left alone. She put her feet into the water, sighing as the wet cold hit her skin. She looked around at her friends playing and horsing around. They had brought her here to try and cheer her up, but not a lot could do that lately. Avery was a happy joyful girl before her mother had been taken from her. Her father had been gone on a case, he was a Marine who now owned a security firm and he was helping protect some important world changing person. Avery had been at the collage working late when her phone went off and she answered, expecting it to be her mother telling her she needed to come home and eat something. But it wasn't her. Now it was just her and her father. It had been two months since her mothers death and she still couldn't believe it. She still couldn't think that when she went home today, her mother wouldn't be there to greet her with a snack and her warm loving smile.

Avery shook her head and stood up on the dock. She had to get out of this mood. She had to keep going. KEep fighting like her mother wanted ther to. She jumped into the water, staying underwater for a few moments before coming back up and swimming towards her friends. But then something went past her foot and she turned fast in the water, looking around. Nothing was there. She shook her head then heard yelling and she turned to look at her friends who were yelling something. She yelled "What?" Then she heard the words they were yelling and she turned again to see what they had been yelling. Wave. A really big wave. She didn't have time to move. The wave came crashing down on her, sending her rolling. The force knocked the breath out of her and she began to stink to the bottom, her body not wanting to move.

One Piece: The New Crew

Dante was pacing in front of the bedroom door, Scarlet sitting on the floor watching him. "Dante..." He suddenly cursed loudly and hit the wall with his fist, breaking knuckles as he leaned his head against the wall. "I should have seen this sooner...I should have been able to help her..." Scarlet got up, not sure what to do or say. They heard steps and they looked over to see Nami with Sanji. Nami smiled and said "Why don't you guys come get something to eat? With all thats been going on food might help you feel better..." She looked at Sanji. Scarlet nodded and said "That's a good idea...we haven't really eaten since this happened...I can help, I'm the cook for our crew..." Dante didn't move, still leaning against the wall. Nami looked at Zoro who was leaning against the door, hoping he would say something to Dante, then she looked at Sanji for the same reason.

The doctor looked thru the door and said "Well...first off, your not crazy. Those Aliens are still there and they are...well, they are talking about...something..." He sighed and said "I can't hear them from here..." He smiled at her and said "Why don't we go say hello?" He walked inside and said "Hello there! You scared my friend over here, so...do you mind telling me what we are all here for...?" He walked over and leaned against a pillar and smiled brightly at them.

The woman walked up to the doors on the main building, looking around. "Alright...I'm going in..." She opened the doors and looked around, taking her shades off and her bright silver eyes looked around the huge entry hall. "Well...where do we go now....." She listened and then smiled, walking down the hallway.

Robin locked the bad guys in the back while Aqua lad was checking Wally and Connor over while MEg'an got the ship ready. "What happened to you two in there? You both look like a mess"

When Riza landed at the base Wolf stirred slightly, her eyes moving under her lids

Zoro helped Dante lay Wolf down, then looked up at him. "She's your captain I take it?" Dante nodded, looking worried as Chopper pushed his stool over to get up to the bed better. Zoro nodded and looked down at her. "She looks like a fighter...I'm sure she will pull thru" Dante said "she is always pulling thru...i'm just worried its taking too much this time..." Chopper listened to her heart again and said "I need to do a full work up...do you mind if I do this alone?" Dante nodded and Zoro showed him out, shutting the door behind him.

Nami pointed towards the back of the ship and said "His in the main cabin with our cook. I'm sure Brookes can show you" She turned and the tall bone man walked forward, bowing to them all. Scarlet moved back and Dante said "Relax, Scarlet...they won;t eat you" She nodded, but didn't look like she believed that. Franky and Zoro walked over, helping pick Wolf up gently. Chopper said "Be very careful guys, her body has been thru enough as it is"

The reindeer nodded, listening to her heart. Then he looked up and said "I'm Chopper. Lets get her down to the med room..." She looked at the others and said "Guys, really?" One of the women walked up, short orange hair holding a boa staff. "Sorry about all of this...the crew is a little jumpy. I'm Nami. I'm the navigator. You've met Chopper our doctor. Chopper, you can take her to my and Robin's room. Zoro? Franky? Why don't you help Chopper get her down below deck" Scarlet looked nerves, swallowing slowly

Dante and Scarlet handed Wolf to Hawking, who was starting to look worse. Scarlet jumped up after, then helped Dante up. When they sat on the deck, Dante moved over to Wolf and checked her again. "She's going to have another attack if we don't do something..." Scarlet hit Dante and said "That can wait, Doc..." He turned to see the Strawhat crew staring at them, weapons pointed at them. "Oh...right..." Then a child like voice said "Guys, relax. One of them is hurt" Then a small reindeer like ran out and knelt down by Wolf. "What is going on with her?"
