Well, try and relax to an almost sleep like state, and with this place that is WAY to easy sometimes, it feels like we're coddled all the time... anyway, just relax and allow your imagination to drift, then start imagining like you are building up intense pressure and pulse force in your boddy and legs and hands, just picture you are literally speed-racing across a highway made of stars and allow your mind to forget the speed of light limit.
