I would call my getting ripped from my original timeline in a vortex of light and my own power by what turned out to be the father of God and realizing that Lovecraft didn't pulled his nightmares from his imagination alone, classify as losing it once, then Prism came into my life and ended up destroying my home universe entirely... yeah...

Still hate the feeling though!
