I don't forge new Gods or Goddesses on a whim like that, it takes eons for said soul to prove that they are trust-worthy and have the kind of integrity and love required in their heart to even be offered such a position... First rule is this:

Alexander never wanted that and rejected that option for about 7 thousand times across the many eons he's been residing in heaven. And now he's still wanting to return back.
