Still praying on Egypt

*crosses fingers*
I'm definitely in for ANY of these ideas. I haven't had much horror experience so I want to broaden my RPing experience in that, however, that being said, I think that the last one is a really interesting premise that might have some interest even if the majority for this rp go with a horror setting, imo.

Thank you kindly! I don't often join horror role plays, but I always host them for some reason. I quite enjoy seeing what people's reactions are to sometimes very extreme events or actions. It's kind of fun to play with those ideas in your head as a character as well- like, "Man, I would never hit some over the head with a shovel-- but maybe my character would?" You never know.

:) Sweet. I'm still hashing out ideas with the last one, I had saw an article about the place and I really was interested in that type of lifestyle- and thought a roleplay about it would be interesting even if it was just a slice-of-life type thing.
Tis' the season to have spooky plots!

Hello my friends, lovers, and strangers alike! I am itching to get back into hosting my own roleplays again after a bit of a dry spell (witch pun totally intended!) ... Ahem, That being said I have several old ideas I'd like to try again and I also have been brainstorming a new one. Below I am going to list these ideas and the one you guys are MOST interested in I will be launching. Thanks for stopping by!

Hi there!
I'm here, just trying to think if I want to go the good path or evil path
@MissCapnCrunch Voodoo magic, eh? I like that too =O How would you make that into a workable system? I'm thinking some incantations, but definitely going to be heavily reliant on unique potion making?
But I like the Caribbean, VERY scenic.

I was just thinking of the sense that the students from the Caribbean might have some certain thoughts/beliefs and "potions" that may or may not be as concrete as the magic we would be learning in school. I can imagine them getting feisty with someone who is more concrete with the system.

"This potion doesn't require me to kiss a goat!"

"Trust me sweetheart, it does"
I personally would love something from the Caribbean area so that there could be a mix of wizardry and voodoo type magic.
The sweet sound of birds singing their summer ballads, the fresh air embracing the sun bringing a sense of happiness to the Earth, and the mind rattling snoring escaping from the lips of the young and sleepy headed Cho.

"Cho!" a disgruntled man's voice called from outside the girl's sliding door. "Cho!" her father called again, pounding on the frame of the paper door with his stern fist. Despite it being the weekend, work still had to be completed at the Inokuma farm. Lulu, squirmed her little dog body wiggling it's way from out of the covers and giving Cho a slobbery lick right inside her gaping snore exploding mouth. With that, Cho was instantly awake.

"Ewww Lulu!" she exclaimed, making a face of disgust as she pushed the dog off her sleeping mat with a sense of playfulness. "Cho!" a final warning was yelled before her father walked away and began his own list of tasks that needed to be done. "Phew, good call Lulu, wouldn't want papa to be mad at us on the weekend, then we wouldn't be able to go out!" she patted the dog on the head softly and began with her daily housework. There wouldn't be much farming during the weekend, but cooking and cleaning was an everyday task.

After completing the basic chores Cho headed out towards town, looking for some fun.
@MissCapnCrunch@Diao
Well I'll leave the romance up to all of you love birds hahahah but yes, let's look into a post-apocalyptic. Do we want magic too?

It might be interesting to add magic in such a setting! What if it's a discovered thing after time? Like- during our travels we come across some huge rosetta stone type object and find that the world pre-apoc was magic filled? I don't know- just brainstorming hehe.
@Diao

Post apocalyptic with a little romance in a small group sounds right up my alley right now.
I also wouldn't mind doing a small group in a school setting as well (:

Name: Cho Inokuma

Gender: Female

Age: 18

Nationality: Japanese

Biography: As a third generation born member of Nakalla Village, Cho would consider the small village her stomping grounds. Her family consists of her grandparents (both sides), her father and mother, her two older brothers and herself. They live and work on a farm as most residents do- growing and selling agriculture.

Cho is a very hard working young woman, but often gets bored easily after completing her daily tasks. She has to constantly be doing something or she finds herself in trouble or mischief quite quickly. Having two older brothers doesn't seem to help these tendencies as they have a bit of a wild streak in them as well; known to be pulling practical jokes and pranks on some of the more serious residents of Nakalla.

The urbanization of the town, despite the excitement of change and the entering of new business into town is very distressing for Cho and the Inokuma family. They fear that there is some drastic and perhaps devastating events that can occur because of this. Hopefully they can keep their cool as their old home changes around them.

Other: Has a small dog named Lulu.
