Exactly, yes. Besides, a city that large would have a much larger chance of having enough resources and strength to real with the problem without hiring freelancers.
Yeah... I'm having trouble with light. It's like everything gets so... so bright. It's not really pain when I look at it, but... all the same, it's like my body revolts from it, like a bad smell. I try to get stuff done, but... it's Florida. Sun is everywhere, and today was bright, so... I couldn't get all the stuff I wanted done, because by the time I got to my third errand, my head hurt so bad that I kinda wanted to puke.
