What was the point of being able to hack or manipulate phone lines if you could have a little bit of fun? Especially with the media.

BTW, Kijani, this... This right here, is why you need to marry Connor Stark. I mean, COME ON. Connor making fake flight manifests to some small, miserable place in Ohio, then Kijani calling up the media in various accents and a few of her contacts, saying that they saw the new Stark CEO playing basketball with LeBron James ON TOP of the arena...

No, you didn't have to ask. Part of me learning to write is for me to adjust to what is left for me. Right now, it's a male high schooler. I'm actually looking forward to it, so no apology is needed.

"You say that as if it's a bad thing" Connor said, a small hint of amusement in his tone. But worry was dominant in him, now. Nothing to go on. He had expected it, but if Kijani's sourcds couldn't find anything, was there anything to find? Maybe...it had just been a case of a student losing complete control. But that couldn't be possible, a student with enough power to level the school? No.

So who would gain from this?

Connor watched as Kijani went over to the fridge, unable to help but remember helping her with making her papers pretty much unstoppable. Starting to make the two minute noodles, which up until then, Connor had considered to be fine. How she had managed to get food delivered to the school, Connor still didn't know. He found himself smiling as he watched her, rising up and following.

"Omelettes sound good" he said, deciding that a break would be good. Especially before dealing with parents. Maybe just not thinking on it for a while would bring something out, give some clue to follow. He didn't know. But it was worth a try. "When this is all over, let's take a break and go somewhere"

Kijani grabbed a container labeled 'omelette mix' and put it on the counter. She grabbed a waiting pan, dropped a pat of butter in it, and turned on the stove. When Connor came to her, she stepped close and kissed him. "I was thinking that. Just you and me. No media, no phones, and no work." She and Connor were rather notorious about overworking. One time she remembered he remotely deactivated her devices, all of them, to spend a Friday with her. That had been a good Friday, once she stopped being furious with him.

"Somewhere warm. With beaches." She gave him a lingering gaze. "I love you, but you need a bit of a summer tan. Too much computer light makes you look like a vampire."

Hey Caits. I think Harry and she might be friends. Mostly because they're both the sort that isolate... and Kassy's understanding. She'd not look him in the eyes.
