Yeah, I was thinking that. *paces* Hmm. I had Kijani as a light user once... like a healer. But I dunno about that, again, sci-fi.

I'll think of something.
Would you allow me to keep her whole paper-powered thing? Or should I just stick with her being real damn smart?
*thinks* I may try this one out..

Remember my girl Kijani, Crim? I think I might toss her in here. Older, of course.
Devika felt a sudden peal of genuine enjoyment from a few tables down, and turned her head. It was like catching a whiff of nice perfume in an otherwise boring day. A dimpled grin crossed her face in response. It was nice to feel some happiness. She looked around in that direction, trying to pinpoint it. Judging by the expressions and postures of the other students... the only one who seemed that happy was... who was the brunette again... Anthony Luthor. Interesting. She'd always seen him as fairly reserved... But apparently even that kind of person had to loosen up every once in a while.
Where is Flash? Orbit would be with him, helping build things.
*waves* HI from Disney World!
When should I bring in Jin/Orbit?
Don't worry about it, Crim. I'd rather his reaction make sense than you just force it.

I dunno, I think he'd try to talk sense into her. Sort of a 'it was you or him' kinda thing.
I know Jin/Orbit doesn't like him, because she thinks he's faking it. That he doesn't have the best interests of the team at heart, rather he's doing whatever he can to make himself better. She knows the type- she used to live that way. In fact, I'm not completely certain she's let that part of herself go completely... Maybe this is a case of psychological projection. She's seeing in Patriot what she refuses to acknowledge in herself?

haha *2am ramblings* I need to crash. Bye!
Kijani filled her tray with lots of food (most of it protein and veggies) and joined Connor and the others outside. She caught the TV news out of the corner of her eye, the word 'Thanatos' burning itself into her memory. It sounded foreign, and yet somehow familiar. She'd have to look it up.

Devika settled with her plate in the far corner of the cafeteria. There was an odd feeling in the air, one she couldn't place. She just didn't know what to do about it besides ignore it. She attempted to do so while she ate.
