5/2022: [Explicitive language] What I thought would be a week or two long phase of AFK-ness turned into two [almost three] months. Totally my bad for this happening. If you are reading this and have/had an RP going which still interests you, please let me know.

I try not to just disappear but clearly have failed in this before. Real life gets the better of me and depression+diabetes+anxiety have a tendency to sap time away. Best way to reach me is Discord, touch base if you notice I haven't responded. I truly appreciate those who have helped keep me interested through OOC conversation!
I am also:
• Working Full-Time and struggling to maintain decent blood sugars
• Female, poly, demi/pan, and typically very difficult to offend
• A video gamer (primarily WoW, STO, ESO, Fallout4, 40k:Inquisitor - PC & XB1)
• A rennie (two guilds; First is Landscknecht group called Heiligensturm and the second is a Baroque French Privateer group called Clan Dark Sail)
• A Warhammer player/painter (gasp! 40k armies include Eldar/Ynnari and Thousand Sons::AoS Gloomspite Gitz *squee*)
• A seamstress (historical clothing and quilting primarily)
• A cook! Well, home cook. Recipes are more like guidelines anyways

Some will say Aaranya did it, she has a criminal history after all! Or could it have been the creature in a bought of anger that Aaranya was not "proper sacrifice" material? (ie: they didn't pick randomly like they're supposed to or more controversy, the town comes to believe the creature didn't take her because her mind is broken)
Either way they won't suspect it's something new to town until it's too late, dun dun DUUUUUNNNN~
@Dark Cloud That's not to say that Nightterror can't be an ancient timeless creature. It's just that I think we're mostly in agreement that Nightterror should be new to Warlington. Perhaps it'll arrive at Warlington during RP.
Completely agree and I apologize if my wording earlier made it seem like I was completely objecting to your character idea, @Dark Cloud. I meant more to say that two creatures having occupied the land for a long period of time would not really fit for the setting to this point. For a small town any crime is typically quickly caught and if a suspect not readily found the rumor mills run wild (as pointedly seen in Aarayna's backstory) so the concept of multiple bodies being found dead in their beds over a longer period of time is not fitting for small town.
That does bring about an idea, if you don't mind my suggesting, that perhaps Nightterror's first victim of the town is on the same night the sacrifice was supposed to be taken. Instead of finding Aarayna to have been taken, someone wakes up to find their spouse mangled in the bed beside them.

I'm giving my opinion and view point. I don't think the story layout as it is right now would work with two creatures as they are presented right now. It would require some rewrites either way
It might be a bit much to have two long-term creatures in Warlington. But if you all want Nightterror, I can reduce down to just my librarian characters
so, any news about healer and trap disabler?
@Kenshi is going to run a rouge as well and I have a character I can bring on in an npc role for anything else missing that ties into the events. Assuming no one else decides to join
