Agriculture - 101

Thana nodded as she looked around, noting flowers growing in the greenhouse and remembering the ones that were at the wedding the day before. Whoever had tended to them had a bit of a green thumb, she wondered if it was James or someone else that worked with Agriculture. Turning she looked over to Kris. "Well, depending on the staff numbers for Agriculture we might break it into two parts. Agriculture and Livestock," she said in passing before removing her fingers from the petals she had been touching.

"Everything needs improvement. It's not a bad set up but we can do better, a lot better. Starting with a larger greenhouse for year round growing and planting vining plants along the walls that can grab on and catch run off from rain on the wall as well as condensation in the mornings. Will give us a steady fruit yield three quarters of the year," she added as she stepped out of the small greenhouse and glanced around. Spotting several working on clean up and the looks on peoples faces as they saw the remains of the Richards deaths on the ground. Shaking her head a bit she looked back at Kris. Who all still works with Agriculture currently and other than James did we lose anyone in this department?" she asked, not blinking an eye to the ongoings on the other side of the street.

Kristina watched as Thana looked at some of the flowers that were in the greenhouse as she gave a slight nod, things probably could use some improvement and increasing the yield and building a larger greenhouse that could keep plants in there all year round would be a good idea. She started to follow her out of the greenhouse. "I know Sid is the lead for the medical garden, Chloe also works the medical garden as well under supervision though. And just me working livestock and crops, those are the only people I know of."

She could see the small mess that was still there, and looked away before making her way over towards the medical garden. "I don't have access to the medical garden, but it's guarded twenty four seven. All I know that grows in there is, lavender, willow tree, garlic, sage, marijuana, sunflower, chive, aloe, witch hazel, horseradish, ginger and milkweed."

"I see, well then I will have to wait for Captain Holloway to show me the medical garden then," Thana commented as she went over things in her head. "From what you are saying though we don't exactly have many working on food around here. That is going to need to change if we want to keep crops going and actually build up stores. How many people actually live in this city? I think I have seen a lot of them but unsure of the numbers."

Kristina nodded as she started to think about the numbers that were in Newnan, there was quiet a number of people in town. "Lets see we have ninety three people living in town, fourteen people under the age of eighteen, twelve over the age of fifty, sixty seven between the ages of eighteen and fifty." Kristina said remembering them off the bat. "So all together fifty two women, and fourty one men living in town." Kristina answered.

Thana cocked a brow and then she smiled over to Kris. It was an appreciative smile and one that showed just a little bit of respect to the young farm hand. "The fact you can rattle those statistics off the top of your head like that is rather impressive. Yous got an eye for detail and remembering things most would over look," she said before glancing around and pulling the brim of her cap down a bit. "You're going to take over as Lead of Livestock and Second of Agriculture. I will inform Captain of it. That is if you want the job. It's going to be a lot of work but I think you'll do well."

Kristina noticed Thana's smile and returned it as well, as she rubbed the back of her neck for a moment, she wasn't actually expecting some praise. "I just try my best to listen to those around me is all." Then she met Thana's gaze when she said she was going to promote her to lead of livestock and being her second when it comes to agriculture. Kris remembered when she had been reunited with her sister that she was the previous agriculture lead before she died and James took over. "I would be honored to do it."

Looking around Thana watched the people as they moved by. "Glad to hear it. Go on and get you some breakfast, Agriculture has the day off other than half to details like feeding and watering. Will meet with all of you tomorrow," she said before glancing over to Kris and giving he a slight smile. "Dismissed."

Kristina gave Thana a nod and smile, she was pretty hungry now as she watched some people walking past them, then Thana said she had the rest of the day off. "Thank you again, and I wont let you down. If you do need me for anything i'll be free." Kristina said as she gave her a slight wave before making her way over towards the Inner Wall.

Raymond started to eat his breakfast as he looked towards Tatiana's foot for a moment, the gunshot probably did wake up the whole town it looks like she had already been to treated. Then things turned serious as Tatiana leaned forward and asked him how he was doing, Ray leaned back in his seat as he finished eating. Closing his eyes for a moment, the news was just as shocking he and Sana didn't talk that often. "Honestly? Still just trying to process everything that happened." Ray said letting out a slight sigh as he remembered meeting Sana back at Franklin, he had just lost his leg and her brother volunteered to go to Newnan he still felt like he had a part in her brother's death in some way.

"Maybe if I hadn't lost my leg, her brother probably would still be here now or they didn't end up getting caught up in that Walker Horde when I was being transported here for the first time." Raymond said as he leaned forward and looked at Tatiana. "And maybe if Dick wasn't an asshole towards her all the time, she wouldn't have killed herself." Ray didn't like Richard like everyone else, and he treated just about everyone like shit Sana included. Ray didn't know Bryn all that well, she was pretty quiet and didn't speak much if not very few words to each other. "And Bryn would probably still be alive to."

Riley sat in her seat eating some more of her breakfast as she looked between Tatiana and Raymond, she had a gut feeling that she would most likely be the next person to have her brain poked and prodded at and how she was feeling. Riley decided to get out of there before the two of them waved her over. Riley grabbed a handful of her food and started to quickly eat it down, turning around holding her plate Riley made her way towards the dirty dishes went.

Setting them down Riley turned around and started to make her way out of the Mess Hall taking a deep breath as Riley stepped out of the building and looked around. She hadn't seen her sister since the big goodbye for James, the thing with Miss Sally Riley hoped that Miss Sally was doing alright she decided to head back to her place and get somethings sorted out.

Seraphina knelt down as Emmie used the last of her strength to hold onto her hand, seeing the girl smile softly before closing her eyes and taking her last final breath. She couldn't heal the prophet and sighed ever so slightly, Sera looked towards Andromeda as she rushed over to Emmie and confirmed that she was no longer living. They now were trapped in a time bubble, and no clue who Mephistopheles was working for, slowly she stood up and started to pace around the room as the others talked about their predicament that they were in.

"Mephistopheles is dead, and the Prophet is also dead so we have no clue who he was working for." She said as Sera turned her attention towards Darren. "I'm an angel." Sera said simply her attention turned towards Millicent. "I did save your life, you are very welcome. And your friends there gave the demon a boost, if she had any visions before she died we could have had some information we needed." Seraphina said sarcastically. She started to walk along the sides where the barrier was at as she started to conjure up some light as she started to try and search for a way out or for any sort of reaction from it.

Carolina could feel everything that Beatrice was feeling while she was in control of her, she was trying her best to keep the woman still so that October could finish her off. But then she heard the gun fire again, seeing October getting shot just as she tried to defend herself with a wall of fire. She didn't want her closest friend to die because of her, and then Keenan said he will kill her if she didn't get out of Beatrice' head. "Alright, just don't kill her!" Carolina yelled, but she knew that they would end up killing her and October the moment that she dropped Beatrice' body.

She then quickly decided to switch over and possess Keenan, just as she had left Carolina was now in full control of Keenan this time, seeing her friend spaz out in pain. The fire shooting out in whatever direction, she watched as the fire shot out lighting her body's hair on fire. Carolina moved Keenan to stand in between her body, and October and stood in front of Beatrice as the flames missed both Keenan and Beatrice. "I'll kill him, I have control of his body. Let us go we have done nothing to you!" Carolina yelled, wincing in pain as she could feel the heat still on her hair.

Olivia looked towards Aloise for a moment, then turned her head slightly to look over her shoulder at James, seeing him showing out his FBI badge. "Some outbreak related to Altsoba from what shes told me." Olivia said showing her coroner badge at him, her attention went back towards Aloise. Now she was sure that this was supernatural related, there wasn't any technology at least that she knew of that would knock someone on their ass like that.

"I'm going to call it bullshit, this has nothing to do with biohazards that cause vivid hallucinations, murderous rampages or terrorists. Unless its supernatural related." Olivia called out, as Aloise pulled out a knife she picked up the hint of silver on the blade and backed up somewhat wincing slightly. Then Aloise thrusted the knife into the air, seeing the strange purple then she yelped loudly as Olivia was flung across, her body and head hitting a nearby pole.

Feeling very dazed as she slowly sat herself up, Olivia could feel her head ringing slightly as she stood up. "And your certainly not from the CDC, hunter am I right?" Olivia asked, she wasn't looking to get into any kind of fight she was there to help those whoever that are trapped inside the big top tent.
