Very peculiar. Well, one method would be to augment the capacity of the mind of the host. I can attach a device no bigger than a peanut to the back of your head to allow both to fit in the same head with greater ease, if you like. That should help.

Misty: How does it function? You wouldn't be able to utilize less active portions the normal brain has, because hers is filled.

: Well that's one. Hm... actually, about two weeks ago, someone moved into a house right next to him. They seemed a little off, but they weren't hurting anyone. He walked to their house, and asked them to come outside. When he saw them, he groaned and mumbled something, and then ripped their heart out of their chest. It was even still beating for about two seconds.
*Shudders*
Suddenly, a window broke in their house, and all the shards flew out and basically cut them into pieces. Then, he somehow started a fire and burned what remained.

Exactly what the word means. Most people are too scared to talk to him. Some think he's a demon, others think he's a scientific experiment, and others think he's an alien.
