Not when you move the water out of the way.

That sounds like swimming with extra steps.
<Snipped quote by Nimda>

Yes big buildings.

I don't think I'm tracking.
<Snipped quote by Nimda>

Swimming fast. Or flying. Or walking.

Wouldn't flying underwater just... be... swimming?

If I could get outside the dome, I could make it back to the city.

I meant more of a how.
<Snipped quote by Nimda>

I could, anyway.

What do you mean?
<Snipped quote by Nimda>

Tall places!

Er, tall?
<Snipped quote by Nimda>

Really? I wish I knew about it.

Good to know for next time. If you can get to that city from here, anyway.

Would be funny if it was an aquarium.

Oh, this is cool. It looks like this is used to access the ocean without having to dive from the surface, and it’s built on the entrance to an underwater cave system. The sphere is pressurized, so even if everything else broke, the water wouldn’t get inside the dome. Pretty neat, huh?
<Snipped quote by Nimda>

Oh. I guess that makes sense. I doubt most people think that deep about it though.

Probably not, but that’s where the “wow that’s cool” factor comes in.

Focused on being upside down?

That one was a science and technology museum, so I think the point is to make visitors think about how buildings work and whether being upside down makes a difference.
