That's cool. Not really ready to start anything at the moment but the ideas are circling my head at the moment waiting for me to pluck them out of orbit for characters, plots, or other things.

I prefer to Co-GM with a second person rather than do it solo, so if you feel interested in the future let me know. My taste when making a Roleplay will vary from time to time so one week I may be super into Bleach like weapons and transformations, other weeks I may be in a Fifth Element creative mood. :P

Mostly Sci-Fi and Demonic Fantasy. I usually stick to those basic traits so if I join something it has elements of those in it. History style ones are just meh to me, and superheros are a rare thing.

How does Arena Roleplay work?

Just been reading that link @GreivousKhan posted and have always wondered myself how an arena fight is supposed to work. From what I can gather it tends to be broken down into step by step stages, am I correct?

And out of curiosity, if someone was to create a mock thread to help be tutored to understand how it's all meant to work by simply practising, would there be anyone willing to just essentially "spar"?

Had a steampunk RP that I started but it never really took off. Used a similar Idea but it had two cities, one a floating island, and a mining town below. Each was run by a different factions while a third was planning a secret rebellion. If you wanna see any of plot, characters and other stuff shoot me a PM as I'm not gonna use it again. :)

There will be several different large governments, minor governments, and smaller independent groups. Apart from that there will be The Expanse, which isn't a place in itself but the gaps between "civilized" space where everything from starry eyed entrepreneurs to viscous pirates roam around in search of money, power, and fame among other things. There will be a main story arc but the way I like to run my RP is by doing things episodically so each job or event might be one episode and then the next might be a main story episode with a good chunk of story in it. The rest is still in progress (as in I'm pulling it out of my butt as we speak).

Sounds good to me, aside from pulling things out of your butt... that's just ew.

As long as any story is a bit free flowing and allows for us to go with the flow.
Rigid stories can be uninteresting when told in the wrong manner. :P

First time I GM was with a space RP. Great idea, got destroyed because of two people fighting and one of them God Modding the shit out of everything.

So because of that I'm interested cause I have an itch to complete a space RP, or at least get into a good quality one. :)

Edit: Can you she'd a bit more light on plot, design or any other aspects?

@Michellin it's been cold wet and windy here too. Not so much rain, but the sun is hardly out. Haven't checked thus morning though. Lol

I'm trying to find another RP. To join. I hate it when people, as GMs abandon their RP or their interest check. :[
