Can I also add that it shouldn't matter what language they speak, their purchases pay for your wages... so if you're doing anything you're just shooting yourself in the foot for not offering customer service.

Sadly I wasn't able to replicate it on my end. The server did go through a migration in the past couple of days so maybe it was an indexing error due to that.
I'll have a chat to Mahz at some point about it to see if that may have been the cause.
