How would y'all feel about changing it up a bit?

Keep Death's Input, Death's Touch, because the latter would be easy to defeat while still paying problems and allowing hijinks.

Axe the doll ability to transfer damage, or make it watered down so you'd practically have to destroy it completely to kill someone. Perhaps even a kickback to [name] in a psychological measure.

Or simply remove the dolls aspect, and rely on the Imps. These things all take time to create, I should note, as well as energy.

I could perhaps go with keeping Death's Input and Death's Touch, following up with:
Death's Sensors: [name] can, with concentration and being within 50m of the Imp, see through a single Imp's eyes, hear what they hear, etc etc. Best used for recon.

And finally, and this one I understand if it's a no go...
Death's Scythe: Upon gathering DANA from a target, and having an understanding of them from Death's Input, [name] can enter a mediation state. This takes time, effort, and cannot always work if the target is protected magically. Once fully entranced, [name] can merge her aura and theirs, and inflict minor harm onto their physical body, or cause mental strain like paranoia, depression, etc. This comes at a price, however: all harm done to another is done unto [name], though in a smaller property.

Would that be a not acceptable concept?

If not, I do understand. And that just means I'll begin working on a new concept. ^^
@Skinner35
Were you still interested in working out the kinks of your CS application?
Alright, here's a brief concept. Don't want to dump a bunch of time into it just yet if the powers aren't alright.

Like I said, just a basic outline of the powers to see if it's acceptable.

If it is, I'd like to know if the bigger dolls would be able to have washed down versions of their target's powers?

Well, how about I create a CS and we go from there?

"Yes, I suppose it should be. But in this game, you assume nothing. Remember that, it'll do some good," the man shrugged. "So, the plan? I'm going to show this bitch her place, and then we're going to leisurely walk to our destination. One of my associates will assist us if necessary. Heh. You all walked right past her without ever even seeing her."

And then things got interesting .

Beneath the mask the man frowned at the fire tornado, the Fire Whirl.

"Alright. You want to play, Barbie. We'll play. Finch, I highly suggest you stay right beside me. Otherwise you're going to die."

As debris and vehicles started falling, they came to a stop in the air. The very air seemed to still, and the Whirl stopped it's movement and was once again stopped in place, a struggle of will between the man and Guilt.

"That's enough of a tantrum," the man muttered, not sure if Finch could even hear him over the noise. He knew there was no point in trying to get the woman to hear him, and he didn't care.

She'd learn her place soon enough.

As the standstill continued, the smoke from the fire suddenly started growing darker, obviously being manipulated. Slowly it obscured the entire Whirl, choking it of it's air supply. Debris slammed into the smoke like it was a brick wall, and if one looked closely it was almost as if the smoke itself was alive.

With a laugh the man turned towards Guilt, reaching out a hand in her direction. Of course she couldn't see him anymore, between the swarm of his and the ever growing smoke clouding out the area.

With a pulling motion of his hands, the man's laugh took on an interesting undertone.

The noise was incredibly dulled, as if the smoke was trapping even the sounds of the Whirl, and everyone could hear the man's next words.

"Know true agony for your crimes, Barbie."

With a ripping nose, Guilt's mask was forcefully removed from her system, crumbling apart in the process, and she found herself being thrown towards a nearby wall.

"I know everything in your dark mind, and I find you guilty."

The figure laughed. "An unexpected surprise. Here we've got Barbie Goes Chemical Warfare, adorned with her signature dick repelling mask. Watch out, she might bite! Oh wait, she can't."

The swarm around him increased in speed, obscuring the man completely as large chunks of buildings joined the field.

At the same moment Finch was lifted off of the ground and pulled into the swarm, not a single thing touching him, just as Phantom went whooshing past.

In the next instant the grenades all lifted off of the ground and started circling Guilt.

"Now doll, why don't you go find Ken and let the real people talk business, yeah? Now run along."

The Oni masked man turned towards Finch, who could now see the black suit and white tie the man wore, just like the giant man had. "Needless to say, if you refuse I'll be leaving you with Angry Angie out there. Everything you've ever worked for, ever wanted, will be for nothing. Your hopes, dreams, and goals will be naught. Your legacy will be a piss stain on a hobo's newspaper, if you're lucky."

If Phantom attempted to fly through the swarm in his current state he'd find it incredibly energy consuming, and he'd have decide if a direct approach like that was worth it.

Meanwhile, at the slightest movement from Guilt or tug of a grenade, and the rest would explode around her in a random order.
@Mercenary Lord
Always happy to have you.

Full disclosure, I'll allow up to two more people to jump into this fight if they want.

I'll be replying early tomorrow morning (say in about 10 hours) if I can't before I go to bed.

How would you feel about a Death Mage? Their abilities summarized would be roughly:
After obtaining samples of DNA, they can meditate on a person to get a better understanding of said person. From there, if they can get a good enough understanding, they can make a charm or replica of the person to redirect harm onto said person.

Their other ability would also follow the voodoo theme, allowing them to grow and animate dolls they've already created.

Just to touch base and see how you feel about the possibility.

I'm not sure if I want to roll that direction or not, but I do recognize that it's an... Powerful ability if used creatively.
Well, well, well....

Color me interested.

And y'all can thank @FrankenDaughter for showing interest in EC for me finding this little gem. I'd never have stumbled across it otherwise.

Before I even begin on a CS submission, however, I'd like to know:

  • How powerful are you willing to allow? Or shall we play it by ear?
  • I may have overlooked it, but was there any age limitations?
  • Do you have any specific power types you'd prefer be avoided. I.e. time control, matter manipulation, etc etc
  • Again, forgive me if I overlooked this, but while this is set in present day, are we using legitimate present day technology all around, like robotics and such?

    • Furthermore, if yes, does magic have any innate conflicts with such technology? Would one not function properly around the other?

I think that's everything I'd like to know before proceeding.
@Leaves
That's fine by me, it sounds about what she would do.
