High School RP Anyone?

Was recently a part of an awesome high school roleplay ^{Arrowsmith High School(:} set in the 9th-grade year. I want to round up a decent sized group of people who are willing to continue a story till it's finished. I want to get this RP up no later than the 10th. Time skips would happen roughly every 5-7 days. Some will be time skips of a few days, and others will be time skips to the evening where students can do after school activities with their friends, or whatever they might be doing. I personally will be having 6 characters. We will be having a classroom of about 40-45 students at most, but will definitely fare with a smaller class. I only say 40-45 because I've already taken up 6 of those spaces and don't know how many characters any interested parties might want to be playing!

As sad as I am to see this go, I am looking forward to a reboot (that hopefully comes).. I was so upset this was going down, I started making characters for the new year to come to keep my mind off of it, thinking there is still hope (x I really enjoyed this for what it was. Might have to make my own HS rp or see about joining another. Forgot how much I miss the school atmosphere. Thank you again, Cap for an awesome time. As well as to the rest of you! You all are great writers and I wish you well on your journeys. Merry part and merry meet again. (:

@Thundercrash I also lost my job 3 months ago.. due to a move. I hope luck finds you. Job hunting (of course as I'm sure you well know) can be quite discouraging, but don't give up!

@Dusksong I am! Unfortunately, I have to go to bed early tonight because I have to be up at 345AM to get up and start getting ready for work. Gotta be there by 6AM. :/

You're not doing a thing wrong, Cap. Real life issues come about and distract us from the world we've created for ourselves, here, and other people (due to our hesitation) get discouraged and it just becomes a sort of domino effect. It'll be alright. Those of us who are invested in this have your back.
Maybe bring in some of the people on the waiting list. Might keep this thing going and let it keep going for a while, since it seems people are either dripping out or disappearing for periods at a time. Just a thought. c:

....Well.. to get this ball rolling, I'd like to throw out there Quinten would be very involved in his group project and would have done the work expected of him. Maybe really only doing so to kind of prove Poetry that he's not the kind of guy she seems to think he is, otherwise he would have been kinda "eh, whatever" about it all. Aria, however, would have started out fairly invested in it all but strayed away from interactions with the group, as a whole. Maybe doing a decent 90% of her job before leaving it to someone else, but still keeping moderately in touch with the main involved members, not wanting to seem like she just ditched them. Staying away from the group as a whole, being that she wants as little interaction time with her ex as possible. Cause honestly, who wants to be stuck working together in class with their ex? Especially outside of school haha

What all happened will have to be discussed among our respective group members in PMs or something. Just so no one person is speaking of what others would have had their characters do. :] But, yeah. That's the summary of my characters and their involvement in their groups.

I'm feeling much better after the ER trip yesterday. Got the antibiotics and pain meds I needed to fight off this infection.

Jackson and Raven hadn't made it far before a range of different sounds had gone suddenly gone off, one particularly a gun shot. Though it seemed to have been perfectly shot off when a truck engine behind them burst into flames, Jackson had been trained to differentiate sounds like that. The shot had lodged itself into the tree just a few feet away, and caused Jackson to turn back, but only to grab Raven by the arm and haul her forward into a bolted run. "If we get separated, head North East towards Maine. I've heard theres a Refuge of sorts there." Raven wasn't really focused too much on what he was saying. Her head was spinning and was suddenly feeling the need to throw up. Without warning, Raven collapsed to the ground. Jackson stopped in his tracks and looked back at the wall of fire that was closing in on them, knowing full well who was on their tail, and for a split second he almost thought of leaving her for them. Jackson shook the thought from his head and quickly shooed Electabuzz away from her, grabbing her up and placing the unconscious girl on his shoulders, holding one leg and one arm. Raven lay limp over him in the Buddy-Carry position, Electabuzz complaining to Jackson in his ramblings with Houndour growling at him. Seemed as though Houndour was trying to tell him of Jackson's intentions, and it appeared to be working. Electabuzz followed close behind Jackson as he ran with his passed out trainer, keeping a watchful eye out when suddenly he looked up in the tree to see Sneasel. Electabuzz grabbed Jackson's pack and yanked, pointing towards Sneasel and rambled off incoherantly at him. Jackson looked up at the Pokemon and grumbled to himself, following where the Sneasel was trying to lead them.

k, making a reply, now. Been avoiding electronic devices all day cause it's been making my headache I've had almost all day worse. That headache being caused by a toothache. So much fun. While I've got the pain somewhat under control, figured I'd take advantage of it and get in my reply.
