On Friday, there was a weird drop in activity, which is fine - people get busy, no problem. But since it has kind of persisted for a few days now, I thought it was time for a headcount. And by that, I mean we need to know for sure who's still planning to participate in the RP. If you aren't, that's fine. You might be busy, or maybe you're not really feeling it anymore. It's cool. Whatever. No one is going to be upset if you drop out. But we need to know. So if you are still participating, come through and say so. If you're not, also come through and say so. There was a lot of interest and enthusiasm for the RP right up until launch, so it's just weird that activity took a sudden plunge.
Sidenote: If you are planning on participating but have been held back by your sheet, don't worry about it. As long as the basic details of your faction are in the sheet, you're good. Don't let the sheet beat you up.

I think the gist of your faction is in the sheet, so feel free to post whenever. The same goes for Nexerus and anyone who has a mostly complete sheet.

About magic
Magic is still supposed to be very, very rare. Powerful, but rare. I agree that we should reel it back a bit and remember that. But as long as everyone understands that mages are rare, and that every nation (even the Drathan Union) is made up mostly of regular people, we'll be fine. So yeah, just remember that mages are a very, very small minority of the population, even in places where they are in power, like the Drathan Union.

Anyway, I'll have my own sheet up eventually. I've just been going back and forth with ideas and struggling to put them into words. Suffice to say my nation will not be ruled by mages.
