Bio

Welcome to my Bio, random person. Yeah, my name is pretty redundant (Polaris - North Star, North... well north.)

Things you need to know about me?

I live in the Philippines. I'm a student and life gets a bit hectic so please understand if I suddenly become more sporadic when it comes to replies.

I'm involved in a lot of fandoms (mostly anime) and as long as it gets my interest, I'll join. My range is from free to casual [or well, as long as I can get it from the post I'm replying to]. I'm more of a fantasy kid than a slice of life but I think I can join something like that. I'm not much of a romance writer so I keep myself to PG-13 and not exceed anything else.

Haru smiled as the person said that it was alright. In all actuality, he had his suspicions that she might be a ghoul but he wouldn't act on suspicions... or even if he knew it was a ghoul. They would only kill when ordered to kill. The only exception is when they are attacked and they're in a life or death situation. "If you'd like, you can eat too. We won't mind." He said with a smile as he placed his backpack on the ground and sitting down, setting the cloth-like sheathe, acting as a cover for his sniper rifle, beside him. Haruna followed quickly, putting her bow down beside her as well, but this weapon was in plain sight. However, there were no arrows with her.

The male twin placed two bento boxes in front of them and then opened it, revealing some sort of meaty substance on top of white rice. The other one held what she assumed to be a salad with indistinguishable products in it. Her eyes widened at the sight. This was not what she expected... although she was suspecting that her brother had something up his sleeve. "Now, pick one to eat Hana! One is really delicious and I assure you will like it, and the other one is something you really wouldn't want." Haru said, using the girl's nickname, and then laughing.

Haruna looked back and forth between the two bentos, knowing that her brother was serious. She looked a little helpless while her brother either smirked or laughed at her distressed look. She then picked up the salad and then took a bite of it... and she turned green. She forcibly swallowed her food, not wanting to seem like a slob, before coughing and then desperately searching her satchel for any drinks she has. All the while, Haru was just laughing with his hands around his stomach and he was threatening to fall over. "Comedy gold!"

"B-Brother! You're an idiot!" Haruna yelled as she lunged for his backpack, opening it and then drinking his favorite juice in an attempt to at least faze him. He didn't react to it at all. "Grade A idiot!" She yelled once again as she stopped drinking, a blush across her face in the presence of his laughing.

"Come on guys, looks like we have training right after." Miroku said as he heard Sir Zodiac tell everyone to hurry eating. He was done himself so he was just watching his two friends eat. He was worried about a little something called appendicitis but perhaps they would start with something less straining than fighting already. Hopefully but if not, he just hoped no one would get sick.

After buying a cute little dress for their friend, they had left the shopping district in search for anything... anything at all to do. They could have gone to a cafe, or perhaps an arcade, a place fit for someone of their age. But they didn't want to do anything like that, not now at least. After killing three ghouls through assassination this day, they felt that they didn't have the right to go inside these childish game places. Perhaps their youth was slowly being drained away by their current job. Killing and playing aren't quite the same things. Innocence was something they both lost so long ago yet have reclaimed once again to put up an act.

"Hurry Haruna! Come on!" Haru exclaimed as he ran up the stairs. For some odd reason or another, they entered a building and then Haru broke into a run up the stairs. He had an idea to relieve themselves of boredom yet Haruna wasn't quite sure what it was. She was actually pretty scared on what he might think of... was he carrying water balloons this entire time and want to drop it on other people? That didn't go too well with the superiors before. They both got an earful from them for staging such a stunt. Even if they were kids, they were still CCG officers, people working with the government to exterminate the plague that has taken refuge in their world. Their behavior was not befitting of a professional officer and they were placed under the supervision of this big guy for two days before they were allowed to run free again.

"W-What exactly are you planning to do?" Haruna asked as she desperately tried to keep up with her more energetic and physically fit brother. Compared to him, her stamina was a little low but it was still pretty high. After spending so much time walking around earlier though, it had taken a little toll on her. "That, my dear sister, is a secret! You just need to follow so hustle!" He continued, cheering her on as he already reached the roof while she was still on the last leg of stairs.

The male then proceeded to open the door towards the roof. He first blocked his eyes with his arm to cover the sudden flash of light before walking onto the roof. "This place is perfect for-" He stopped abruptly as his gaze fell upon a black-clothed girl standing near the edge of the building. He got the feeling that she wasn't going to commit suicide, more like what he looks like when he observes everything before looking through his scope. "Hey lady!" He called out as he approached her, his sister following closely behind. Both didn't look like they were on guard, nor did they even look like investigators in the first place. "I'm just going to give my sister here a little food surprise. Hope you don't mind." Haru said. He blew the surprise himself by saying that but he needed to properly explain himself to the lady there as she might think that they're invading her privacy.

He chose this place among others because it looked a little deserted, giving him a perfect chance to simply sit back and not worry about guards heading their way because they broke in and decided to have a little picnic on the roof. He waited for the lady's answer before he would continue to prepare for it since he still didn't have permission. It might not be her building, nor her roof, but she was there first and he respected that. First come, first serve is something to him after all. Haruna walked towards her brother and asked, "So why a picnic?" "Oh my dear sister, do you not understand? You have been craving for a taste of those little cake things right? I know you don't know the name but not to worry, I don't either." Haru explained.

Leo sighed in relief as she didn't break anything yet. He wasn't exactly scared of her so he stood in silence and watched her demonstrate her power. He wasn't exactly surprised anymore. The first time she had showed her powers, he practically jumped in joy like how a kid does when he gets his favorite toy. It amazed him to see a power like that and he was really hyped to see more of it. But toys are something one can be easily bored of, that was the case for Sara's power. It was quite simple really, a power up. The use of a force called 'chi' and applying it in a sense to boost her physical strength. Although even so, he is interested on how she can expertly handle such a force and not unconsciously use it on others.

He raised his hand. "If it gets a little fighty, I can at least take some hits. I'll do it." Born in a martial arts kind of family, you'll get used to the pain. And even if Sara doesn't do something like a hand to hand fight and just try and demonstrate a non-destructive part of her power, then all the better.
20th Ward Morning, Alleyway

Haruna gripped her bow like a helpless little girl. A huge man approached her with a big grin on his face. "Come on now little girl, just come with me." He said. One would think he was a pedophile but he wasn't; he was a ghoul. People who eat humans because that's what they can only eat besides coffee. "It won't be long. It'll just be an hour." He continued as he walked towards her. Every step he took forward, Haruna stepped backward. "And besides, your little bow won't help you." He continued, his eyes turning red and black, showing that he was a ghoul.

"B-B-But I-I'm supposed to meet with my brother." Haruna replied before looking up at him... no, behind him and to the roof of the building. She blinked twice before looking back at the ghoul who didn't seem to notice her actions. She then hit the wall behind her, signalling that she was at a dead end.

"Ah well, I can just eat you here!" The ghoul exclaimed, his kagune coming out, two tendrils. A Rinkaku. That was not good. He began to laugh as he attempted to strike.

When suddenly, a bullet went through his kakuhou. His kagune then disappeared, causing his surprised look. It even went through his body and the bullet landed between Haruna's legs. The sniper rifle was silent or at least very suppressed. So much that it barely makes a sound when shot. The ghoul was surprised and then looked to where he thinks it came from, from the roof. He spotted the shine of the rifle. Before he could act however, he found himself pierced by two arrows. One in the head, and the other near the heart. "W-W-" He then dropped dead, on his own pool of blood.

Haruna sighed in relief as she placed a hand over her chest to calm her panicked heart. She then jumped over the ghoul and then saw her brother heading towards where she was, his sniper rifle already in its case. "Good job brother. You really hit his kakuhou this time." She said with a smile as she jogged to her brother.

"Of course my dear sister." He said before poking her cheek, a small habit he had gotten over the years. "You're a pretty good actor. You really looked frightened for a moment there." He continued with a teasing grin on his face.

"I was scared!" Haruna said before putting a pout on her face. "You really took too long this time." Haru didn't say anything because he knew that Haruna understood why. He always searched for where the kakuhou is and try to rupture the organ so that kagune would malfunction. "Just... try to be quicker next time."

"Hai, hai." Haru said before the twins started to walk out of the alleyway and into the busy streets of 20th Ward. They had just finished killing their latest assignment. They were done with their day's assignments so they were technically off duty. They'll do the whole report thing later after they come back. And so they didn't care anymore and just strolled into the shopping district. Haruna wanted to buy something else. It was also a good thing that none of the blood got onto their clothes. One would notice that neither was wearing their uniforms. Again, they were assassins so they had to be inconspicuous.
Appearance:

Name: Haruna and Haru Terasaki

Age: 17

Gender: Haruna: Female / Haru: Male

Alliance: CCG

Quinque Type: (If CCG)
Haruna - She has an Ukaku type. It takes the form of a bow. When she pulls the string, the RC-Cells condense into an arrow form and she can use these to shoot.

Haru - He has an Ukaku Type like his sister. His takes the form of a sniper rifle. The bullets are packed with RC-Cells and that's why it's more effective the Q bullets.

Both carry the standard gun with Q bullets and RC suppressant gas. They also carry around multiple (3-4) mass produced quinque knives for extra protection.

Which Ward do you live in?: They live in the 20th ward but can be reassigned to another ward anytime.

Personality:
Haruna - She has a very bubbly personality. She is cheerful and kind to anyone. One wouldn't suspect that she has killed many ghouls. She gets embarrassed easily, especially around her brother, but can get back up pretty quickly. She is also shy at the first meeting. She is actually pretty sadistic when it comes to questioning ghouls. She doesn't hold any personal grudges to ghouls, she's just doing her job.

Haru - He is a very mischievous person, often doing pranks and stuff. He likes joking around and playing as he is a little childish but can be serious at times. He can be very manipulative, often swaying other people with his words instead of physical pain unlike his sister's methods. He and Haruna get along very well and they are practically inseparable. He has no personal hatred to ghouls, just doing his job.

What they both have in common is that they don't attack a ghoul if they're not attacked. Specializing in assassination, they don't exactly like close combat fighting. So even if they encounter a ghoul, they would either let them pass by. If they interact with one, it's alright as well.

History: The twins have been born to a martial arts family. They were trained since they were young but they excelled in long range arts. They had a very high pain tolerance since they were trained by being whipped since they were kids. They entered school and soon the CCG Academy and trained to become good CCG as per the request of their father. It has been two years since they joined the CCG Academy and they are currently Second Class Investigators with their personalized quinques.

What way do you swing?(Boys, Girls, Potatoes?) Haruna - Boys / Haru - Girls (Although it is very hard for them to fall in love in the first place)

Crush: (If any at start?) None

Other: Both of them specialize in assassination more than anything. And for example, they encounter a ghoul while they're not on duty, they won't fight. They don't carry their quinques in side suspicious briefcases. Haruna carries hers around like a traditional bow and Haru carries his in a long cloth-like case.
@NekoJordan Er, sorry 'bout that. Forgot to edit it out, I changed their names, that's why. Let me just find and edit that.

Leo raised his hands. "Whatever you say Sara." He said. He'd rather not really get in a fight with her. He could withstand her punches, sure, but he'd really rather not. He would end up on the floor begging for the fight to stop as soon as it happened after all. But that didn't stop him from saying, "You're gonna help clean that up right?" He gestured to the plates she took out. Most likely, she would wreck those things and it might get a little messy. He wasn't even close to being friends with Sara so he was a little uneasy saying that but he's gotta do what he's gotta do. And cleaning up was part of that. He didn't want to burden Ms. Smith with it nor would he ask Thomas to help out but since Sara has been here for a while and was going to do the demonstration, she should take responsibility... right?
