Bio

Welcome to my Bio, random person. Yeah, my name is pretty redundant (Polaris - North Star, North... well north.)

Things you need to know about me?

I live in the Philippines. I'm a student and life gets a bit hectic so please understand if I suddenly become more sporadic when it comes to replies.

I'm involved in a lot of fandoms (mostly anime) and as long as it gets my interest, I'll join. My range is from free to casual [or well, as long as I can get it from the post I'm replying to]. I'm more of a fantasy kid than a slice of life but I think I can join something like that. I'm not much of a romance writer so I keep myself to PG-13 and not exceed anything else.

Hyakuya

"Neither did I Hirotsuka." He said with a light chuckle. He didn't seem to be quite in a murderous mood to let out the true nature of a Manakete. He then looked up as he heard the rustles.

Hyakuya carefully watched as the mounted units started to descend upon them, making a warning shot on Hiro and Tybalt. It was quite obvious that they had priority targets and he was sure that they knew what he was capable of as well so it would only be a matter of time before they target him as well. After all, he could fly up to their position and just take them out. But that would be far too dangerous to do alone lest he wanted to get skewered by lances and axes. He most certainly did not want that to happen.

Before he could continue to think, what he expected did happen. A wyvern rider descended upon him and tried to strike him with a horizontal slash. He dodged the strike as he was already on guard. His hand reached for his dragonstone and it began to glow. He was enveloped in a strange light and when it disappeared, Hyakuya had already left his human form. In place was a yellow dragon, flying in the air. He certainly did not want to cause a forest fire so he carefully aimed his fire breath at the wyvern rider that had attacked him but unfortunately, the manakete missed. He then turned his head towards the speaking mage.

Ah, a tactician is on their side. Or at least one with a tactical mind. A good thing, he should rejoice at it. "I am a Manakete, sir Tybalt. I shall cover you if one of them will try to harm you." He told the two before looking up and blasting another fire ball to keep the mounted units at bay and not try to attack them. He was actually uncomfortable as he did not have any freedom to fly so he would like to end this quickly if possible. "Order me as you please. I am also fine with any of you two riding me if it comes to that." He continued, this time not looking at the two at all.
Lurking but present.

Miroku nodded. "I suppose we shouldn't push you to your limits then Liz." He said before bowing his head. "A pleasure to meet you." He continued before raising his head once more and then waiting for Sir Zodiac's next orders. He also started thinking. So creatures would start to attack them. From what he has seen, the team he is in has a teleporter, a speedster, a shapeshifter and a healer. All of which still do not know how far they can push themselves or even if they do, their limits were were well within sight.

He hoped that this training would improve them all. He doesn't want the world to end because they were incompetent. "Training to save the world..." He muttered to himself before smiling. "It's like were comic book heroes." He stated, out loud this time and then looked at the group. "Let's all do our best to become better."
@Wayward

"Alright." Leo said. He then stood in attention, waiting for her cue. The two never seemed to be on better terms than this. He apparently got on her nerves but then again... most people do. He then looked back at Sara, waiting for her cue before he would throw the disc.

Miroku listened to Kofi's explanation before backing a few steps to give Liz more space to do her work. He started to observe how Liz's healing power worked. What he saw was simply Liz touching Kofi. Perhaps there was more to it than what he saw but he isn't too eager to get hurt just to see or well feel how it works.

Concern showed in his eyes as he saw Liz grow pale... too pale. "A side effect to your power?" He asked. Although concerned, he didn't make any move to help the girl thinking that she probably knows how her own power works. Like them, he had his limitations too. His entire focus must be kept as he tries to vibrate his molecules to go through solid objects and if he loses concentration while doing so, he'd either slam on the wall or get stuck on it and die. Then there's the matter of going too fast and he just can't stop. He was just careful when he demonstrated.

Miroku raised his hand for a high five when Kofi was done but then noticed his pain. He walked towards the shapeshifting man and the knelt down beside him. "You alright Kofi?" He asked as he started to look over him. "You must be injured." He muttered to himself before looking at Sir Zodiac.

@KatherinWinter

"Er, it seems Kofi here is in pain Sir." He said while patting Kofi's shoulder. "You think we have a healer here or something?" He tried recalling Sir Zodiac's list before about all the powers but he couldn't. Sometimes, memories fail him. That happens with him a lot but then he managed to recall it when he is done needing it the most.
@The ghost in black

The two young and mischievous [or at least one of them] looked at each other as Razor Jack laughed. They didn't quite understand since most ghouls would still try to attack. "Oh! Well apologies then." Haruna quickly said before standing up and then taking her backpack and bow. She then shook her head. "No, you're actually pretty good!" She said, as if trying to reassure the ghoul. "We're just too used to ghouls that we start to catch small hints. But I guess it was just some luck that we managed to guess right brother?"

The black and white haired teen nodded. "Yeah. It was a wild guess too. Maybe we just got too used to ghouls attacking us before hearing us out and when you suggested a game, we immediately thought you were a ghoul." He said before standing up himself and taking his backpack and sniper rifle. "But how about something a little different from a game of tag?" He said with a toothed grin, bringing another sense of nervousness from Haruna. He took out two paintball guns, each packed with one canister filled with paint. "I was actually thinking of bringing more fun to this place. I was planning on taking my sister on a parkour run around this block while shooting at people using paint." He continued, explaining his original intent.
Hyakuya

Hyakuya followed behind their small group as they proceeded into the forest. He had been within the castle walls for quite a while now so he managed to know who Hirotsuka was. Seeing her wasn't quite a pleasure for him. He knew what he was getting into and now he was going to train under her. He watched as the kunai was thrown towards them and the one in front was surprised at it. Well, who wouldn't be? Yes, he wouldn't say that he didn't like where this was going. Training with her might be hard but it would harden everyone.

"Hyakuya." The manakete said as he raised his hand. "Never thought I'd train under you of all people Hirotsuka." He said with a small chuckle. He then just watched as Tybalt started to speak. Hyakuya was pleased to see this. He didn't know how Hirotsuka would actually react to what he did. She had a sharp tongue and she would probably use that. As for everything else she said, he just shrugged at it. It seems the manakete wasn't all that bothered. He then smirked. "Well, well, this is going to be interesting." He muttered to himself, a little excited for the whole thing.

Now, he was sure most people were fearing for their lives right now. That was an expected reaction from new people who haven't even met the maid. Even he was mistaken when he first saw Hirotsuka. He remembered it like yesterday; waltzing out of the room he stayed in and then bumping into her. Sadly for him, he didn't manage to say anything quickly and he found himself getting an earful despite being way older than the young maid.
I can wait but if you guys want to proceed, that's alright with me too.
