Bio

Welcome to my Bio, random person. Yeah, my name is pretty redundant (Polaris - North Star, North... well north.)

Things you need to know about me?

I live in the Philippines. I'm a student and life gets a bit hectic so please understand if I suddenly become more sporadic when it comes to replies.

I'm involved in a lot of fandoms (mostly anime) and as long as it gets my interest, I'll join. My range is from free to casual [or well, as long as I can get it from the post I'm replying to]. I'm more of a fantasy kid than a slice of life but I think I can join something like that. I'm not much of a romance writer so I keep myself to PG-13 and not exceed anything else.

Can I assume that our characters will be coming from those notable houses? Or can we make our own not-so-well-known houses?

If it's the former, I'm probably gonna make someone from the House Tromvara.

Will followed where Juliet was pointing, basically, the only pathway they could take as of now. Then Juliet quickly stomped away before he could say anything else. He looked at Mason then back at Juliet and then hurrying to catch up to her once she had yelled for him and Mason. Unlike the other two, Will was surprisingly calm, having walked around earlier alone to leave him in his thoughts. Besides, he had tons of coping mechanisms for stressful events.

He looked at the two paths, looking back and forth before looking back at the two. "Where to now?" While most people would say stick to the right and you'll eventually find your way out, he wasn't too sure about this place. Maybe one wrong turn could kill them or something and he didn't want to risk that and have it on his head.
I'm interested as well.

Avir sat down as the tigress began eating the fish he provided. It was a long time since he had hunted for another tiger. Actually, more like this is his first time. He only ever travelled with his family and they had died when he was young so he never had the chance to show off his hunting skills to them. It felt unnaturally good. He guessed giving things to others elicits this kind of reaction. It felt nice.

"So what do we do now?" He asked. "I can't leave this cub alone but if you're willing to take her then..." He wasn't at all against raising the poor cub. He lost his family when he was old enough to hunt but this one isn't. So he had the urge to protect her.

Once he went through the vortex, he thought he'd be floating in space or something. However, that wasn't the case. He felt his body come in contact with the cold hard ground. "Ah crap..." He groaned as he rose to a sitting position. It didn't hurt as much as he thought, more like he was caught in surprise. His eyes travelled to the vortex that was now closing. He began to look around and immediately noticed that they certainly aren't in the house anymore and he doubted it was anywhere in Earth as well, considering that the buildings were weirdly made and the sun wasn't even visible or giving off any light. Their only light sources were the cracks in boards of the buildings and the broken lamp posts. There was also some sort of thing limping away from them but Will honestly couldn't tell what it was exactly.

Will then turned to the two people he came in with, both seeming physically fine. "Thanks a lot for catching me." He said jokingly before standing up and then dusting himself off. Since Mason was already tending to Juliet, he decided to walk around, mostly to calm himself down and to start thinking rationally. He was panicking a little in the inside because nothing was familiar in here. After some minutes, he would come back to the group. "It's obvious that this place is the other side of the vortex, another world I would suppose if we were to take the voice from before seriously as he said that 'the portal to Linus's world has opened.'"

"I would guess this place is where that raspy voice is coming from. And it's somehow related to your father considering that the voice mentioned killing him." He wanted to get that out before he forgets about it later on. Juliet looked a little shaken though, maybe something happened in the short span of when she appeared and when Mason appeared.
Vincent - Axis Agent and Layla - Halfbreed Angel

"Well now, isn't this a surprise?" Vincent muttered to himself as he received the message of gathering up in the Russia Axis Base for a mission. He was also ordered to bring Layla along which was odd to say the least. Well seeing as they said something about needing the help of halfbreeds, this wasn't much of a surprise. It was a big mission, Vincent could tell that much at least. And it would certainly involve fighting and having a healer by their side would be their best bet.

He continued on to pack his bags and alert Layla about the whole thing, which she unsurprisingly knew about as well. This wasn't his first time going out of the country but it seems he'll have to be out for a long time. Not that it really mattered. The person he grew up with and his dog will be going with him and he doesn't have any family to actually say goodbye to. The blind halfbreed, on the other hand, had gone around saying goodbye to the staff that didn't hate her and wished them to be safe while she's out. Most of those people had depended on her for healing so hopefully, when (or if) they come back, they'll still be fine.

"Are you ready?"

"As ready as I'll ever be."

Vincent nodded as he led both Layla and Ichi on board the plane which they'll be using as transport to Russia. It didn't feel like it took a long time until they landed. This will be new territory for both of them and to be honest, Vincent was a little worried for his friend. He was willing to be that people here knew about her powers but only that, and wouldn't be treated with the same amount of kindness like in the previous base.

The black haired male sighed as he got off the plane with Layla's hand on his shoulder to guide her. It was hard for her as well to get used to this place and needed a guide lest she walk straight into a wall. Ichi calmly walked with them as well. He headed straight for the conference room after receiving the directions from a private that had welcomed them to the facility. He looked around, seeing that a lot of the agents were whispering to each other about the other halfbreeds before moving on to glaring at Layla. He could feel Layla's hand tighten on his shoulder. Poor girl, she could hear everything they were saying.

"We've arrived Layla." He whispered, knowing that the blind girl would know. He then pushed open the conference doors to see that four have already arrived at the place. "Greetings." Vincent said before lowering his head respectfully at them, and so did Layla. He didn't mention anything about himself as he saw that the others had files. It was obvious that their personal information were in those given that they would seem to be working together for now. He then began to move and Layla followed. He picked up one of the folders before searching for one in Braille. At least those who hired them weren't idiotic enough to forget to print one out for Layla.

He then led Layla to a seat and then headed for the one to the left of her and sat down there. He opened the files and began reading through them. Yeah, he was right. They had some information on each of them in here and they made a point to actually write that Layla was blind. Well that would be obvious from their entrance earlier but it wouldn't hurt to know for sure right?

Layla was also 'reading' through the files, committing to memory their names and such. However, she doesn't know who is who. She had to place a name on their voices. "If I may say something, I would like to hear you say your name as I do not know whose voice is who." She needed to get that out before the others start to speak at random later. It would greatly confuse her after all.

Got it.
Leo stood up once Ms. Smith was done. "I'll be in my room if you all need me." He said before waving and walking out of the room. He can't push himself too hard. While he was feeling a-okay, something might happen if he strained himself. He headed to get some water and some snacks before entering his room and lying down there.

Zaru the Chimchar

Zaru returned a nod of greeting as Milton passed by. It wasn't long after that until Spirit started talking. His eyes went over to the two boards before shaking his head. Nah, that would wait until he actually has a proper team or if someone else decided to ask Zaru to tag along. Going into a dungeon alone would be too risky. Given how hectic things had been lately, he figured that it would be best if he would just stay in town and help around. Nothing wrong with that after all. And he also officially welcomed Omen and Serenity back to the guild. He clapped along despite not actually remembering them all that much. Well, they still helped yesterday so that was good enough.

When he thought it was over, Spirit quickly added that he was going to see Lulu, Rico, Milton and himself later in the Dojo. Now what could he possibly want from them? The only thing they did yesterday was rescue their friend in trouble. It wasn't anything bad so they shouldn't get in trouble for that. The Chimchar rubbed the back of his neck as he continued to ponder about the reason. He snapped back to reality when the twins said farewell and that they were heading in first. "Sure." He replied with a nod.

He stood up as well before making his way to Milton. "Well, let's get going shall we? Can't have Spirit waiting after all." Did they really just get in trouble for two times in a row? Hopefully it won't be anything bad. He then turned to the door and would walk towards the Dojo once the Zorua was ready to go.

Avir couldn't help but smile as the tigress admitted that she didn't know how to fish, or wasn't good at it. "Leave it to me then. Fishes are my favorite meal. Just wait here and I'll bring back a dozen." He exaggerated the latter part. He couldn't carry that many. He'll eat his share and then bring back at least three to the tigress. "And I'm off!" He cheerily said before running downstream and reaching the river. Unexpectedly, there weren't any other tigers around. He started catching fishes and then placing them on the bank. Once he had three, he carefully carried them by the tail. Boy, this was hard. He needed to be careful not to rip it out.

He reached Saaba and dropped the fishes in front of her. "There 'ya go! Eat up. I already ate mine while hunting."
