//DESCRIPTION:
Evander, as stated, stands at 5'7", an average height for his ehtnic race and age. His black hair is usually seen to be swept to the right and held down by wax. When he doesn't apply wax to it, it's pretty unruly. There are times when he feels to lazy to care about fixing it. He usually has a slouched position, which makes him look smaller than he really is, and a bored look on his face, if not serious. That's his neutral face, which leads many to believe that he isn't a very social and it plays to his advantage. He doesn't have any preference in clothing, as long as it isn't too expensive, he'll buy it. He's usually seen in a black jacket, plain shirt, pants and boots. He wears a dark blue scarf and gloves to boot.

"People say I'm as cold as ice, how fitting."
From the start, his life wasn't very normal. Born from two hyperhumans, he was bound to become one as well. He was a smart kid, able to understand dire situations without so much as flinching. That's why he was so understanding at a young age and wasn't bothered by his parents constantly moving around. At first, he was placed in a school in the Philippines. After two years, they moved to Russia. Evander had a little trouble with their language but overall learned it. They stayed for quite a while there as his parents felt safer there than in the Philippines. He lived there for five years (6-11 years old). When he was eight years old, however, there was once incident that led to him accessing his power earlier than most. Even Evander wasn't sure on what happened there. What he does remember is that he was being bullied and was thrown off to some part. It was all white. Then something attacked. The next thing he knew, he woke up from a bed with his parents worrying over him. He was as cold as ice, but his heart was beating. That was when his parents knew that he unlocked his powers.

He still couldn't control it well so he avoided touching anyone really. Because the climate was so cold in Russia, no one really suspected anything. In truth, the air around Evander is actually pretty cold. People often mistake it as his 'cold aura' and they only feel it unconsciously. It was at that time that he could live a normal life. But his father was sent to Crestwood Hollow for a job and the family had to move. It was a lot hotter there than in Russia so it became very obvious that he was cold, him and the air around him. So his mother practically forced him to wear winter outfits even when it's summer. He's viewed as a weird because of this but he never really minded. People are free to think what they want to think about it, as long as they didn't see him as a hyperhuman, he should be fine.

//ABILITIES:
◼ Cryokinesis | Evander has the ability to create and manipulate ice. He can freeze a lot of things. However, to freeze something that is producing heat actually takes a longer time than freezing air. He can create weaponry out of it given that there is enough to make them. He has learned to form small knives (for throwing), a sword, and a bow and arrows. He can also make small ice sculptures that fit his hand. He is training on making a bird sculpture. He has already made a sort of medallion that he keeps in his refrigerator at home. The ice he makes is also quite resistant to heat more than regular ice. Mainly because of his power, he can actually walk naked around very cold places without the cold actually bothering or giving him any illnesses. 

//SKILLS:
◼ Marksman | He had trained with shooting guns and arrows ever since he was a kid. It made him pretty decent in shooting at long distance.

◼ Near Perfect Memory | He is able to recall even the smallest detail at one time. It's why he is able to do good at tests. However there are times where his mind locks up a memory and it's very hard for him to recall (ex: when he got his power).

◼ Gun Knowledge | A habit of his that had continued up until now was to read and research different guns. A weird habit, most would say, but it does do him good. With his memory, he is able to tell what kind of gun is being used against him and make a plan from there. Especially when it is a pistol.

//LIMITATIONS:
◼ Imperfect Control | Evander still doesn't know how to control his power perfectly. Anything he touches without his glove is bound to freeze. He is actually worried that if he touches another human being for a long time, he'll give them frostbite. It's also the reason why he can't regulate the temperature of the air around him, resulting into it getting colder.

◼ Size | He finds it extremely hard, in his current level, to make something bigger than a bow. And that is if it's only simple. Something intricate (animals, necklaces with inscriptions, etc.) is also hard; he can only make something that can fit his hand if they fall under this category.

//WEAKNESSES:
◼ Heat | Things that are very hot are much more harder, near impossible, to freeze in his current level. While his ice is more resistant than regular ice, it can and will melt when in the presence of fire and if there is prolonged exposure to hot substances.

◼ Humidity | He is most effective in places with high humidity where he can freeze the water molecules in the air. Freezing the air in dry places is near impossible for him. Maybe at a later level but even then he would only be able to construct bits and pieces with the amount given to him..

◼ John Dario | His father who is also a hyperhuman who works tirelessly as an engineer. Has metal manipulation as his power but he doesn’t use it.

◼ Mary Dario | His mother who is a kind enough woman who stays at the house to take care of it. Evander never found out what her power is and she never tells him. Believed to be healing.

▼ FRIENDS
◼ Emily Tamara Watson | Probably the only person who Evander doesn’t give the cold shoulder to. Perhaps it was because she was too persistent with talking with him. Evander wasn’t sure why she was so persistent but because she had grown annoying with her following and trying to talk with him that he gave up and became her friend. She’s a normal human who isn’t aware of Evander’s hyperhuman abilities. She does notice that there is a certain chill when she’s with him but she just shrugs it off. She helps him out a lot of times and he’s debating whether or not he trusted her enough to tell her about his condition.

▼ ENEMIES
◼ Christopher Aleandro | Emily’s ex-boyfriend who thinks that Emily and Evander are in a relationship and hates Evander for it. He’s gunning for the bad boy type of person and is a rebel. He would often stop Evander and challenge him to a fight but Evander would just shrug it off. He would often bully Evander but the guy doesn’t really show any particular irritation to it. Christopher still tries to get Emily back by ‘breaking the two up

//STOMPING GROUNDS
◼ His room | A relatively clean and orderly place, this is where he usually spends his time when he isn’t at school.

◼ Training Grounds| It’s a simple room at the basement of his house. Evander is actively trying to control his power, but isn’t making much progress.

Joshua leaned on the wall near the door of Elizabeth's cell as Ichi was sent away to find her. He was just about nodding off. His head would often bob up and down and his eyes were closed. There was a nurse that had passed by and inquired if he was fine. He replied and they spoke with each other briefly. The nurse soon left Joshua to his own devices. He waved at her as she left. Although after that, he couldn't really nod off like he had earlier.

He reached for his pistol and started fumbled around with it. The safety was on so there was no danger of him accidentally shooting someone else that was walking down the hallway. But even without it, he wouldn't accidentally fire the gun. It was a fine piece of the work. It was custom made. It was a gift from his father back when he was still alive. Even if his father isn't really the most caring and loving person, he was still a father. And he might not be the most expressive person, but he still valued this piece of weaponry in his hands. 

Upon hearing another set of footsteps with lighter footsteps, he knew that Elizabeth and Ichi had arrived. He slid the pistol back under his vest and then looked towards her with only a nod as a greeting.
