Bio

Welcome to my Bio, random person. Yeah, my name is pretty redundant (Polaris - North Star, North... well north.)

Things you need to know about me?

I live in the Philippines. I'm a student and life gets a bit hectic so please understand if I suddenly become more sporadic when it comes to replies.

I'm involved in a lot of fandoms (mostly anime) and as long as it gets my interest, I'll join. My range is from free to casual [or well, as long as I can get it from the post I'm replying to]. I'm more of a fantasy kid than a slice of life but I think I can join something like that. I'm not much of a romance writer so I keep myself to PG-13 and not exceed anything else.

It would be absolutely electrifying.
I've been pondering whether or not to bring Erika back. If three characters are allowed, I might.

Vincent Westerian

After his hundredth apology for his sister's little blunder, they were sent back much earlier than the other stars. Or at least, Ashley was. She was driven back to the hotel, much to her dismay, and was asked to rest. Vincent had doubted that she would do anything in her condition, even if it was only a sprain. She should be good to act tomorrow. Since the writers had to delete their scenes, Vincent had just waited for nothing. Oh well, such was life.

Such was life. Well, wasn't he looking forward to acting. He wasn't looking forward to too much work, he had admitted that to Ashley when she had told him to come back to Edenridge with her, but he guessed he must have been looking forward to the shooting a lot more than he originally thought.

And so, he was heading back to the hotel when he saw a group of girls and two guys - one girl and two guys who he recognized as the people he was working with. The other group of girls seemed to be fans just asking Emilia tons of questions. The guys were Aisik Shomer and Nick Donovan, both of them he didn't particularly get close to since there were minimal scenes in the previous Edenridge where they had to interact and almost all of those scenes were group interactions. His opinions of them were vague, at best. Despite Donovan's attitude before, Vincent never really hated him for it. He had heard of him more even after he returned to the Philippines but he never expressed any particular interest to him. He only remembered Shomer being the guy who left before the shooting even ended. But in the time that he saw him interact with others, he knew he wasn't a bad guy. Must have been an emergency or something.

He approached them. He saw Donovan give them a small performance feeding energy to the adoring crowd. Once he arrived, he gave a nod of acknowledgement to the girls of the group, only getting the last part of their questions that pertained to him. "Ah, speak of the devil and he shall come, no?" He said with a small smile. "Shomer, Donovan, Em. nice to see you all again." He then paused. "It has been a decade since we have been gathered you know."

He then felt his phone vibrate twice. He looked at it and saw that one was from Ashley and the other was from Izabella. He opened Izabella's text first and then Ashley who just told him that they should join up with Izabella's dinner later on. Okay, he should have guessed the contents of that text. "Looks like we have a dinner party later." He said before gesturing for them to look at their phones.

Apologies for butting in but yeah, during Lent season, Catholics aren't really allowed to eat meat except for fish (I don't know if it's just every Friday though) or something like that. But there aren't really a lot of Catholics that do that anymore, as far as I see here, sooo yeah.
@Phobos

Aw, good luck on whatever you're doing now man! I hope things got a lot better than before. I think that everyone's thinking that same thing when I say you're more than welcome to join again.
@Phobos

WHOA, hey man.

She's a cool OC.

Pfft, Shindo doesn't really care about that. Monster or not, you're colleague now.
@Archmage MC

Ha, so I wonder what my superspeed character here would think of her.

Glad to see Light again.
Michael was originally ecstatic about the covert mission. Missions like that was his forte, considering his speed. It was easy to blend in with all of the people too. And now here he was, in the midst of the crowd, watching Hydra flaunt their newest captures - mutants. The people were cheering very loudly for the success of the army. It was so loud that Michael wanted to put some earplugs on in hopes to block it out. But of course, he couldn't do that.

He surveyed the area. He could see Light - the cartoon-like lady who had joined the day before. She was an odd one but she fit in well. Kate was somewhere out there and James was at the other side of the parade. Michael was positioned near the Avenger's Tower. It was sad that it fell to a state of disrepair. With no one there anymore, it was bound to end that way. Stark made it clear that some of the defenses might still be active despite the facts so he guessed that tower wasn't really going anywhere for a long time.

A child wondered towards him, bawling his eyes out. Michael let out a sigh before ducking down to her height. "What's the matter child? Are you lost?" He asked, his accent heavy as he did. The girl looked up to him while wiping her tears and then nodded. "Where is the last place you saw your parents?" He asked once more, hoping this would lead to some answers but the girl only shrugged. Irritated but not to the point of anger, he guessed he had no choice but to do that. Michael stood up and then held out his hand. "Come, I'll help you find your parents." The girl smiled at him before grabbing his hand.

And then he was plunged into her memories. It was pretty recent so he didn't have to look for too long. It would seem that her parents had been much too busy cheering for Hydra to remember that they had a child to take care of. But then he was pulled in another memory - one of another man taking care of her. She was calling him her 'uncle'. The uncle seemed to be a superhuman of some sort but the memory was too muddled for him to be sure. Though his face was as clear as day.

The sudden explosion snapped him out of his thoughts and he whipped his head to the parade. He saw James leap out of the crowd, mask over his head. Kate had already landed and was now fighting. Light was also doing the same thing, he guessed she was trying to tear the attention away from James. Michael felt the girl's grip tighten. He had to get this girl to safety. He quickly took out a mask and placed it over his head. He carried the girl and then used his superhuman speed to enter the building and then placed her safely behind one of the desks. "Stay here alright? You'll be safe and I promise I will get back to you." He tried to sound as reassuring as possible. The girl nodded, pulling her knees up to her chest and wrapping her arms around it.

Good. Michael stood up once more and then exited the Avengers building and into the chaos. He saw Kate rush in with one of the mutants. While they're busy fighting the army, Michael's gonna do what he was best at. Getting people to safety. He prepared to run and a second later - he was a blur. He grabbed one mutant and then circled back to the building and placed the mutant inside it and then headed back to take another - punching a soldier in the face without stopping making the soldier drop.

He was enjoying this rescue missions more and more.

Elaine was staring intently at the parchment that had been sent to her. It had the royal seal on it, making it very urgent. She had opened it and read the content of it. It contained the words of, what she assumed to be, the king attempting to recruit people. She had been hearing of the worsening of the battle between the Scorned and the armies of their country. There was little activity here at Northgate. The occasional attack had kept them on their toes but it was way worse at the other gates. These past ten years, she had been helping out the guards at Northgate so she wasn't a stranger to the Scorned... or fighting.

When she had broken the news to her mother, Wynona had originally panicked. It was one thing protecting the gate so it would be protected but it was completely another thing to face those things head on. It had taken hours to convince her mother that she just had to go. She knew it was practically a suicide mission but there was this gnawing feeling in her heart that told her to go. The thought that other children were losing their parents thanks to these monsters didn't sit well with her. Wynona had decided to let her go, after seeing that Elaine would never back down. She told her to be careful. The entire town sent her off with tears, hoping her the best of luck and her safe return. A return she could never gurantee.

Currently, she was on a carriage towards Dramon. She had managed to get a ride from a passing merchant as she had planned to only walk to Dramon. It would have taken days, but thankfully, the blessing in the form of a merchant had come. He agreed to take her there and she was loaded in with his merchandise. She didn't mind. It had been years since she had been to Dramon - the last time being when she was at IAM. She wondered how much it changed over the ten years she was gone. "Hey, kid, we're here." The merchant called out to the back. Elaine opened the flap at the back and then surveyed the area. It hasn't changed much, save for the new buildings and the likes. She felt the carriage stop and the merchant soon opened the flaps himself. "You know where the castle is kid?"

Elaine smiled thankfully at him. "I can manage sir. Thank you very much for letting me ride." She then hopped off of the carriage. She was about to take out some coins to pay him but he quickly shook his head.

"It's fine kid. Good luck in whatever you're going to do. Something tells me you'll need it." He then began unloading his merchandise. Elaine turned to see that people were already flocking towards the preparing merchant. The merchant looked at her again and then urged her to go.

The half-blood nodded thankfully once more before making her way to the castle. She was on a hurry though so she quickened her pace. No time for sight seeing or looking at the merchandise, surely there'd be time for that later on. She was stopped at the front gate before she presented her letter. They let her in after that. She was quickly met with one of the servants and then taken to where the meeting would be. She saw a pirate looking lady waiting as well. When they were motioned to enter, the pirate was the first to do so and she just fell in step. Once they stopped, she also bowed her head in respect. However, she stayed a little behind the woman wondering what she deal she was going to make with the king. Poor girl didn't know much about sea politics.
