  • Weaponry of all kinds
  • Anime (mostly action/shonen. DBZ & YYH being my favorites)

Roleplay F.A.Q.

  • Fantasy, Sci Fi, and Historical are my genres. Fantasy being my favorite and Sci Fi/Historical being close seconds.
  • Advanced / Nation / 1x1 / Casual (only in certain circumstances)
  • I generally write at the 'Advanced Level' meaning 4+ Paragraphs with good grammar.
  • I am usually busy with many projects and RPs, but if you wish to do a 1x1 with me, you'll need to present your case. Those I already do it with have my trust as a Roleplayer.
  • I love many, many fictional universes so me trying to list them all is an effort in futility!

Rylen stopped mid stride and leaned his back against a tree, quieting himself and drawing his blade as silently as he could. The lightest of sounds escaped his scabbard, and unfortunately it must have been heard. An eastern barbarian leaped out of the bushes and loosed another arrow. Rylen reacted in instinct, ducking to the side. The arrow embedded into the bark just above his head. He charged forward, hefting his sword in a ready position, point towards his foe at a 45 degree angle.

The foreigner whipped out his own curved blade, and the swords met in sparks for a few tense seconds as they traded blows. His opponent kicked him in the shin, distracting him. Rylen punched forward with a free hand. It hit his foe on the shoulder and sent him staggering lightly to the side. Rylen ducked the inevitable counterswipe, the foreigner's sword biting into a tree. The crusader didn't have room to finish him in a quick stab, so he smacked his blade one handed against the already stuck katana, driving it in deeper and making his opponent back away.

With a quick, unexpected movement, he reached behind his back to his smaller, hidden mace and swiped it across his enemy's face. He felt the crunch as the wooden implement covered in iron hit home, and with a bloodied head, his foe fell.

"This is a mistake" Mikasa uttered. Within the darkness to the right, she heard a reply. "It was. Though one you might live from if you cooperate." The message was spoken in her language, and a red armored Ronin all but materialized beside her, blade up. His eyes were fierce yet his demeanor calm. On closer inspection, Mikasa would be able to see a bit of difference between him and her people however. A western feel in the face and bulk of him.

A crusader strode out of the woods, a bloodied mace in one hand and a clean sword in the other. He looked relieved when he saw the red armored one. "Mel, by God." he said, then looked to Mikasa. "Is the other one dead?" Mel asked. "I don't know. But if he's not, he's not going anywhere for a long while." The Ronin nodded. "We've no use for prisoners, at least ones we're to take back to the fort. But if this Shieldmaiden answers our questions for a bit, maybe we'll let her walk away."
"I'm fine with that." Rylen said, sheathing his sword and cleaning his mace with a cloth.

Red Strike (Ro'Kun)

"Shiv!" Ro'Kun yelled, running in and skidding across the floor before lifting Shiver up. "What the- Shayla! STOP." he yelled. He might not have the same relationship with Enyo as he used to, but he'd hung out with Shayla enough for her to be at least a neice if not a daughter figure. "We gotta find a healer, Enyo." He didn't know what to do. All he did was kick ass and eat sandwiches. He looked to Cal, and realized that this was getting pretty awkward. Well, they couldn't focus on that at the moment.

Calanon (& Brogach)

Location:The burnt The road
Interacting with: Gretchin

Calanon looked at her with open curiosity as they walked. He didn't quite understand why someone wouldn't share unless they had nefarious reason for doing so. If they were out in the wild and he was a Waywatcher once more, he would have drawn his weapon and demanded an answer for survival sake.

However here? It seemed a common theme with these people, people who he admitted he had a certain fondness for. He guessed humans (and Elves from the Silver cities, if he had to be honest) were less blunt and more keen on trivial social graces and complicated viewings of companions. Perhaps he was the weird one, and he just wasn't used to living in a place where people had the luxury for secrets.

He raised an eyebrow at her suggestion. He knew he was older than her due to her heritage, but for an Elf he was quite young. That coupled with his time in the forest, he couldn't tell she was jesting, flirting, or simply voicing an opinion. He reached into his pocket and produced a coin, his brow raised and a smile to his face. He flipped the coin and caught it with a quick hand before it began to succumb to gravity. "I'd be happy to get you something." he offered. No matter what the context, at least he'd be seen as polite.

Red Strike (Ro'Kun)

Boy, she was such a girl. In a good way. He'd always been carefree and happy just being around certain people and doing certain things. Complications always got in the way, but he guessed that everyone had their journey to go through. He nodded. "You bet your sweet ass I'm moving in here with you." he said. Ah, true love. I can probably write poetry.

Joseph 'Tank' Cooper

Tank watched Cecily screech and scramble, before heading off to the evidence room so fast they could feel a draft from the door she ran through. Tank nonchalantly looked over to Greg. "You know, I can't tell if she's really cute for an odd girl or really odd for a cute girl." he deadpanned. The young detective shrugged, and waited for her to get back and share with them what she had found. It seemed the universe gave them another 'fuck you' however when Greg answered his phone.

While his fellow detective spoke, the subtle way he conveyed his words cued Tank off in an instant. Instead of being taken aback however, there was merely recognition in his earth colored eyes. He'd heard that tone plenty of times before, and simply reached into his pocket to place a toothpick in his mouth. He knew without having to hear it echoed out of Cecily's mouth that Wallace was gone. "This case keeps getting more and more fucked up." he said aloud. It probably sounded like he was lamenting such a thing, but in all honesty he was just stating fact.

Deep within himself, he was getting fairly excited if he had to be honest. At the end of the day, past all the social and political bullshit this world made up, it began and would always end as kill or be killed. He'd rather be around when the real world showed its ugly head. It made him feel more alive, as if he was apart of something authentic now. He'd been bullshit talking his way through his entire life. He was glad his actions and circumstances weren't as fake and unoriginal.

"Well, let's go see the poor bastard." he said. His thumbs were in his pockets and his shoulders were a bit more prominent and squared now. He glanced at Greg, and then his gaze flickered to Cecily for a moment. Not because of her however, but the information on the gun was still a query for him.

Rylen and Meldarion rode in a light gallop. The cool night air whipping by them as they turned their horses to and fro past the various copses of trees within their path. Rylen didn't like the feeling of being out here still, but he could not dismiss the sheer beauty of their surroundings, even with the light mist. Their horses climbed over a small rise, and for a moment he was worried they might be visible to prying eyes, but it was over soon. The men then continued down further into a similar landscape once again, keeping their pace steady.

He was beginning to expect that his anxieties has been for naught, and that the mist would only produce more and more trees. Until an arrow scythed through the obscuring steam and hit Meldarion's breastplate with a 'thunk'. It took Rylen all but an instant, and he reined his horse to a halt and cried out to his friend. The master swordsman in front of him had fallen off of his still galloping horse and hit the ground in a roll, before laying very still.

"Mel!" Rylen yelled to his friend, then whipped his head around to see who would attack them. Dammit, but this was a stupid idea! His eyes gazed two figures uphill in the distance, but that was perhaps his imagination. Either way, he wasn't about to just leave his comrade in the dirt, which means he couldn't rightly ride away either. "Dammit." he muttered, and leaped off his horse with a Knight's familiarity, smacking it to send it running.

The crusader turned, and was about to grab his friend's arm before he saw that Meldarion's body had disappeared. There was no time to question it, and he ran into the thickness of the trees, trying to get them to pursue him or to leave him be. Whichever it was, he'd have the advantage. He wanted to call out to Mel to see how badly he was injured, but drawing attention to his exact whereabouts did nothing but harm him.
