I started RP before double digit age but you couldn't have gotten an admission I was under 18 under threat of death. Kids just casually admiting it online now is wild.

Philosophical inner-monologue time~!...After I write this final paper.

And Wingless. Don't forget Wingless.
As his sword was knocked away, Hralvar wasted no time in conjuring a Bound Sword to replace it, shifting the ethereal purple sword around to parry Tucks' conjured staff. Snarling, he pushed against the Argonian's weapon, glaring at him all the while.

"Individual men have done it before, Argonian. The Dragonborn, the Champion, and the rest of those heroes, they've all saved Tamriel before. And they damn well didn't do it by giving up and resorting to banditry. Oh no, they fought, just like I plan to. The dwemer are the greatest threat to Tamriel and to everything you know. They massacred innocents in the Imperial City, and they're rolling over the rest of the provinces! Life under dwemer rule would be no life at all, boy. They treat men and beasts as slaves or worse. You think conditions are bad now? They'll be worse if the dwemer win for good." Hralvar scowled, forcing the Argonian back with a shoulder check before whirling around to see Cub calling out to him. Both the orc and the Khajiit lay defeated at the hands of their foes, and the old Nord resisted the urge to rage about the situation he'd been put in.

"...Oh, damn it all to Oblivion." He groaned, letting the bound blade in his hand dissipate as he buried his face in his palm before raising both hands up in a gesture of surrender. If those two bandits had managed to take out Cub and Marassa of all people, then there was no chance that he could take all three on at once in a straight battle. No, best to just give in for the moment and wait for their guards to drop. If worst came to worst, Sovngarde was still an option.

___

Once again, Hralvar found himself bound and imprisoned. Well, not exactly imprisoned, per se. But considering that the bandits were still standing guard over them, it amounted to much of the same anyway. They had been like this for hours, but the bandits had at least given them water and some small amounts of food. Considering that the bastards had already taken their septims, Hralvar had no idea why they were still being kept alive, but he wouldn't complain about that. However, the sounds of battle began ringing through the forest, causing the old Nord to perk up, yawning.

"Oh, would you look at that." He muttered to Cub and Marassa next to him. "I'm hoping it's rescue, but knowing our luck, it's probably the dwemer. Who'll then try to kill us anyway. You two up for another fight?"
As Araki left, Fion sighed tiredly, turning to Eldran.

"Alright, so where do you want to st-"

"Fion Seyour?" A man in formal robes entered the estate, bearing the crest of the Sidosa Board on his shoulder. Turning around, Fion's eyes narrowed at the appearance of the Board's representative.

"Feh. Should've known you'd find me eventually. I suppose the Sidosa Board's calling for me to replace my missing mother's spot on the board, then?" He put on a bored tone, wrapping his cloak around himself to hide the fact that he was missing an arm. After some thinking, Fion had already realized that with the rest of the Seyour family missing and most likely dead, he was probably the only one qualified to take his mother's place on the Sidosa Board. Of course, his standing there probably wouldn't last, given how he had no real political power left with the absence of the entire family. Oh, he had the entire fortune of the Seyour house, to be sure, but while money helped, it didn't change the fact that it was the only kind of political pressure he had.

"Precisely." The messenger nodded, pulling a seal out of his satchel and handing it to Fion. "As of today, you are officially a member of the Sidosa Board, with all of the rights and responsibilities that come with it. The Board has already met today, but you will be informed of all further meetings. Good day." And with that, the man left as swiftly as he arrived, leaving Fion glancing at the seal he held with a contemplative look on his face. His standing as a member of the board probably wouldn't last, so he might as well use what he had available to him for the moment to get some answers.

"Eldran, there's something I've got to go look into. Have fun questioning the townspeople by yourself." He forced a grin before abruptly dashing away with wind magic blazing around him, leaving the mage alone.

_

A short while later, Fion arrived at the city hall of Cykes, where administrative records were kept and the Sidosa Board met. Entering the building, he walked up to the receptionist, wasting no time in pulling out his newly-acquired seal.

"Fion Seyour, Sidosa Board." He said, not even bothering greeting the receptionist with any niceties. "Which way to the census records?"

"Hallway in the back, third door to the left." The receptionist replied, not at all fazed by the newest board member, especially after dealing with the likes of Corinkarus. Nodding, Fion made his way towards the records, brushing past the guards with a quick flash of his seal. Once he was inside, he made a beeline straight towards the "M" section of the records.

That girl in his dream had called herself Meyer. If his hunch was correct, and she was some kind of vision of the girl his arm had originally come from, then she would be listed in the census. Reaching into the files, Fion began flipping through them, searching for any female with the last name of Meyer.
Because it all got lost in a dark age. The laser guns are what they managed to salvage after they returned to space after being forced back to Earth from getting smacked around by AIs.

China! Why are you going there? Vacation, job related, epic martial arts showdown between you and the President?

Have to visit family. Mainly for my cousin's wedding. But god, I wish. I mean, look at Xi Jinping.

That dude's either a total puss or he's hiding a six pack and a jacked-ass body under that suit.
Post'll be up by tomorrow. Have to go to China for two weeks starting Tuesday, though.
So...do I get a prize?

Out of la curiousity, how are the collabs for everyone other than emo-darkness-trio and raging-lesbian duo going?

Done.
Well, that was...rather disappointing. The commander would only give him five minutes for just hand to hand? It was Felix's specialty, but he'd been hoping to manage to push Dumont into using a weapon. The fight would still be invigorating for sure, but Felix still felt rather disappointed that neither he nor Dumont would be giving it their all. Oh, well. At least he managed to get something out of the commander. But before that, he still had this assignment to deal with. Nodding as the commander paired him off with Southey, he moved over to stand next to her. To Felix, Southey was one of the more tolerable Fae on the team anyway. Well, either her or Kathrine, really. Isis and Carbon were just too damned serious all the time.

"Well, guess we should get going, then." He said to Southey. "You want to take the lead, or should I?"

Southey looked to Felix with a toothy smile, straightening her figure out as moisture poured down her skin as if she was melting away. Rather than respond to the boy, she stepped clumsily towards him, each step squishing against the hard surface at her feet and seemingly struggled to attempt not slipping just at this slow pace.

"You should take the lead Felix.. For you see, I am in no condition to navigate at the moment."

With this subtle and innocent statement, she offered the boy her hand and looked at him with widened eyes as if they were saying 'please just help me, I promise you won't die of embarrassment'. She was the senior of the group after all, second to the captain that is, but you know, she never really did act that way. Before the boy could reply however, she snapped her eyes at the others in the room, making sure none of them would make any jokes, or asses would be kicked this day.

At this, Felix just shrugged casually and took her hand. No skin off his back, really. Not that he particularly cared what any of the rest of the team thought. Oh no, he was leading a girl out by the hand. How lewd. It wasn't as if they were ten year olds. Well, except for Rinshan. And she was nowhere near interesting enough for Felix to pay much attention to. Still, with this heat, he might have to do this the whole time they were outside, and that would just be annoying. Wiping some of the sweat off of his own brow, he lead Southey outside of the compound, giving the commander a nod as he left. As soon as they were outside, Felix turned back to the girl.

"So...you alright? I'd really rather not have to drag you by the hand the whole time." He joked, cracking a smile.

Using her free forearm to wipe her forehead she looked at Felix with a flustered expression, not seeming to fully absorb the words as a joke or seriousness. And, rather than responding she simply tapped the adornment on her necklace as if she were trying to signal something. Vague as it was, she was attempting to give off the words 'Flight let's go' but in the end it looked more like a mute person hand signaling that she was unable to speak. She broke the silence quickly afterwards.

"I should be okay, the river will be nice."

Sighing, Felix nonetheless grinned and tapped the crystal attached to the bracelet on his wrist, activating his Artificial Wings. In a flash of light, sleek grey armor materialized around his body and a pair of gauntlets wrapped themselves around his hands, metal claws protruding from them. With his Wings fully manifested, he took off into the air, looking down at Southey with a tilt of his head.

"You activating yours, or do I need to drag you all the way to the river too? Either way, Isis is gonna chew us out if we take too long to catch up to her, and I'd rather not deal with her harping at me the whole time we're in the air." Felix called down, glancing over to check on the other assigned pairs.

Seeming to understand the situation she nodded, sighing and pouting while she did so. Taking a hold of her crystal she activated her own wings, the yellow and black armor quickly manifesting and adorning itself to her arms and torso. Taking a few flashy steps into the air, she hovered a few feet above Felix and looked the opposing direction of the building behind them.

"You shouldn't let her words get to you. The river sounds nice. We should look there first." Southey said this almost with complete disregard of the mission, though there was always a chance that the kid could be there. But if he wasn't, well, the river would be a nice place to cool off in the hot sun. She quickly dashed away from Felix, though halted herself as she realized that this was supposed to be a team mission-thing.

"Wait what are we doing?"

To be honest, Felix thought that was a rather good question. What were they doing? They were searching for some kid that got lost, that was obvious enough. But he had no interest in this entire affair. Some days, being a Fae was exciting and filled with actions. And on days like these, he was given crap jobs with no chance to have any fun. The only thing he had left to look forward to today was a paltry five minutes against Dumont, who would be pulling his punches anyways. But at the moment, it was rather funny how Southey seemed to literally forget what they were doing.

"Well, the river idea was a good one. You can get some water in you before you pass out, and chances are that we'll find the kid along the riverbank anyway if he's got any sense." Felix shrugged as he kept pace with Southey through the air. Reaching down to his belt, he pulled out his radio and hit the talk button.

"Felix here. We're going down to check the river. Out."

With that done, he put his radio away and glanced over at Southey with a grin.

"Well then, shall we?"
