4 months into this hole 'being a responsible adult thing' and I've come to a conclusion: It sucks and I want to go back to the days where I didn't have to plan out my game time.

@Voltus_VentusUnderstandable, I'll get a NS up by this weekend at the most, as that's when I'll have the most computer access. Here are a few ideas that I have currently: Napalm-like substance, Freeze-bombs using Liquid Nitrogen, Something known as the Nightmare Legion because they've had their feeling of pain removed, as well as some parts of their sanity. They are also slightky harder to kill and will fight until a vital like the Heart or Head is hit. An idea gotten inspired from the Laughing soldiers from the inheritance cycle, possibly mutated animals, like warbears with bone plate armor or something and horses that have a lot more stamina then normak steeds. Just off the top of my head.
I feel like I messed up so many things on a logic perspective fof this post, but I couldn't think of anything else. Really . . .really don't like this post.
Ian eased himself up slightly, feeling sick and feeble from the drugs, the torture, and the surgery. He reached over to grab one of the tools with a reflective surface, bringing it up to get a look at himself. His hair was drenched in sweat, stuck together in long, limp strands, giving him a rather haggard appearance, what could be seen of his right eye seemed glazed over. And then there was his new eye, shining and strange, much improved over what he had before if Cedric was to be believed.

But Ian could hardly stand the sight of it, wanted to pluck it out of his head right now and dash it against the ground. The way it looked, the way it felt in his head, like a cold ball of metal lodged into his brain. But more than anything, he hated it for what it symbolized: his weakness and his arrogance. I let myself get spoiled in that damned house, lost whatever sense I had when I kept seeing others turn away from what I told them. I thought I was above it all . . . in a way I should be thanking that bastard for what he did to me. I needed a reality check.

You still want him dead though, right? The boy asked knowingly, the malicious glee in his voice causing Ian to smile as he set down the tool and got himself some water.

Deep down, Ian felt disgusted with these dark thoughts and feelings, but he couldn't deny them. He would kill Lorenzo one day, in the future, but for now he would wait and be the good little soldier for the madman. All good things come to those who wait, so I shall wait for the perfect moment and when it comes, I'll repay him with all the due kindness he has shown to me today with generous interest.

"No questions." Was all he said to the man, not really feeling like anything was the matter, probably due to the anesthesia dulling his senses. His mind then turned to the last thing the man had said . . . about his sister. "Actually, I do have one . . . Does Lorenzo have my sister?"

@Gnar The Missing Link
@Voltus_VentusI can work with that, but by alchemy I meant things more lik3 wildfire, stimulants for soldiers, and others kinds of chemical and mutative stuff, as well as some composite metals and stuff.
@Gnar The Missing LinkAre Ian's legs normal-looking or obviously robotic, and did his ear also get fixed, or is it just normal with a chunk blasted out of it.
@Voltus_VentusSup, so I have an idea for a average to small sized nation that is advanced in the ways of alchemical warfare, with the plausibility of magically enhanced soldiers. Not sure what type of government it will be yet, and the economy is what I think I'll have the most trouble with as a new NRP player.
@Gnar The Missing Link I'll look forward to it tomorrow, because I've gotta go to sleep now. Good Night everybody!
@Voltus_VentusI have interest in this, but I'm not really famil with how NRP's work. Would you be willing to take on a rookie?
While there is a lull in this conflict, I'd like to ask @Gnar The Missing Link if a plot post could be made, so that the RP can continue to move forward, If you would be so kind.

@Dead Cruiser I'm going to regret this, but I need to address something about your accusations. Every example you gave has no concrete evidence of Railroading. The failing of the test was a foregone conclusion and rigged to be that way, and still Team Sigma almost passed in a sense by actually teaming up, Ian breaking was going to happen regardless in the end, so nothing really railroad-ish about that, Sigma submitting is kind of a moot point to bring up because, given the way AtomicNut described it, she was in no state of mind to offer up any sort of resistance to Lorenzo demand, more focused on keeping Ian alive in the long run, The fight is another moot point bevause that's the reasonable thing any military officer would do, and the sword thing just shouldn't have been an issue. I mean, yiu call them 'ornamental' but also say that they can cut through a man's shoulder just by being dropped on it!?!? I'm sorry, but even in a futuristic place like this, a piece of metal being able to slive through something like the shoulder with such ease is ridiculous, just a stupid thing to have made for any reason, and something you were almost assuredly going to use at somepoint, or else you wouldn't have described it in the first place. Hell, Gnar probably sabed your character from getting the Cruxi treatment, or worse from Lorenzo.

Sorry that all just really bothered me and I needed to get it out of my chest.
*peeks out timidly from behinf the corner* I'm still here, just been busy and wsiting for a timeskip. Got nothing for Revan to do after he would dismis Bride, as he isn't the type that would chase down Ken. Please forgive me for my absence.
