In this form, Reggie gains a suit of durable armor that is highly resistant to damage, making him bullet-proof against all but the most powerful guns, such as sniper rifles and what not. He also gains an increase in durability himself, enough so that he can survive any hit that the suit can withstand and gains semi-superuman strength as well. Another bonus to this form is that it gives him mastery over all conventional weapons, from swords and clubs to Ak’s and rocket launchers, as well as hyper-analytical combat instincts, an awareness of his surroundings, and the ability to learn more about his opponent by fighting with them, able to adjust his fighting style to whatever would be best suited to take down the foe in front of him. This means that if you fight war for a decent amount of time, he’ll be able to more easily find weak points and flaws in the way you fight the next time you fight, and so on and so forth. He also has control over fire, but cannot generate it himself, though he does have an immunity to it.
War can also transform any non-living thing into any type of non-modern weapon. Any weapon he summons is strong as steel and hold a keen edge no matter what it’s made of and instantly conforms it’s weight, size and balance to fit that of whoever wields it. In War’s hands, the weapon becomes practically indestructible, can be heated up so that it can cut through metal with ease.
As the embodiment of war, he gains strength just from the simple act of violent conflict in his immediate area, growing stronger the longer he stays in a fight. The boost is rather small at first, but give it enough time, and he can completely turn the tides of any fight he’s in. This boost also gets more effective the more people are fighting around him, so if he’s in the middle of a warzone, he turns into a literal juggernaut of destruction. The boost doesn’t make his armor more durable, nor does it provide any healing effects, it just makes his abilities all the more powerful as time goes on, if their is fighting.
Weaknesses: War needs combat to stay on as the active form, so if no one chooses to initiate combat with him or just straight up refuse to fight him, he will eventually dissipate and turn back into Reggie. He also cannot directly attack people who chose not to fight back, always stopping at the last moment before any attack connects, like there is some sort of wall preventing him from doing so. Also, any abilities that can enforce peaceful feelings or suggestions on him are basically like poison to him, and one could quite literally ‘kill him with kindness’ in this fashion. Water is another thing, as drenching him in enough of it can cause him to revert, leaving Reggie to plausibly drown if the foe allowed it to happen. This is also the hardest form for Reggie to control, as all it wants to do is spread chaos and conflict, and if he loses control, it will go on a rampage unless he’s able to reign it back in or someone stops it.
Summoning weapons costs War energy, and while it's usually negligible, if the weapon is large(like a ballista) or he summons a lot of them, he'll begin to feel a noticeable fatigue, as well as losing some of his war enhancements to compensate.
