@PhobosSo after taking some time to think about my guy, I realized to things: Firstly, that you're right about my guy being strong with just the arm itself, as I was just over thinking the whole think. Secondly, I didn't really consider what superheated weapons would do against Ghouls and Kagune. As such, I edited my Dove's CS with my Ideas on the matter. My explanation being that burning organic material to a severe degree causes lasting damage, but RC cells might b able to get around that. However, they'd probably have a harde time of it, making regeneration of wounds, and more importantly, Kagune take longer due to the fact that they have to deal with the burnt material fussy, likely removing it somehow, before the healing process can begin.

A Bikaku . . . could be troublesome but it seems that he's too frighten to capitalize on it. Nidhogg thought as he engaged his prey, remaining silent stoic in response to their questions. As he launched himself skyward in an attempt to escape, Nidhogg would pursue him upwards, quickly leaping from wall to wall until he made it near the rooftop in which case he jumped into the air above his fleeing prey. Forming 3 more tendrils, he lashed out with two of them towards Ornatu, aiming to pin down his Kagune with them. If he hit, he'd pull himself down to land a powerful strike with his arm to deal a devastating blow, the Rinkaku coiled around it extended to run him through.
With his other one, he attached it to a piece of rooftop a short distance away as an escape measure incase this Ghoul was craftier than expected. If his Rinkaku tendrils were destroyed, deflected, or otherwise stopped, he'd use the third one to pull him away from the possible danger at a moments notice.

@PhobosI know that ghouls have fought like that, but he's just a regular human, so I'm skeptical about how he'd do without some other weapon or assistance in CQC. And the guy you mentioned was a long range combatant, while Revan is not, so using him as an example isn't that accurate a comparison. The arm's powerful, but I don't think it'll be that effective when faced against a Ghoul's Kagune by itself. But if you're still not convinced I need something, I'll just go in with just arm and do my best.
@PhobosMain for adding the tendril was that I realized that it's going to be hard for him to fight ghouls with just an arm. My first thought was a second Quinque, but since you said that wouldn't be likely, I tried to think of something that would make it more plausible for him to fight with just the arm.
