4 months into this hole 'being a responsible adult thing' and I've come to a conclusion: It sucks and I want to go back to the days where I didn't have to plan out my game time.

@HalvtandJust tossing a few ideas up, will get more into it later, but what about one guy who's known for collecting the scalps of other ninja he's defeated in battled. Bit crazy, about High-Chunin level, somewhat well-known, and is from Iwa. Focuses on surprise attacks and is mainly a Doton user.
A womanizing Kiri-nin who specializes in seduction, infiltration, and stealth, but isn't a slouch in direct confrontation either. Has a Kekkei Genkai that allows him to actually change into other people, making it hard for others to see through his disquise, and has Dual Chakra Nature of Lightning and Water.
A drunkard Missing-nin whose skilled in Ninjutsu, preferably powerful Long range ones, but also having a few for short range confrontations as well. Known as the "Lightning Archer" due to her signature jutsu which forms of bow of electricity that can fire a barrage of specially alter bolts, which can explode, stun, split into multiple bolts and home in on a target, etc. Jounin level ninja and has Dual Chakra Natures of Fire and Lightning. Highly intelligent and tactical fighter.

Charles looked out the window of his apartment at all the people walking through the streets, taking a moment to breathe in the fresh air before letting out a sigh, wiping his brow clean of sweat as he turned back around, closing the window behind him as he did so. While Charles had arrived in his usual dress of a formal dress suit, he very quickly found that to be a mistake, and had traded it out with a simple white shirt and some jeans. Much less formal than how he usually dressed, but in this tropical climate, it seemed like the best option, not to mention that, in truth, it really helped him connect with his environment. The feel of the wind caressing his skin spoke to his soul very deeply in a way that he wasn't sure many others could, a feeling that had resonated in him ever since he'd started getting serious about magic. It was a nice feeling, but not as much as the anticipation that was setting his heart aflame right now.
I wonder what Servant fate shall send to assist me in this bloody battle. A Saber? Rider? Perhaps even a Lancer? Ah, what does it matter, as winning this battle is only half as fun as participating in it. A sharp grin spread across his face, his pale blue eyes a blaze as he prepared to begin. The bounded field had already been set up around the room to secure his privacy from wandering ears, and the summoning circle was laid out in front of him in a gleaming red. Before he begun, he made sure to do one finally check, making sure there were no imperfections in his work, as he wanted to leave his choosing up to fate entirely, not because he made a rookie mistake in summoning the circle. Once he was sure that nothing was out of place, he placed some incense he’d gotten in town around the circle, lighting them all with a few matches before he begun.
The room was dark, as all the windows had been shut and covered by curtains, and the lights turned off, leaving him alone with nothing but the sickeningly sweet smoke, lulling him into a trance like state as he raised his hand, his eyes catching onto the red markings, vague and indistinct as they were, on his hand, the smile on his face growing just a bit wider as he felt that same rush burn through his body, almost as if his veins were about to ignite. And so he began to chant, his voice low and resonant within the room, was cast into the Annals of history and myth, beseeching the Grail to provide him with a Hero to serve his will and fight with him in the coming war. The markings on his hand began to burn, slowing gaining definition and form until a definitive marking took shape, emitting a deep crimson glow all the while. As soon as he finished his chant, the circle would burst in a flare of blinding light to signal the arrival of Charles’ Servant. Once the light died down and Charles could get a better view of his servant, he’d take a moment to gain his composure, the excited look on is fading quickly into one of stern professionalism.
“Hello, my name is Charles Dorvain and I’m to be your master in this War. May we work well together in the coming days, either with grand victory or, failing that, enjoying ourselves in the glorious battles to come.”

Shade is rather timid for the most part, while always open to talking to people, he does so hesitantly, always fearful of whether they might accidentally do something to invoke the wrath of his guardian. Due to this constant fear, mixed with his kind nature and his desire to not hurt anyone if he can help, he often comes across a meek and pitiful type, never entering conflict with anyone and letting himself be pushed around and dragged from place to place.
When with friends or by himself, however, he turns out to be a very opinionated and strong willed individual, expressing a much stronger backbone than one might expect after first meeting him, as well as a sharp wit and flexible cunning. These attributes are tempered by his kindness and generosity, as he's generally a pacifist in nature, not wanting to harm even the worst people he's come across, but still wanting to help others in need. That's where The Phantom comes in.
By having Idolon possess him, his personality changes, becoming more hardened and capable of doing unpleasant things, though still retaining a good amount of the kindness that Shade normally has. However, he no longer takes a meek approach to dealing with people, as his recessive personality traits take to the foreground, and he speaks his mind, no matter what others have to say about it. He's also much less pacifistic, while still preferring to talk his way through something, he won't hesitate to use force if need be.
Throughout each personality though is a common vein: Shade is not an independent person. He can't always go it alone against the tide, and even if he's willing to speak out his ideals and opinions, it also very likely that he won't act them out if it brings about the chance of alienating people that he depends upon. He's a bit clingy when people show him kindness, and tends to try and stay near this people, even if they turn out to note be the nicest of folks or indeed start to use him to their own ends.

Living his life on the streets with just him and Idolon, he's gained quite the skill as a pickpocket, while his stints of being the Phantom(and Idolon's abilities) have helped him gain quite the skill in both sneaking around unseen and fighting off others, though he's at a natural disadvantage in fights do to his size and the fact that he hasn't built up his body to match his skills. He also has a variety of skills gained from using Idolon, from computer programming, using a firearm, lock picking, so and so forth. A completely list will be put down in the powers section. Shade is also highly empathetic, having some natural sixth sense that allows him to tell when someone is currently going through some kind of inner turmoil.
Goals/Motivation
Shade wishes to find a place for him to belong, whether it be with new friends, an actual family, even an organization if need be. He also wants to help people out when they're in trouble, partly out of kindness and partly because he thinks it'll get people to be his friends.

Idolon: Guardian

Dimensional Connection: Shade has a constant, invisible guardian that only he can truly see, vaquely humanoid in basic shape with great strength, speed, and agility. Known as Idolon, or Ido for short, can alter his form to fit specific functions, as well being able to change into a intangible specter that can possess people, controlling them like puppets for a short amount of time while they are still conscious. After possessing a person, Idolon can transfer any knowledge or skills that person may have had over to Shade, as well as apply them to itself when needed. This makes it so that Idolon and Shade have a wide variety of skills at their disposal, making them highly versatile in a variety of situations. Ido, can take this one step further, however, as a being made of pure energy that bears a high similarity to the Meta energy found on this planet, can adopt the powers of those it has controlled before, able to re-enact them perfectly for the most part. It then learns how to use them form studying the information passed on to it from the mind of person, making it capable of being quite dangerous.

Dimensional Energy manipulation: Shade can pill in the energy from the dimension that Idolon comes from a twist it to his will. In doing so, he can create simple solid constructs, imbue it into objects so that they can be detonated at a later date, or launch out in short, concentrated bursts of power.
Limits:
Ido can remain out forever in his base form, but after shifting form, possessing a person, or over-using a power, they have to disperse for about an hour in order to recover the energy expended to do the deed.
Ido can have an infinite set of powers, but they can only use one power per day, and they must be careful with how often they use it, as they can easily over-use the ability due to the lack of efficiency they have in using their energy in such a fashion. Powers that have been held for longer are easier to use, but Ido has never held onto a power long enough for it to make much of a difference.
Ido can go any distance away from Shade, but they can only use a majority of their abilities with the confines of about a half a mile from him.
Shadar's energy manipulation is fairly recent, so his skills are below par. His constructs last for a minute, and begun to break down and destabilize after only 15 seconds, weakening the object over all. Also, Shade can only call so much power, as too much
