Being truly on my own is a bit of a weird feeling. It's never really happened.

Let it never be said that sometimes extreme brevity isn't the most appropriate post, though. Everything is a tool.

@VitaVitaAR Rend Soul is 1 of those shouts she'd know and barely, if ever, use. And I think it's for refilling soul gems.

I can switch to AU.

Okay, if I have a single piece of advice: you've picked Skyrim, and its inherent numerous side-plots and random quests. Which is a great character source, especially when you use the ridiculous amount of in-universe fiction (or stuff in previous generations) to flesh it out. You've taken all that, then made a dragonborn that's basically just a plot-fulfilling kitty that's completed the biggest grab-bag of quests.

Basically? Valid as the character is (High King aside), you're entering with generic RPG protagonist #X. Hell, that concept alone would fit with Harbinger of the Companions, not hunting shouts down like a nut (or unlocking the 'let's bypass the melee fighting' ones), Meridia and Sheogorath's daedric quests, stuff like dealing with Whiterun's tree, possibly getting the Gauldur amulet...

I might just have played the game too much, but I don't think it helps to join an RP with the dragonborn... then derive their entire characterisation as plotlines + fetchquests (including 'let's go find this wall').
Eh, our random conversation has no chronological connection with any other scene, and a GM NPC could slot in whenever. No sense leaving it a week for various groups to all post.

"Yeah, I'm an electromaster," the Railgun answered, somewhat surprised by the girl's knowledge of her ability--and promptly distracted by the sheer scale of landscape change that had been enacted by the blonde girl with them. Just what the hell was her ability? She could rearrange the ground, make an oasis, and now make boats out of leaves. Not wanting to be left behind though--or miss out on the journey--she hopped on, making sure to bring the other young girl with them.

From what I understand, Soul Rend is basically a very damaging attack that has a few extra effects. If you land it (which, being a projectile attack, isn't guaranteed), the enemy is dealt a grievous wound. If they die from this, their soul will be trapped in any soul gem on-hand and their corpse will be reanimated.

Call Dragon is effectively a summoning spell. Every five minutes, you can summon Odahviing, a large dragon. It takes a while for him to appear, he's slow and unwieldy, and he can be defeated with a moderate amount of effort. Compared to other character's at-will infinite summoning capabilities, it's not quite at the top of the list.

Not Call Dragon, Summon Durnehviir. Because he's an immortal zombie dragon locked to the Soul Cairn, you just teleport him to your location. Shout runs out? Say his name again.

Unfortunately, the data trail for whatever had supposedly (yet not actually, if this was indeed the person in question) killed Jun turned cold quickly: it had been some small lab involved in AIM research, and consequently its destruction had been of little enough impact that nobody had really made a big fuss about it. Exactly why a place investigating something so non-volatile had detonated apparently wasn't worth investigating--either a cover-up, or so obvious at the time that it hadn't been recorded in the available files.

Then, of course, there was the other problem: Saten jumping to a conclusion that could in no reasonable way be supported, "The idea of it being a ghost rather than this delinquent surviving is laughable. Moreover, we have no evidence that he is linked to the recent disappearances."

Or leads, without going through the alleys themselves--all they could do is wait for something more to happen.
Can someone else hold the torch? I have a two-handed sword. :P
Have I been accepted or not?

No. GM post was pretty clear: Bend Will isn't acceptable. Frenzy is also bad.
If you say so

Gonna edit it later then

I can see the fundamental problem as being trying to feint someone that's onto berserker tactics: there's no defensive efforts going on, so you're just opening yourself up to being eviscerated.
